Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de conditionner des articles, notamment des saucisses (1) ou de la chair à saucisse (50) transformée en saucisses (1a), qui parviennent jusqu'à un poste de conditionnement (3) en passant par un dispositif d'alimentation (2). Il est prévu de monter dans le poste de conditionnement (3), au-dessus d'un élément de conditionnement (36), au moins un alimenteur à roue cellulaire (22) associé au dispositif d'alimentation (2), l'alimenteur à roue cellulaire (22) et l'élément de conditionnement (36) étant mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif permettant de conditionner des saucisses (1) amenées à un poste d'amenée (2) dans un dispositif de conditionnement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le poste de conditionnement (3) et au-dessus d'un moyen de conditionnement (36), est montée au moins une roue à cellules (22) qui est associée au dispositif d'amenée (2), la roue (22) pouvant se déplacer au-dessus du moyen de conditionnement (36) tandis qu'à la roue (22) est raccordée une bande transporteuse (4) qui amène les saucisses et dont la longueur varie en fonction du déplacement de la roue à cellules (22).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le poste de conditionnement (3), est prévu, en plus du premier moyen de conditionnement (3), un second moyen de conditionnement (36a) qui peut se déplacer sous la (ou les) roue(s) à cellules (22).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la roue à cellules (22) peut tourner entre deux joues latérales (20, 21), son axe (23) étant relié à un entraînement (33).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les joues latérales (20, 21) peuvent coulisser le long de guides linéaires (27, 28) selon la direction (X).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entraînement de l'ensemble de la roue à cellules (22) et de ses joues latérales (20, 21) est assuré par un entraînement de translation (29).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entraînement (29) est relié à une vis à billes (30) traversant un alésage fileté (31) d'un bloc entraîneur (32) monté sur la joue latérale (20).
  7. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse (4) passe sur un galet avant de renvoi (5) monté sur un axe (19) entre les deux joues latérales (20, 21).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse (4) passe sur un galet arrière de renvoi (6) dont l'axe est relié à un entraînement (9).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse (4) entre les deux galets de renvoi (5, 6), forme une boucle (10) chargée par un poids (12).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le poids (12) est guidé dans un châssis (11).
  11. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 3 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le ou les entraînements (9, 29, 33) sont des servomoteurs.
  12. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la(les) roue(s) à cellules (22) est(sont) échangeable(s), et présente(nt) des auges (24) de réception de saucisses (1).
