Description
Claims (8)
- Walzenförmiger Schneidkörper (10) für eine Schrämmaschine mit einer auf der Oberfläche des Schneidkörpers abstehend angeordneten und aus in gleichmäßiger Teilung angebrachten Basisteilen (20) gebildeten Räum-Ladeschnecke bzw. Räumwendel, bei dem mit jedem Basisteil ein Meißelhalter (30) mit auswechselbarem Meißel (40) verbunden ist, wobei der Meißelhalter mit einem Steckansatz (31) in eine Steckaufnahme (21) des Basisteils eingeführt und mittels einer Druckschraube (50) darin gehalten ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß entlang der zu bildenden Räum-Ladeschnecke bzw. Räumwendel in gleichmäßiger Teilung Taschenaufnahmen (27) in die Oberfläche des Schneidkörpers eingebracht sind,daß die Basisteile (20) an ihren Unterseiten in einen Fuß (26) auslaufen, der im Querschnitt auf die Taschenaufnahmen (27) abgestimmt ist, unddaß die Basisteile (20) mit dem Fuß (26) positioniert in eine Taschenaufnahme (27) eingeführt und mit dieser fest verbunden sind. - Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Basisteile (20) mit den Unterseiten ihrer Füße (26) an Stützflächen der Taschenaufnahmen (27) abstützen. - Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Basisteile (20) bis zum Anschlag an der Oberfläche des Schneidkörpers (10) an die Taschenaufnahmen (27) einführbar sind. - Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Taschenaufnahmen (27) in Laufrichtung hinten offen sind unddaß die Basisteile (20) in Laufrichtung des Schneidkörpers bis zum Anschlag an den in Laufrichtung vorderen Seiten der Taschenaufnahmen (27) einschiebbar sind. - Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Füße (26) der Basisteile (20) nach dem Einsetzen in die Taschenaufnahmen (27) mit der Oberfläche des Schneidkörpers verschweißt und/oder verschraubt sind. - Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Basiskörper (20) in der Räum-Ladeschnecke bzw. Räumwendel aneinandergereiht sind. - Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckschraube als Gewindebolzen (50) mit endseitiger Werkzeugaufnahme (52) ausgebildet ist. - Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Basisteile (20) und die Meißelhalter (30) geschmiedet und vergütet sind.
