Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem Schachtelteil, einem schwenkbar mit diesem verbundenen Deckel und einem Kragen, der im Schachtelteil verankert ist und mit einem Kragenoberteil aus dem Schachtelteil herausragt, wobei der Deckel in Schließstellung den Kragenoberteil umfasst und eine Lasche - Verankerungslasche -, die durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzung eines Deckel-Innenlappens an der Innenseite einer Deckel-Vorderwand gebildet ist, mit einer ebenfalls durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzung im Bereich einer Kragen-Vorderwand gebildeten Lasche in Eingriff steht.
Klappschachteln mit in vorstehender Weise ausgebildeten Schließhilfen sind bekannt durch EP 0 894 737 A1. Diese bekannte Schließhilfe ist aber in allen Varianten so ausgebildet, dass durch Stanzungen gebildete Laschen des Deckel-Innenlappens mit entsprechend gerichteten Laschen der Kragen-Vorderwand in Eingriff sind. Es findet demnach eine wechselseitige Verhakung von Laschen statt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schließhilfe für Klappschachteln so auszubilden, dass eine präzise Schließstellung gewährleistet ist, die unmittelbar bei Erreichen der Schließstellung des Deckels wirksam wird.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Klappschachtel durch folgende Merkmale gekennzeichnet:
  • a) die im Bereich des Deckel-Innenlappens gebildete Verankerungslasche weist eine Gelenklinie auf, die einer vön Deckel-Vorderwand und Deckel-Innenlappen gebildeten Schließkante zugekehrt ist, derart, dass die Verankerungslasche bei geschlossenem Deckel unter einem spitzen Winkel aufwärtsgerichtet ist,
  • b) die Lasche im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand weist eine Gelenklinie auf, die einer durch eine Schachtel-Vorderwand gebildeten Gegenschließkante zugekehrt ist,
  • c) die Verankerungslasche liegt bei geschlossenem Deckel an einer durch die Stanzung im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand gebildeten Verhakungskante der Kragen-Vorderwand an.
    • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Schließhilfe kommt demnach eine durch Stanzung gebildete Lasche, nämlich die Verankerungslasche, mit einer Verhakungskante als Gegenorgan in Eingriff. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders präzise Schließstellung, die auch wie eine Schnappverbindung wirkt.
    Erfindungsgemäß sind die miteinander korrespondierenden Verankerungsorgane mit geringen Abständen von Schließkanten des Deckels einerseits und der Schachtel-Vorderwand andererseits positioniert. Dadurch wird die Schließhilfe unmittelbar bei Erreichen der Schließstellung eines Deckels wirksam. Weiterhin ist die Anordnung von mehreren, nämlich insbesondere drei nebeneinander liegenden Schließhilfen für deren Wirksamkeit wichtig.
    Weitere Einzelheiten und Besonderheiten der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels einer in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Klappschachtel erläutert. Es zeigt:

    Das vorliegend dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel einer Klappschachtel ist vor allem für die Aufnahme einer Gruppe von Zigaretten bestimmt und geeignet. Die Zigaretten sind üblicherweise von einer Innenumhüllung aus Papier oder Stanniol umgeben unter Bildung eines Zigarettenblocks (nicht gezeigt). Dieser sitzt passend in der Klappschachtel.
    Diese besteht aus Schachtelteil 10 und Deckel 11. Innerhalb des Schachtelteils 10 ist ein Kragen 12 angeordnet, der mit einem unteren Teilbereich im Schachtelteil 10 verankert ist und mit einem Kragenoberteil 13 aus dem Schachtelteil 10 herausragt. Der Kragenoberteil 13 ist vom Deckel 11 in Schließstellung desselben umschlossen (Fig. 4).
    Die Klappschachtel besteht aus einem Zuschnitt, von dem ein standardmäßiges Ausführungsbeispiel in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Durch Stanzlinien und Längs- und Querfaltlinien sind Flächenbereiche des Zuschnitts definiert, die zur Bildung des Schachtelteils 10 einerseits und des Deckels 11 andererseits führen. Der Schachtelteil 10 besteht aus Schachtel-Vorderwand 14, anschließender Bodenwand 15 und Schachtel-Rückwand 16. Seitlich sind an der Schachtel-Vorderwand 14 (äußere) Schachtel-Seitenlappen 17 und an der Schachtel-Rückwand 16 entsprechend ausgebildete (innere) Schachtel-Seitenlappen 18 angebracht. Mit letzteren sind jeweils Boden-Ecklappen 19 verbunden, die bei der fertigen Klappschachtel innenseitig auf der Bodenwand 15 aufliegen. Die beiden einander zugeordneten Schachtel-Seitenlappen 17 und 18 überdecken einander bei der fertigen Klappschachtel zur Bildung jeweils einer seitlichen, aufrechten Schachtel-Seitenwand 20.
    Der Deckel 11 ist in analoger Weise ausgebildet, nämlich mit Deckel-Vorderwand 21, einer oberen Stirnwand 22 und einer Deckel-Rückwand 23. (Äußere) Deckel-Seitenlappen 24 und (innere) Deckel-Seitenlappen 25 dienen zur Bildung einer doppellagigen Deckel-Seitenwand 27. Mit den inneren Deckel-Seitenlappen 25 sind Deckel-Ecklappen 26 verbunden. Mit dem freien Rand bzw. der freien Seite der Deckel-Vorderwand 21 ist ein Deckel-Innenlappen 28 verbunden. Dieser ist bei der fertigen Klappschachtel gegen die Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 21 umgefaltet und mit dieser durch Klebung oder dergleichen verbunden.
    Ein freier Rand der Deckel-Vorderwand 21, nämlich eine mit dem Deckel-Innenlappen 28 gebildete Faltkante, bildet eine obere, deckelseitige Schließkante 29 der Klappschachtel. Mit dieser korrespondiert eine Gegenschließkante 30, die von einer freien Oberkante der Schachtel-Vorderwand 14 gebildet ist. Die Schließkante 29 soll bei geschlossenem Deckel 11 an der Gegenschließkante 30 anliegen.
    Der Deckel 11 ist über eine quergerichtete Scharnierlinie 31 im Bereich der Deckel-Rückwand 23 schwenkbar mit der Schachtel-Rückwand 16 verbunden.
    Der Kragen 12 besteht aus einer Kragen-Vorderwand 32 und Kragen-Seitenlappen 33. Die Kragen-Vorderwand 32 ist im oberen Bereich, also im Bereich des Kragenoberteils 13, mit einer Ausnehmung 34 versehen. Diese ist begrenzt von seitlichen, aufrechten Stegen 35 und einem unteren Quersteg 36 oberhalb der Gegenschließkante 30 der Schachtel-Vorderwand 14. Die Kragen-Vorderwand 32 ist zweckmäßigerweise mit der Innenseite der Schachtel-Vorderwand 14 verbunden. Die Kragen-Seitenlappen 33 liegen innenseitig an den Schachtel-Seitenwänden 20 an, nämlich an den inneren Schachtel-Seitenlappen 18.
    Eine Besonderheit der vorliegenden Klappschachtel ist die Ausgestaltung und Positionierung einer Schließhilfe. Diese wird durch die Deckel-Vorderwand 21 einerseits und die Kragen-Vorderwand 32 andererseits gebildet. An der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 21 bzw. des Deckel-Innenlappens 28 einerseits und an der Außenseite der Kragen-Vorderwand 32 andererseits sind korrespondierend ausgebildete Verhakungsorgane angebracht, die in der unmittelbaren Schließstellung des Deckels 11, nämlich bei Anlage der Schließkante 29 an der Gegenschließkante 30, formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig miteinander in Eingriff sind.
    Bei dem vorliegenden, bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Deckel-Innenlappen 28 in einem Bereich unmittelbar benachbart zur Schließkante 29 mit Vorsprüngen versehen, nämlich mit hakenartigen Verankerungslaschen 37. Es sind mehrere Verankerungslaschen 37, nämlich im vorliegenden Falle drei, in einer Linie nebeneinander angeordnet mit Abständen voneinander. Die Verankerungslasche wird durch eine U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzung 38 im Deckel-Innenlappen 28 gebildet. Durch die Form der Stanzung 38 entsteht die zungenartige Verankerungslasche 37 mit einer Gelenklinie 39 zwischen den freien Enden. Die Stanzung 38 ist so angeordnet, dass die durch Wegbiegen vom Deckel-Innenlappen 28 abstehende Verankerungslasche 37 ein hakenartiges, von der Schließkante 29 weggerichtetes Element bildet. Die Stanzungen 38 und damit die gebildeten Verankerungslaschen 37 sind mit geringem Abstand 47 von der Schließkante 29 angeordnet. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, beträgt der Abstand der Endschenkel der Stanzung 38 und damit der gebildeten Gelenklinie 39 von der Schließkante 29 etwa 0,5 mm bis 3 mm, insbesondere 1,5 mm bis 2 mm.
    Die Verankerungslaschen 37 wirken zusammen mit Gegenorganen im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 32, und zwar unmittelbar benachbart zur Gegenschließkante 30. Dort sind entsprechend der Anzahl der Verankerungslaschen 37 Ausnehmungen bzw. Vertiefungen gebildet, die ebenfalls durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzungen 40 gebildet sind. Unterhalb dieser Stanzungen 40 sind quergerichtete Stanzlinien 41 angebracht. Diese enden mit Abstand von den Enden der Stanzungen 40, so dass kleine Restverbindungen 42 bestehen bleiben. Dadurch können Laschen 43 nach innen zurückgeschwenkt werden unter Bildung einer Ausnehmung mit einer durch die Stanzung 40 gebildeten Verhakungskante 44.
    Bei geschlossener Klappschachtel greifen die beschriebenen Verhakungsorgane formschlüssig ineinander (Fig. 7). Die nach innen vorstehenden Verankerungslaschen 37 treten unter Zurückdrängen der Laschen 43 in die von diesen freigegebenen Ausnehmungen ein und werden an den Verhakungskanten 44 fixiert. Beim Öffnen des Deckels 11 werden die Verankerungslaschen 37 so verformt, dass der Deckel 11 problemlos in die Öffnungsstellung geschwenkt werden kann.
    Im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 32 können auch vollständig freie Öffnungen für den Eintritt der Verankerungslaschen 37 gebildet sein.
    Für die Wirksamkeit der Schließhilfe ist eine exakte Positionierung des Kragens 12 im Schachtelteil 10 wichtig. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Kragen 12 auf justierenden Vorsprüngen im Schachtelteil 10 abgestützt. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind an den innenliegenden Schachtel-Seitenlappen beidseitig Vorsprünge 45 gebildet. Diese bestehen aus einer Querstanzung 46 und einer nach innen gerichteten Prägung bzw. Wölbung des Materials. Die Querstanzung 46 bildet so eine Stützkante für die Kragen-Seitenlappen 33 (Fig. 6). Durch die präzise Anordnung dieser Vorsprünge 45 erhält auch der Kragen stets wiederkehrend eine exakte Position im Schachtelteil und damit auch deren Verankerungsorgane.
    Die Stanzungen 40 im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 32 sind so positioniert, dass die (unteren) Stanzlinien 41 im Bereich der Gegenschließkante 30 liegen, insbesondere in derselben Ebene.
    Die beschriebene Schließhilfe ist besonders vorteilhaft und wichtig für Klappschachteln in der Ausführung mit Rundkanten, also abgerundeten aufrechten Packungskanten oder mit Schrägkanten, also Achteck-Packungen.

    Claims (5)

    1. Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem Schachtelteil (10), einem schwenkbar mit diesem verbundenen Deckel (11) und einem Kragen, der im Schachtelteil (10) verankert ist und mit einem Kragenoberteil (13) aus dem Schachtelteil (10) herausragt, wobei der Deckel (11) in Schließstellung den Kragenoberteil (13) umfasst und eine Verankerungslasche (37), die durch U-bzw. C-förmige Stanzung (38) eines Deckel-Innenlappens (28) an der Innenseite einer Deckel-Vorderwand (21) gebildet ist, mit einer ebenfalls durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzung (40) im Bereich einer Kragen-Vorderwand (32) gebildeten Lasche (43) in Eingriff steht, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
      a) die im Bereich des Deckel-Innenlappens (28) gebildete Verankerungslasche (37) weist eine Gelenklinie (39) auf, die einer von Deckel-Vorderwand (21) und Deckel-Innenlappen (28) gebildeten Schließkante (29) zugekehrt ist, derart, dass die Verankerungslasche (37) bei geschlossenem Deckel (11) unter einem spitzen Winkel aufwärtsgerichtet ist,
      b) die Lasche (43) im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand (32) weist eine Gelenklinie auf, die einer durch eine Schachtel-Vorderwand (14) gebildeten Gegenschließkante (30) zugekehrt ist,
      c) die Verankerungslasche (37) liegt bei geschlossenem Deckel (11) an einer durch die Stanzung (40) im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand (32) gebildeten Verhakungskante (44) der Kragen-Vorderwand (32) an.
    2. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenklinie (39) der Verankerungslasche (37) im Bereich des Deckel-Innenlappens (28) unmittelbar benachbart zu der durch Umfalten des Deckel-Innenlappens (28) gebildeten Schließkante (29) verläuft, insbesondere in einem Abstand von etwa 1,5 mm bis 2 mm.
    3. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stanzung (40) zur Begrenzung der Lasche (43) im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand (32) so angeordnet ist, dass eine Gelenklinie der Lasche (43), nämlich eine Stanzlinie (41) mit Restverbindungen (42) im Bereich der durch die Schachtel-Vorderwand (14) gebildeten Gegenschließkante (30) liegt.
    4. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel-Innenlappen (28) mehrere, insbesondere drei nebeneinanderliegende, durch Stanzungen (38) gebildete Verankerungslaschen (37) aufweist, die unter Schrägstellung bzw. in einer Stellung unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Ebene des Deckel-Innenlappens (28) gerichtet sind und in Schließstellung des Deckels (11) in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen im Bereich des Kragenoberteils (13) eintreten.
    5. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (12) innerhalb des Schachtelteils (10) durch Vorsprünge (45) hinsichtlich der exakten Relativstellung abgestützt ist.
