Description
Die im Eingabefach 2 gegen eine Anschlagfläche 5 abgelegten Banknoten 3 werden mittels einer Vereinzelungseinrichtung 19 Banknote für Banknote hintereinander dem Transporisystem 4 zugeführt. Der Boden des Eingabefaches ist dabei nach links und nach hinten etwa um 20° fallend geneigt, wodurch sich die Banknoten sowohl an einer langen, als auch an einer kurzen Seite ausrichten. Das Transportsystem 4 befördert die Banknoten in Richtung ihrer langen Seiten und führt sie durch die Prüfeinrichtung 6, die während des Transportes eine Überprüfung mittels geeigneter Sensoren vornimmt. Die Ausgangssignale der Sensoren werden einer in den Figuren nicht gezeigten Steuereinrichtung zugeführt. Diese Steuereinrichtung entscheidet, in welchem Ablagefach die jeweiligen Banknoten abgelegt werden sollen.
Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von blattförmigen Aufzeichnungsträgern mit jeweils einer langen und einer kurzen Seite, insbesondere Banknoten rechteckigen Formats, miteinem Eingabefach (2) zur Aufnahme der Aufzeichnungsträger (3),einer dem Eingabefach zugeordneten Vereinzelungseinrichtung (19),einem Transportsystem (4),einer in das Transportsystem integrierten Prüfeinrichtung (6) undmindestens einem Ablagefach (12-15) zur Ablage von Aufzeichnungsträgern abhängig von der Prüfung, wobei
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eingabefach (2) und die Ablagefächer (12-15) nebeneinanderliegend innerhalb des Griffbereiches einer Bedienungsperson angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Prüfeinrichtung (6) und der Längs-/Querfördereinrichtung (7) eine Weiche (8) vorgesehen ist, zum Ausschleusen nicht identifizierbarer und/oder falschgeldverdächtiger Aufzeichnungsträger in einer Ablage (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablage (10) und das Eingabefach (2) innerhalb des Griffbereiches einer Bedienungsperson angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportsystem (4) ausgehend vom Eingabefach (2) über die Prüfeinrichtung (6) in Richtung zur Längs-/Querfördereinrichtung (7) entlang einer im wesentlichen U-förmigen Bahn verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-formige Bahn im Bereich der außeren Begrenzungen der Vorrichtung verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eingabefach (2), die Vereinzelungseinrichtung (19), das Transportsystem (4), die Prüfeinrichtung (6) und die Ablage (10) für nicht identifizierbare und/oder falschgeldverdächtige Aufzeichnungsträger Bestandteile eines Basismoduls (20) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längs-/Querfördereinrichtung (7) und die Ablagefächer (12-15) Komponenten einer modular aufgebauten Ausgabeeinheit (25) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgabemodul (25) mit einem standardisierten Ein- und Ausgang (16, 17) für längs transportierte Aufzeichnungsträger (3) ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anpruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längs-/Querfördereinrichtung (7) die Aufzeichnungsträger abhängig von der Prüfung aus dem Transportsystem ausschleust.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprache, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablagefächer (12-15) übereinanderliegend vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Ablagefächer (12-15) Transportrichtung unterhalb der Längs-/Querfördereinrichtung (7) angeordnet sind zur Aufnahme der in Richtung der kurzen Seite transportierten Aufzeichnungsträger (3),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablagefächer (12-15) treppenartig angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frontseite (1) in einem Winkel von etwa 70° zur Horizontalen geneigt ist.
- Verfahren zurn Sortieren von blattförmigen Aufzeichnungsträgern mit jeweils einer langen und einer kurzen Seite, insbesondere Banknoten, mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Einlegen der Aufzeichnungsträger in ein Eingabefach, so daß deren lange Seiten dem Bediener zugewandt und parallel zur Frontseite der Sortiervorrichtung verlaufen,Vereinzeln der Aufzeichnungsträger aus dem Eingabefach und Weiterführung in ein Transportsystem, wobei die Aufzeichnungsträger in Richtung der langen Seite einer Prüfeinrichtung zugeführt werden,Prüfen der Aufzeichnungsträger,Weiterleiten der Aufzeichnungsträger zu einer Längs-/Querfördereinrichtung, nach der die Aufzeichnungsträger in Richtung der kurzen Seite weitertransportiert werden,Ablegen der Aufzeichnungsträger in wenigstens einem Ablagefach derart, daß deren lange Seiten dem Bediener zugewandt und parallel zur Frontseite der Sortiersorrichtung verlaufen.
