Description
- eine Verriegelung enthält, die eine Klaffung zwischen Backenschiene und Weichenzunge verhindert,
- Weichenzunge und Backenschiene am Schienenfuß auch bei Spurerweiterung zusammenhält, so daß die definierte Zungenklaffung nicht überschritten wird,
- Längsausdehnungen der Weichenzunge bis zu ± 25 mm ohne Beeinträchtigung des sicheren Verschlusses erlaubt,
- sowohl für elektrisch gesteuerte Weichen als auch für Hand- und Rückfallweichen verwendet werden kann,
- bei Geschwindigkeiten bis zu 40 km/h auffahrbar ist,
- auch zusammen mit einem nicht-auffahrbaren Weichenantrieb verwendet werden kann,
- als Mittelverschluß für lange Weichenzungen in Hochgeschwindigkeitsweichen eingesetzt werden kann,
- an alle üblichen Vignolschienenprofile paßt,
- auch in verschmutzter Umgebung, bei Schneeablagerung und Vereisung funktioniert und
- zwischen zwei Schwellen oder in einer Hohlschwelle eingebaut werden kann.

Claims (12)
- Weichenverschluß für Weichenzungen (2, 3), mit wenigstens einem Verschlußstück (6, 7) zur Befestigung an einer Backenschiene (4, 5), mit wenigstens einem Kloben (8, 9) zur Befestigung an einer Weichenzunge (2, 3) und mit einer Schieberstange (10), wobei der Stellweg der Schieberstange (10) größer ist als der Zungenaufschlag (Z) der Weichenzunge (2, 3) und die Weichenzunge (2, 3) in ihrer einen Endlage an der Backenschiene (4, 5) verriegelt ist, wobei am Verschlußstück wenigstens eine Lagerrolle (17, 18) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Schieberstange (10) zur Verstellung der Weichenzunge (2, 3) relativ zum Verschlußstück (6, 7) über die Lagerrolle (17, 18) bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf bzw. an der Lagerrolle (17, 18) abrollender, sowohl an der Schieberstange (10) als auch am Kloben (8, 9) angelenkter Winkelhebel (19, 20) vorgehen ist und daß der Winkelhebel (19, 20) zur Verriegelung und/der zur Verstellung der Weichenzunge (2, 3) mit der Lagerrolle (17, 18) derart zusammenwirkt, daß der Winkelhebel (19, 20) beim Verstellen der Schieberstange (10) mit seinem freien Ende im Verriegelungszustand der Weichenzunge (2, 3) um den Anlenkpunkt am Kloben (8, 9) schwenkt.
- Weichenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelhebel (19, 20) an seinem freien Ende eine erste Lauffläche (23) aufweist, die an der Lagerrolle (17, 18) während des Verriegelungszustandes abrollt.
- Weichenverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelhebel (19, 20) beim Verstellen der Schieberstange (10) während der Verstellung der Weichenzunge (2, 3) mit einer am Winkelhebel (19, 20) vorgesehenen zweiten Lauffläche (24) auf der Lagerrolle (17, 18) abrollt.
- Weichenverschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Lauffläche (23, 24) vorzugsweise unmittelbar ineinander übergehen und daß, vorzugsweise, die erste und die zweite Lauffläche (23, 24) im Bereich des Übergangs (25) um etwa 90° zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Weichenverschluß nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Lauffläche (24) ausgehend vom Übergang (25) derart geneigt ist, daß die Weichenzunge (2, 3) während des Verstellens angehoben wird.
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerrolle (17, 18) beim Erreichen der offenen Endlage der Weichenzunge (2, 3) im Schenkelbereich des Winkelhebels (19, 20) anschlägt.
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 2-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende des Winkelhebels (19, 20) am Ende der ersten Lauffläche (23) eine Nase (26) vorgesehen ist, die als Anschlag beim Erreichen der verriegelten Endlage dient.
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Anlenkung des Winkelhebels (19, 20) am Kloben (8, 9) und/oder an der Schieberstange (10) Bolzengelenke (27) mit selbstschmierenden Buchsen vorgesehen sind.
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerrolle (17, 18) auf einer selbstschmierenden Buchse am Verschlußteil (6, 7) gelagert ist.
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (B) der Lagerrolle (17, 18) vorzugsweise um ein Mehrfaches größer ist als die Dicke (d) des Winkelhebels (19, 20).
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerrolle (17, 18) eine Verstelleinrichtung (29) zur Verstellung der Lagerrolle (17, 18) in der Höhe und/oder im Abstand zur Backenschiene (4, 5) zugeordnet ist, daß, vorzugsweise, Verstelleinrichtung (29) eine Lagergabel (31) aufweist, an der die Lagerrolle (17, 18) gelagert ist, und daß, vorzugsweise, die Lagergabel (31) über Distanzbleche (32, 33) verstellbar ist.
- Weichenverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zungenaufschlag (Z) wenigstens 150 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 160 mm, und der Stellweg der Schieberstange (10) wenigstens 200 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 220 mm beträgt.
