Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer und wertvoller Phosphorsäureester.
Die neuen Phosphorsäureester der vorliegenden Erfindung sind 0,0-Dialkyl-0-[pyridazinon-(6)-yl-(3)]-phosphate
der allgemeinen Formel

In dieser Formel bedeuten R und R' niedermolekulare Alkylreste, wie Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl und Butyl, X
Schwefel oder Sauerstoff, Y und Y' Wasserstoff oder Halogen und Z einen Phenyl-, Nitrophenyl-, Bromphenyl-,
Chlorphenylrest oder Alkylreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen.
Diese neuen Phosphorsäureester werden erfindungsgemäß durch Umsetzung eines Dialkylphosphorsäurechlorids

verwendet werden. In diesem Falle wird die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines Chlorwasserstoffakzeptors, beispielsweise
eines Alkali- oder Erdalkalicarbonats, ausgeführt. Die Reaktion bei der Herstellung von 0, O-Diäthyl-0-[l-phenylpyridazinon-(6)-yl-(3)]-thiophosphat
kann z. B. wie folgt dargestellt werden:

Die Reaktion kann bei Temperaturen im Bereich von etwa 10 bis 100° und vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 60°
ausgeführt werden.
Geeignete inerte Lösungsmittel für die Reaktion sind z. B. Wasser, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxyd, Dioxan,
Acetonitril, Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, niedermoleku-
lare aliphatische einwertige Alkohole, Ketone, wie Aceton,
Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Methylbenzylketon und Cyclohexanon, und aliphatische Ester,
wie Äthylacetat, 2-Äthylhexylacetat, Methylpropionat,
Äthylbutyrat und Isopropylbutyrat.
Die bei dem vorliegenden Verfahren verwendeten Oxypyridazinone können leicht ^durch Umsetzung von Malein-
säureanhydrid und substituierten Maleins äureanhydriden
mit monosubstitutierten Hydrazinen oder deren Salzen mit Mineralsäuren in wäßrigem Medium oder einem anderen
geeigneten Lösungsmittel, wie Alkohol oder Eisessig, hergestellt werden. Die Reaktion des Maleinsäureanhydrids
mit Methylhydrazinsulfat zur Herstellung des 6-Oxy-2-methyl-pyridazinons-(3)
läßt sich wie folgt darstellen;

Die Alkalisalze der Oxypyridazinone können durch Umsetzung des Oxypyridazinons mit einem Alkalihydroxyd
in Wasser und nachfolgender Ausfällung mit Aceton hergestellt werden.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung näher erläutern, ohne sie zu beschränken.

Das Natriumsalz des 6-Oxy-2-phenyl-pyridazinons-(3) (0,12 Mol) wurde in 230 ecm wasserfreiem Dimethylformamid
gelöst. Zu der klaren gelben Lösung wurden 0,12 Mol 0, O-Diäthylphosphorsäurechlorid zugesetzt, worauf
die Temperatur der Mischung auf 37,5° stieg. Nach etwa 3stündigem Rühren wurde die Reaktionsmischung
filtriert und das Lösungsmittel aus dem Filtrat im Vakuum entfernt. Der Rückstand wurde in 100 ecm Toluol
gelöst und die Lösung mit 5°/oiger wäßriger Natriumcarbonatlösung
und dann mit gesättigter wäßriger Natriumchloridlösung gewaschen. Die Toluollösung wurde
über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet und unter Bildung des gewünschten Produkts (89% Ausbeute),

"N -N Das Verfahren von Beispiel 1 wurde unter Verwendung
des Natriumsalzes des 6-Oxy-2-phenyl-pyridazinons-(3) (0,12 Mol) und O, O-Dimethylthiophosphorsäurechlorids
(0,12MoI) ausgeführt. Das Produkt (63,20Z0 Ausbeute)
zeigte nach Umkristallisation aus Äthanol unter Zugabe von Wasser einen Schmelzpunkt von 46,5 bis 47°.

Eine Mischung von 6-Oxy-2-phenyl-pyridazinon-(3) (0,1 Mol) und wasserfreiem Natriumcarbonat (0,1 Mol)
wurde in 175 ecm wasserfreiem Dimethylformamid suspendiert.
Dann wurde 0,0-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid (0,1 Mol) zugefügt und die Reaktionsmischung
bei Zimmertemperatur 21 Stunden gerührt, hierauf filtriert und das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum entfernt. Der
so erhaltene semikristalline Rückstand wurde mit 100 ecm Toluol behandelt und die Mischung erneut filtriert.
Die Toluollösung wurde mit 10%iger wäßriger Natriumcarbonatlösung und dann mit gesättigter wäßriger
Natriumchloridlösung gewaschen. Das Lösungsmittel wurde unter Erzielung einer 69,4%igen Ausbeute
an gewünschtem Produkt abgedampft. Nach Umkristallisation aus Methanol zeigte die Verbindung einen
Schmelzpunkt von 56 bis 57\

Die Phosphorsäureester der folgenden Tabelle wurden gemäß des Verfahrens von Beispiel 3 unter Verwendung
äquimolarer Mengen von Dialkylphosphorsäurechlorid, Oxypyridazinon und Natriumcarbonat hergestellt.

Die Verbindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind hochwirksame Insektizide und Akarizide und können als
Sprays in organischen Lösungsmitteln, als Emulsionen in Wasser oder anderen nicht als Lösungsmittel wirkenden
Flüssigkeiten oder auf festen Trägern, wie Tonen, Talk, Diatomeenerden u. dgl., verwendet werden.
Die ausgeprägte Aktivität der Phosphorsäureester bei der Bekämpfung verschiedener Insekten und Milben sei
durch folgende Angaben erläutert:
Aphis rumicis: 100 % Abtötung mit Estern der obigen Beispiele 1,3, 4, 5 und 10 bei einer Konzentration von
0,01 % in einem Lösungsmittelträger aus 65 % Aceton und 35 o/o Wasser.
Tribolium confusum: 100 % Abtötung mit Estern der obigen Beispiele 3 und 4 bei einer Konzentration von 1,0 °/0
auf festen Trägern, wie Pyrophyllit und Attapulguston.
Unter den gleichen Bedingungen ergibt der bekannte TMophosphorsäure-[2-isopropyl-4-methyl-pyrimidyl-(6)]-diäthylester
in l%iger Konzentration auf Pyrophyllitstaub nur 38% Abtötung.
Deutsche Küchenschabe: 90 bis 100% Abtötung mit Estern der obigen Beispiele 1, 3, 4, 5 und 10 bei einer
Konzentration von 1,0 % auf festen Trägern, wie Pyrophyllit, Attapulguston und Fullererde.
Schwalbenkrautkäfer (Oncopeltus fasciatus): 100 % Abtötung mit Estern der obigen Beispiele 1, 3, 4, 5 und 10
bei einer Konzentration von 1,0% auf festen Trägern, wie Talk, Fullererde und Pyrophyllit.
Zweigepunktete Spinnenmilbe (Rote Spinne): 100% Abtötung mit Estern der obigen Beispiele 1, 3, 4, 5 und 10
bei einer Konzentration von 0,1 % in einem Lösungsmittelträger aus 65 % Aceton und 35 % Wasser.
Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Phosphorsäureester der allgemeinen Formel

worin R und R' niedermolekulare Alkylreste, X Schwefel oder Sauerstoff, Y und Y' Wasserstoff oder Halogen
und Z einen Phenyl-, Nitrophenyl-, Bromphenyl-, Chlorphenyl- oder einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen
bedeuten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Dialkylphosphorsäurechlorid der allgemeinen

worin R, R' und X die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, mit einem Alkali- oder Erdalkaliderivat
