Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Filterzigaretten (15) aus insbesondere doppeltlangen Abschnitten eines Tabakstrangs - Tabakstock (11) -, indem der Tabakstock (11) durchtrennt, Tabakstockhälften- Teilstöcke (12, 13) - auseinanderbewegt, in die Lücke ein insbesondere doppeltlanges Filterstück (25) eingesetzt, dieses mit beiden Teilstöcken (12, 13) mittels Belagpapier zu einer Zigaretten-Einheit (34) verbunden und diese sodann im Bereich des Filterstücks (25) durchtrennt wird unter Bildung von jeweils zwei Filterzigaretten (15), wobei die Tabakstöcke (11), die Zigaretten-Einheiten (34) und die Filterzigaretten (15) jeweils auf drehbaren Trommeln mit Mulden am Umfang transportierbar und die Mulden Bohrungen aufweisen, die an eine Unterdruckquelle anschließbar sind, und wobei Mantelabschnitte einer bzw. der Trommel - Haupttrommel (10) - als in achsparalleler Richtung - quer zur Drehrichtung der Haupttrommel (10)-verschiebbare und Mulden - Segmentmulden (18) - aufweisende Segmente -Schiebesegmente (16, 17) - ausgebildet sind, von denen jeweils zwei Schiebesegmente (16, 17) paarweise in Axialrichtung nebeneinander und eine Mehrzahl von Schiebesegmenten (16, 17) in Umfangsrichtung aufeinanderfolgend angeordnet sind, und wobei die Segmentmulden (18) paarweise einander zugeordneter Schiebesegmente (16, 17) gleichachsig gerichtet sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale,a) zwischen den in Axialrichtung benachbarten Schiebesegmenten (16, 17) ist ein feststehendes, unverschiebliches Zwischensegment angeordnet, welches Mulden - Zwischenmulden (23) - aufweist,b) die Zwischenmulden (23) sind in Fortsetzung der Mulden benachbarter Schiebesegmente (16, 17) angeordnet, derart, dass die Zwischenmulden (23) eine Fortsetzung der beidseitig verlaufenden Segmentmulden (18) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmentmulden (18) einerseits und die Zwischenmulden (23) andererseits über Bohrungen (35, 36) an eine Unterdruckquelle oder an eine Überdruckquelle anschließbar sind, wobei die Segmentmulden (18) einerseits und die Zwischenmulden (23) andererseits unabhängig voneinander mit Saugluft oder Druckluft beaufschlagbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischensegment (22) als ringsherumlaufender, mittig zur Haupttrommel (10) angeordneter Ring ausgebildet ist, an dem Halteorgane für die Schiebesegmente (16 und 17), nämlich Tragstange (19), befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zigaretten-Einheiten (34) bzw. deren Filterstücke (25) im Bereich des Zwischensegments (22) durch ein Trennmesser (29) durchtrennbar sind, wobei die Filterstücke (25) während des Durchtrennens mittels Saugluft in den Zwischenmulden (23) fixiert sind und das Zwischensegment (22) vorzugsweise mittig eine ringsherumlaufende Nut (30) aufweist für den Eintritt des Trennmessers (29).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen (35) im Bereich der Schiebesegmente (16, 17) bzw. Segmentmulden (18) einerseits und die Bohrungen (36) im Bereich des Zwischensegments (22) bzw. der Zwischenmulden (23) andererseits in Teilbereichen des Umfangs der Haupttrommel (10) hinsichtlich der Beaufschlagung mit Luft, insbesondere Saugluft, unterschiedlich gesteuert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterstücke (25) bzw. die Filter (26) im Bereich der Zwischenmulden (23) des Zwischensegments (22) und die Teilstöcke (12, 13) im Bereich der Segmentmulden (18) der Schiebesegmente (16, 17) positioniert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Prüfen der ausreichenden Verbindung zwischen Teilstock (12, 13) einerseits und Filter (26) andererseits auf die im Bereich der Zwischenmulden (23) gehaltenen Filter (26) eine Rückhaltekraft ausgeübt wird, insbesondere durch reduzierte Saugluft im Bereich der Bohrungen (36) und dass die Schiebesegmente (16, 17) nach außen bewegbar sind unter Aufrechterhaltung einer (erhöhten) Saugluft im Bereich der Teilstöcke (12, 13), derart, dass eine steuerbare, begrenzte Zugkraft auf die Verbindung zwischen Filter und Teilstock (12, 13) ausgeübt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ggf. von den Teilstöcken (12, 13) abgetrennte Filter (26) durch das Zwischensegment (22) weitertransportierbar und gesondert von den Filterzigaretten (15) abförderbar sind, insbesondere durch Beaufschlagung der Bohrungen (36) mit Druckluft.
