Claims (3)

1. Dispositif de scellement des bords de vitrages isolants avec transporteur de chargement (2), dispositif d'évacuation (3) et dispositif de scellement (4) avec système de scellement automatique (6) équipé d'une buse de scellement pouvant être déplacée et pivotée en fonction du bord à sceller, le transporteur de chargement conformé en ligne de rouleaux ou en bande transporteuse étant aménagé pour l'engagement de vitrages isolants (1) et présentant un élément partiel de positionnement (7) ascendant et descendant amené jusque dans le dispositif de scellement équipe d'organes de réception des vitrages isolants (5), lesdits organes de réception de vitrages isolants étant munis d'une pluralité de têtes aspirantes (8) qui permettent de prendre en charge un vitrage isolant en position debout et à bords dégagés et de la maintenir lors du scellement des bords, le système de scellement automatique pouvant, en outre, être déplacé vers le haut et vers le bas sur une traverse de guidage (9) verticale, et le vitrage isolant aux bords scellés pouvant être retiré des têtes aspirantes des organes de réception de vitrages isolants et évacué à l'aide d'un dispositif d'évacuation, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de réception de vitrages isolants (5) est disposé dans un cadre (10) fixe et qu'il comprend des têtes aspirantes (8) télescopiques permettant de prendre en charge un vitrage isolant soulevé et présenté à l'aide de l'élément partiel de positionnement (7), que la traverse de guidage (9) essentiellement verticale du système de scellement automatique peut être déplacée horizontalement dans le cadre (10) de l'organe de réception de vitrages isolants (5), et que Ig dispositif d'évacuation (3) se compose d'un cadre d'évacuation (11) muni d'une pluralité de têtes aspirantes (12) télescopiques et pouvant être déplacé, sur des rails-guides horizontaux, entre une position en aval de l'organe de réception de vitrages isolants (5) et un poste de reprise (14), un vitrage isolant scellé aux bords (1) pouvant être repris, dans l'organe de réception (5), par les têtes aspirantes (12) du cadre d'évacuation (11) et évacué au moyen dudit cadre d'évacuation.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de réception de vitrages isolants (5) comporte des têtes aspirantes (8) qui maintiennent un vitrage isolant (1) pris en charge dans une position inclinée vers l'arrière en direction du cadre d'évacuation (11), et que le vitrage isolant (1) incliné en conséquence peut être amené, dans ou avec le cadre d'évacuation (11), dans une position verticale.
3.
