Claims (5)
- Steuerung für den Antrieb einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einer dem vorzugsweise als wenigstens einen Gleichstrommotor ausgebildeten Antriebsmotor (3) der Druckmaschine (4) vorgeordneten Steuerung (1), der Kommandos zum Verändern der Drehzahl der Druckmaschine (4) zuführbar sind, woraufhin die Maschinendrehzahl gemäß gespeicherter Zeitfunktionen geändert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steuerung (1) in Abhängigkeit des Schaltzustandes der Druckwerkszylinder entsprechende Signale der in den einzelnen Druckwerken der Druckmaschine (4) angeordneten Druckschaltvorrichtungen (5) zuführbar sind, daß die Steuerung (1) mit einem Speicher (8) in Wirkverbindung steht, in welchem unterschiedlichen Schaltzuständen der Druckwerkszylinder zugeordnete Zeitfunktionen zum Hochfahren und/oder Abtouren der Druckmaschine (4) abgespeichert sind, und daß durch die Steuerung (1) auf ein Kommando zum Verändern der Drehzahl die für den aktuellen Schaltzustand vorgesehene Zeitfunktion über den Antriebsmotor (3) zur Anwendung kommt. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine die den Gummituchzylindern in den einzelnen Druckwerken zugeordneten Druckschaltvorrichtungen (5) mit der Steuerung (1) in Signalverbindung stehen. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steuerung (1) die Signale einer der in den einzelnen Druckwerken der Druckmaschine (4) angeordneten Druckschaltvorrichtungen (5) vorgeordneten Maschinensteuerung zuführbar sind. - Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß über die Steuerung (1) nach Eingabe eines eine Drehzahländerung bewirkenden Kommandos die in den einzelnen Druckwerken der Druckmaschine (4) dem Verändern der Farb- und/oder Feuchtdosierung dienenden Antriebe (9, 10) der Farb- und/oder Feuchtwerke entsprechend dem angewählten Drehzahlwert der Druckmaschine (4) ansteuerbar sind. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Speicher (8) der Steuerung (1) für unterschiedliche Netzfrequenzen, mit welchen die Antriebe (9, 10) der Farb- und/oder Feuchtwerke der Druckwerke der Druckmaschine (4) betreibbar sind, unterschiedliche und das Verändern der Drehzahl der Druckmaschine (4) an die Verstellgeschwindigkeit der Farb- und/oder Feuchtdosierung anpassende Zeitfunktionen abgespeichert sind.
