Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Inbetriebnahme oder Umrüstung einer Blechverarbeitungsmaschine, insbesondere Zargenschweissmaschine im Hinblick auf zu verarbeitende, insbesondere schweissende Bleche von vorbestimmten Eigenschaften, wie insbesondere Format und/oder Legierung und/oder Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, wobei zu verarbeitende Bleche mittels einer Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (22) aus einem Blechmagazin (1) vereinzelt und zu einer Bearbeitungsstation weitertransportiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Blechmagazin (1) ein modulares, transportables und mit der Maschine verbindbares Magazin mit mindestens einem Hilfsorganen (22) für die Vereinzelung der Bleche verwendet und an der Maschine installiert wird, wobei der oder die Betriebsparameter des mindestens einen Hilfsorgans (22) im Hinblick auf die Eigenschaften des zu verarbeitenden Blechs bereits betriebsfähig voreingestellt worden sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die BetriebsparameterSeparierluft (vorzugsweise Einstellung einer Luftdüse)Durchbiegung des untersten Blechs in Magazinstapel (vorzugsweise Einstellung der Trennrasten)Abstand des untersten Blechs vom Vereinzelungsorgan (vorzugsweise Einstellung eines Abstandselements)
im Hinblick auf ein vorbestimmtes, zu verarbeitendes Blech voreingestellt worden sind. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Hinblick auf ein Wechsel der zu verarbeitenden Bleche das modulare Magazin (1) entfernt und mit der bestehenden Einstellung der Betriebsparameter gelagert wird, solange, bis es für die Bearbeitung gleicher Bleche wiederum in der Zargenschweissmaschine eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betriebsparameter anhand von Probeblechen in einem Maschinenprüfstand eingestellt, das für ein vorbestimmtes Blech betriebsbereite modulare Magazin (1) dem Linienbetreiber zugestellt oder zur Schweissmaschine gebracht und dann sofort an dieser betriebsfähig installiert oder bis zur Verwendung zwischengelagert wird.
- Modulares Magazin für eine Blechverarbeitungsmaschine, welche ein Vereinzelungsorgan (22) für mit hoher Kadenz aus dem Magazin zu vereinzelnde Bleche aufweist, mit einstellbaren Stapelstützen 6 für die Aufnahme von Blechstapeln verschiedenen Formats, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rahmen 4 mit einem oder mehreren Hilfsorganen (22) für die Vereinzelung bzw. den Abzug einzelner Bleche durch das Vereinzelungsorgan (22).
- Modulares Magazin nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch als Hilfsorgan ausgebildete, auf dem Rahmen angeordnete, verstellbare Trennrastelemente (28) für vorbestimmte Durchbiegung des abzugsbereiten Blechs durch ortsgenaues Stützen.
- Modulares Magazin nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch auf dem Rahmen (4) angeordnete, mit mindestens einem, vorzugsweise drei Freiheitsgraden verstellbaren Trennluftelemente (22) zum Einwirken auf die unmittelbar in Reihenfolge abzuziehenden Bleche durch das Vereinzelungsorgan.
- Modulares Magazin nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch nur an einer oder nur an einander gegenüberliegenden Blechseiten angreifende, verstellbare Stapelstützen 6.
- Modulares Magazin nach Anspruch 5 für eine Blechverarbeitungsmaschine mit Mitteln zum Lagern des modularen Magazins in definierter Lage gegenüber dem Vereinzelungsorgan, gekennzeichnet durch Abstandselemente zum Zusammenwirken mit den Mitteln (5) zum Lagern des Magazins für eine vorbestimmte Lage des Rahmens gegenüber dem Vereinzelungsorgan.
- Modulares Magazin nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandselemente als höhenverstellbare, im Rahmen (4) angeordnete Stellschrauben (5) ausgebildet sind.
- Blechverarbeitungsmaschine, insbesondere Zargenschweissmaschine mit einem modularen Magazin nach Anspruch 5.
