Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de produire des éléments antivol (1) désactivables destinés à la protection électronique des articles. Selon ce procédé, on utilise une bande (2) de matériau magnétique doux de longueur donnée, excitée par application d'un champ magnétique alternatif afin d'émettre un signal caractéristique, et des sections (3) de longueur donnée d'un matériau magnétique dur ou semi-dur. Les sections (3) sont disposées par rapport à la bande de matériau magnétique doux de manière, lorsqu'elles sont à l'état de saturation, à faire cesser le signal caractéristique émis par la bande de matériau magnétique doux (2). L'invention a pour objet de proposer un procédé et un dispositif permettant la production économique des éléments antivol désactivables. Pour ce faire, une bande continue (4) de matériau magnétique dur ou semi-dur est subdivisée en sections (3) de longueur donnée. Ces sections (3) sont acheminées au moyen d'un dispositif de transport (7) à une vitesse supérieure à celle de la bande continue (4). La vitesse relative est calculée de manière à obtenir la distance voulue entre deux sections (3) successives et à relier une bande continue (15) de matériau magnétique doux aux sections (3) de matériau magnétique dur ou semi-dur, qui sont espacées.

Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'éléments de sécurité désactivables destinés à la protection électronique des articles, constitués d'une matière magnétique souple en ruban d'une longueur donnée, qui soumise à l'action d'un champ électromagnétique déclenche l'émission d'un signal caractéristique, et de segments de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide disposés sur le ruban de matière souple de manière à ce qu'à l'état de saturation ils aient le pouvoir de neutraliser le signal caractéristique, caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit la mise en oeuvre d'une bande continue (4) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide sans couche de protection découpée en segments (3) d'une longueur donnée, lesquels sont ensuite transportés à l'aide d'un convoyeur à bande (7) fonctionnant à une vitesse supérieure à la vitesse d'alimentation de la bande continue (4), la vitesse relative étant calculée de manière à obtenir un espacement d'une longueur donnée entre deux segments successifs (3), ledit procédé prévoyant enfin la mise en oeuvre d'une bande de matière magnétique souple (15) et son application sur les segments (3) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide ainsi espacés.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par l'application d'une matière adhésive (16) sur les segments (3) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide espacés, la bande de matière magnétique souple (15) étant appliquée sur la face opposée desdits segments (3).
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau produite (13) est enroulée sur un rouleau récepteur.
  4. Dispositif conçu en vue de la fabrication d'éléments de sécurité désactivables destinés à la protection électronique des articles constitués d'une matière magnétique souple en ruban d'une longueur donnée, qui soumise à l'action d'un champ électromagnétique déclenche l'émission d'un signal caractéristique, et de segments de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide disposés sur le ruban de matière souple de manière à ce qu'à l'état de saturation ils aient le pouvoir de neutraliser le signal caractéristique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un rouleau d'alimentation (5) à partir duquel la bande continue (4) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide sans couche de protection est dévidée, un poste de coupe (6) ayant pour fonction de découper la bande continue (4) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide en segments (3) d'une longueur donnée, un convoyeur à bande (7) fonctionnant à une vitesse supérieure à la vitesse d'alimentation de la bande continue (4) de manière à obtenir un espacement d'une longueur donnée entre deux segments successifs (3) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide, et un autre rouleau d'alimentation à partir duquel la bande continue de matière magnétique souple (15) est dévidée et appliquée sur les segments (3) de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide pour constituer la bande de matériau résultante (13).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif à vide (8), chargé de plaquer les segments de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide (3) sur la bande de transport du convoyeur (7) en les espaçant de la longueur voulue.
  6. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un aimant (8) disposé de manière à plaquer les segments de matière magnétique rigide ou semi-rigide (3) sur la bande de transport du convoyeur (7) en les espaçant de la longueur voulue.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un rouleau récepteur (14) sur lequel la bande de matériau résultante (13) vient s'enrouler.
