Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству (1) для глубокой переработки сырья. Устройство (1) включает нагревательное устройство (2), дистилляционную установку (3) и реакционный агрегат (4). Реакционный агрегат выполнен с возможностью загрузки сырья в реакционный агрегат для переработки. Нагревательное устройство может быть открыто и закрыто для размещения в нем реакционного агрегата. Нагревательное устройство (2) включает верхний элемент (7) и оболочку (8), прочно соединенную с верхним элементом (7), и опорные элементы (6). Верхний элемент (7) расположен и удерживается на опорных элементах (6), длина которых может изменяться в вертикальном направлении таким образом, чтобы за счет изменения длины опорных элементов (6) между двумя конечными положениями обеспечивалось открывание и закрывание нагревательного устройства (2) в вертикальном направлении перемещения (В). Настоящее изобретение также относится к способу эксплуатации устройства для глубокой переработки сырья.
