Claims (4)
- Druckschaltvorrichtung für einen Zylinder einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise den Gummituchzylinder (G) einer Offsetdruckmaschine oder den Formzylinder von Lackiereinrichtungen, wobei der Zylinder (1) beidseitig über jeweils verschwenkbar in Gestellwänden gelagerte Exzenterlager (2) gegenüber den mit ihm zusammenwirkenden Zylindern (P, D) gelagert ist und den Exzenterlagern (2) zur Druckschaltung eine Betätigungseinrichtung (4) sowie zur Achsabstandseinstellung einstellbare und die Verschwenkbarkeit der Exzenterlager (2) begrenzende Anschläge (6) zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sowohl an der A- sowie der B-Seite des Zylinders (1) den Exzenterlagern (2) jeweils eine Betätigungseinrichtung (4) sowie zur Achsabstandseinstellung der der Druck-An-Stellung entsprechenden Position der Exzenterlager (2) jeweils ein einstellbarer Anschlag (6) zugeordnet ist, wobei den Anschlägen (6) an der A- und B-Seite des Zylinders (1) jeweils gleichartige Stellantriebe (5) zugeordnet sind, und daß die Anschläge (6) an der A- und B-Seite des Zylinders (1) über die zugeordneten Stellantriebe (5) sowohl um gleiche als auch unterschiedliche Beträge verstellbar sind. - Druckschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtungen der Exzenterlager (2) an der A- und B-Seite des Zylinders (1) als einstufige, doppeltwirkende Arbeitszylinder ausgebildet sind. - Druckschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtungen der EXenterlager (2) an der A- und B-Seite des Zylinders (1) als zweistufige, doppeltwirkende Arbeitszylinder (4) ausgebildet sind. - Druckschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Aktivierung der Betätigungseinrichtung (4) an der A- und B-Seite des Zylinders (1) eine die Betätigungseinrichtungen (4) gleichzeitig und in gleicher Weise aktivierende Steuerung vorgesehen ist.
