Der Pumpenrotor 4 ist dabei über einen Mitnehmer 3 mit der Motorwelle des Elektromotors, der von dem Topfgehäuse 10 umschlossen wird, verbunden. Die gesamte Pumpe, bestehend aus den vorgenannten Teilen, ist mit den Schrauben 7 derart mit der Montageplatte 1 verbunden, daß die einzelnen Pumpenteile zwischen dem Deckel 6 und der Montageplatte 1 festgeklemmt werden.
Claims (12)
- Elektrische Luftpumpe für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einer Montageplatte (1), an der das Gehäuse (10) eines Elektromotors und eine Pumpe befestigt sind und mit einem Schalldämpfer (14), der durch die Montageplatte (1) und eine daran befestigte Schalldämpferkappe (8) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalldämpferkappe (8) die Pumpe umfaßt und daß die Schalldämpferkappe (8) auf der vom Elektromotor abgewandten Seite der Montageplatte (1) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftpumpe eine Unterdruckpumpe ist und nach dem Verdrängerprinzip arbeitet.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (1) einen Einlaßstutzen (12) und/oder einen Auslaßkanal (15) für die geförderte Luft aufweist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (1) im Bereich des Auslaßkanals (15) eine Ausnehmung (16) aufweist, die gemeinsam mit einem Flanschrand der Schalldämpferkappe (8) ein Labyrinth bildet.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaßkanal (15) unterhalb der Pumpe angeordnet ist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (1) einen Befestigungsflansch (21) für die Luftpumpe aufweist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (1) eine Aufnahme für das pumpenseitige Motorwellenlager (17) und/oder eine Aufnahme für den Bürstenträger (18) des Elektromotors aufweist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (1) aus Metall, insbesondere Aluminium, druckgegossen ist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalldampferkappe (8) aus Metall besteht.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalldämpferkappe (8) aus Leichtmetalldruckguß besteht.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalldämpferkappe (8) ein Tiefziehteil ist.
- Elektrische Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe eine Flügelzellenpumpe, bestehend aus einer Grundplatte (2), einem Pumpenrotor (4), einem Pumpenring (5) und einem Deckel (6) ist.
