Claims (15)
- Balkon oder Loggia mit einem Geländer zur Befestigung an seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (50, 51), des Balkons oder der Loggia, wobei das Geländer Befestigungsträger (1, 1') aufweist, die an den bestehenden seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (50, 51) nachträglich fest angebracht sind die jeweils und eine Aufnahme (2) aufweisen, die für einen sich zwischen den an den beabstandeten Begrenzungswänden (50, 51) angebrachten Befestigungsträgern (1, 1') erstreckenden Querträger vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stützlasten aufnehmendes Element ausschließlich ein Querträger vorgesehen ist, der sich in Form eines Holmes (10) im oberen Bereich des Geländers zwischen den Befestigungsträgern (1, 1') erstreckt.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (10) den oberen Rand des Geländers bildet und als Handlauf und/oder Blumenkasten ausgebildet ist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm ein Profilteil, vorzugsweise ein Aluminiumstrangpreßteil ist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (10) im wesentlichen ein oben offenes Rechteckprofil ist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rechteckprofil mindestens in einem seiner Eckbereiche einen nach unten offenen Schlitz (16, 17, 18, 19) aufweist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der oberen Eckbereiche des Rechteckprofils einen nach innen offenen Schlitz (21, 22) zur Aufnahme einer Abdeckplatte (20) aufweist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden des Rechteckprofils ihrerseits als geschlossenes Hohlprofil (14, 15) ausgebildet sind.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Halteelemente (4, 5, 30) für Verkleidungen (6) an dem Holm (10) hängend montierbar vorgesehen sind.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (4, 5, 30) Pfosten (4) oder Leisten (5) aufweisen und daß untere Enden der Halteelemente (4, 5, 30) mit einer Bodenplatte (40), vorzugsweise an deren Stimseite befestigbar sind.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm eine Biegefestigkeit hat, welche einem rechteckigen Aluminium U-Profil aus mindestens 4 mm starkem, normalen Aluminium mit einer Mindestlänge und Mindesthöhe von jeweils 15 cm entspricht und insbesondere die statischen Anforderungen der DIN 1055 für freitragende Einfeldträger erfüllt.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsträger (1, 1') wahlweise bündig mit den seitlichen Begrenzungswänden oder über deren Vorderkante hinausragend an den Begrenzungswänden (50, 51) befestigt sind.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (4, 5, 30) ein Kopfteil mit Befestigungslöchern und vorzugsweise auch ein Durchgangsloch (33) mit einem angesetzten Hohlzapfen (34) aufweist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf den Hohlzapfen (34) aufsteckbares Rohr (4) als vertikaler Pfosten vorgesehen ist.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Pfosten (4) durch vorzugsweise rohrförmige Querleisten (5) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Balkon oder Loggia nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsträger ein plattenförmiges, an seitlichen Begrenzungswänden angebrachtes Teil und einen Ansatz mit Kastenquerschnitt aufweisen, dessen Innenmaße zur Aufnahme des Profilholmes (10) in etwa dem Außenquerschnitt des Holmprofils entsprechen.
