Claims (14)
- Backofen, insbesondere Backofen für die Schaubäckerei, mit einem den durch eine Ofentür (3) verschließbaren Backraum (4) enthaltenden Backofengehäuse (2), dem ein oberhalb des Backraums (4) angeordneter Dunstfang (5) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dunstfang (5) um eine vertikale Achse (7) schwenkbar im Backofengehäuse (2) gelagert und zwischen einer in das Backofengehäuse (2) versenkten Ruhestellung und einer vor die Vorderfront des Backofengehäuses (2) ragenden Betriebsstellung verstellbar ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikale Achse (7) für den Dunstfang (5) an der selben Seite des Backofengehäuses (2) wie die Scharniere für die Ofentür (3) angeordnet sind.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikale Achse (7) und die Drehachse der Scharniere koaxial ausgerichtet sind.
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Antrieb zur Schwenkung des Dunstfangs (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb zur zeitlich aufeinander abgestimmten Verstellung des Dunstfangs (5) vor der sich nach dem Backvorgang automatisch öffnenden Ofentür (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb einen am Dunstfang (5) angeschlossenen Doppelgelenkstab (9) umfaßt, der mit seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende an einem Linearmotor (10) bzw einer Exzenterwelle befestigt ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine den Öffnungswinkel alpha der sich automatisch öffnenden Ofentür (3) begrenzende Türrastung vorgesehen ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkwinkel des Dunstfangs (5) dem durch die Türrastung begrenzten Öffnungswinkel alpha der Ofentür (3) entspricht.
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Dunstfang (5) neben den nach unten zum Backraum (4) weisenden Ansaugöffnungen zusätzlich seitliche Öffnungen (11) in der Seitenfläche (12) des Dunstfangs (5) ausgebildet sind.
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Dunstfang (5) ein Schwadenkondensator (13) integriert ist, und daß in der Ruhestellung des Dunstfangs (5) zumindest teilweise die Ansaugöffnungen frei liegen.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenfläche (12) des Dunstfangs (5) zur Frontfläche (14) geneigt ausgerichtet ist.
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenfläche (12) durch ein an dem Backofengehäuse (2) angeordnetes Führungselement (15) geführt ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (15) durch ein T-förmiges Profilteil (16) gebildet ist, das mit einem Schenkel (17) in eine in der Seitenfläche (12) ausgebildete Nut (18) eingreift.
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Backofengehäuse (2) zweiteilig mit einem separaten Dunstabzuggehäuse (6) gestaltet ist.
