Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Stapeln von einzeln aus einer Produktionsmaschine (3) kommenden flachen Gegenständen (2), insbesondere von Briefhüllen, bei dem Teilstapel (8) aus jeweils mehreren Gegenständen (2) gebildet werden, die Teilstapel (8) versetzt und im Wechsel unterschiedlich so verschwenkt werden, daß die Gegenstände (2) aufeinanderfolgender Teilstapel (8) hinsichtlich der Lage zweier paralleler Kanten (a, b) gegensinnig orientiert sind, und die Teilstapel (8) unter Bildung eines Stapels (13) zusammengeführt werden, wobei alle Teilstapel (8) gleichermaßen durch Verschwenken um eine Achse (15) versetzt werden, die parallel zur Ebene der Gegenstände (2) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem zweiten Teilstapel (8) eine die unterschiedliche Orientierung bewirkende Zusatzschwenkung um eine Schwenkachse (18, 40a) erteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Teilstapel (8) gleichermaßen um 180° um die Achse (15) verschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (18) für die Zusatzschwenkung parallel zur Achse (15) verläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzschwenkung um die Schwenkachse (18) als Rückschwenkung gegenüber der Versetzungsschwenkung um die Achse (15) ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzschwenkung um eine rechtwinklig zur Achse (15) verlaufende Schwenkachse (40a) erfolgt und 180° beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzschwenkung um die Schwenkachse (18, 40a) während der Versetzungsschwenkung um die Achse (15) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit einer Stapelfläche (11) für die ankommenden Gegenstände (2), mit wenigstens einem Greifer (17) zum Übernehmen von Teilstapeln (8) der Gegenstände (2) von der Stapelfläche (11) und mit einer Schwenkeinrichtung (9), die einen um eine Achse (15) verschwenkbaren Träger (16) für den Greifer (17) aufweist, wobei die Schwenkeinrichtung (9) mit zur Ebene der ankommenden Gegenstände (2) paralleler Achse (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Greifer (17) eine Zusatzschwenkeinrichtung mit einer Schwenkachse (18, 40a) zugeordnet ist, die bei jedem zweiten ergriffenen Teilstapel (8) antreibbar ist, um seinen Gegenständen (2) eine gegensinnige Kantenorientierung im Vergleich zu den Gegenständen (2) der benachbarten Teilstapel (8) zu geben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (16) um die Achse (15) hin- und zurückschwenkbar und/oder um 350° drehbar gelagert sowie antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Träger (16) angeordete Greifer (17) relativ zum Träger (16) um eine Greiferachse (18) schwenkbar ist, die parallel zur Trägerachse (15) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Träger (61, 60) angeordnete Greifer (17a) um eine Greiferachse (40a) schwenkbar ist, die senkrecht zu der Achse (15a) steht, um die der Träger (16a) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Greifer (17b) einen ersten Anschlag (62b) und einen zweiten Anschlag (63b) aufweist, die relativ zueinander bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Greifer (17b) jeweils zwei stationär angeordnete Anschläge (62b) aufweist, denen je ein bewegbarer Anschlag (63b) zugeordnet ist, wobei die gegenüber den stationären Anschlägen (62b) bewegbaren Anschlägen (63b) ferner voneinanderweg und aufeinanderzu bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zur Bildung des Stapels (13) dienende Station (12) einer Verpackungsstation (6) zugeordnet ist und eine kanalförmige Stapelstrecke (19, 19a) zum Zusammenfassen mehrerer vom Träger (16) abgesetzten Teilstapel (8) zu einem vollständigen Stapel (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelstrecke (19a) in ihrem Abstand zueinander einstellbare Seitenwände (41a und 42a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kanalförmigen Stapelstrecke (19) eine Klemm- und Halteeinrichtung (20) zugeordnet ist, um einen vollständigen Stapel (13) aus der Stapelstrecke (19) in die Verpackungsstation (6) zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Übernahme-Vorrichtung (25) mit einem Greifer-Schlitten (26) der kanalförmigen Stapelstrecke (19) an ihrem dem Träger (15) zugewandten Ende für die von dem Träger (16) abgesetzten Teilstapel (8) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (70) der Schwenkeinrichtung (9) ein Differentialgetriebe (71) und mindestens eine elektromagnetische Kupplung (87) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (16b, 16c) der Schwenkeinrichtung (9b, 9c) und sein Greifer (17a, 17b) höhenverstellbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Träger (70) der Schwenkeinrichtung zwei oder mehr Greifer (76 und 78) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (76 und 78) diametral zueinander am Träger (70) angeordnet sind.
