Gegenstand der Patentanmeldung D 48 949 IVb/12 ο ist
ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von halogenierten Estern der Phosphorsäuren der allgemeinen !Formel

Y (jedoch ohne Fluor), η und a bzw. b die vorstehende Bedeutung besitzen, in Gegenwart von
tertiären Aminen bzw. von Hydrochloriden der vorgenannten, deren Hydrochloride bei der Reaktionstemperatur eine
HCl-Tension besitzen, die kleiner ist als der Druck, bei
der die Reaktion durchgeführt wird, bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis 180° G, vorzugsweise 60 bis 120° C, gegebenenfalls
unter Verwendung von inerten Lösungsmitteln, kondensiert.
Die Katalysatoren werden in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 bezogen auf das Säurechlorid des Phosphors, eingesetzt.
In Abänderung des Verfahrens zur Herstellung von halogenierten
Estern der Phosphorsäuren gemäß Patentanmeldung D 48 949 IVb/12 ο wurde nun gefunden, daß man als Kataly
satoren auch heterocyclische Verbindungen, die eine ring förmig gebundene Stickstoffalkyl- oder Stickstoffarylgruppe
enthalten, verwenden kann. Geeignet sind ferner

solche Hydrochloride der obengenannten Verbindungen, die
bei der Reaktionstemperatur eine HCl-Tension besitzen,
die kleiner als der Druck ist, bei der die Reaktion durchgeführt
wird.
Als-'-Kätalysatoren kommen u.a. folgende Verbindungen in
Frage:
N-Alkyl- und N-Arylmorpholine und deren Derivate, wie
N-Butylmorpholin, N-Phenylmorpholin, N-Äthyl-ß-oxymorpholin,
N-p-Methylphenyl-morpholin, N,N%-Dialkyl- oder
Ν,Ν^-Diarylpiperazin, wie N,N%-Dimethylpiperazin,
N, N *-Dibutyl-Piperazin, N-Methyl-N*-Äthyl-piperazin,
N,N*-Diphenylpiperazin, N,N*-Diathyl-ß-hydroxy-piperazin,
N-Alkyl- oder N-Arylsubstituierte Piperidinderivate, wie N-Äthylpiperidin^ N-Phenylpiperidin, N-Äthyl-ß-hydroxypiperidin,
N-Älkyl- oder N-Aryl-Tetrahydrochinolin und
-isochinolin, wie N-Propyl-tetrahydrochinolin oder
N-Phenyl-tetrahydroisochinolin, N-Alkyl- und N-Arylpyrrolidin
und deren Derivate, wie N-Methyl-pyrrolidin oder N-Athyl-ß-hydroxy-pyrrolidin, N-Butylindol, N-Phenylindol, ■
N-Butyl-benzimidazol und N-Phenylbenzimidazol.
Die Katalysatoren gemäß der Erfindung werden in den gleichen
Mengen eingesetzt, wie in der Hauptanmeldung für tertiäre Amine angegeben ist.
Die Kondensation wird bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis 220° 0, vorzugsweise 60 bis 180° C, gegebenenfalls unter
Verwendung von inerten Lösungsmitteln durchgeführt. Als Lösungsmittel werden die in der Hauptanmeldung gemannten

Die Umsetzung gemäß der Erfindung findet vorzugsweise "bei
Normaldruck statt, jedoch kann auch ein Überdruck bis zu 12 atü angewendet werden.
Unter diesen Bedingungen läuft die Kondensation rasch und unter Abscheidung stöchiometrischer Mengen an gas-'
förmigem Hol ab. Es entstehen auf diese Weise leicht
isolierbare, halogenierte Ester der Phosphorsäuren in guten Ausbeuten und von hoher Reinheit.
Die gemäß der Erfindung hergestellten halogenierten Ester der Phosphorsäuren können sowohl als Insekticide, Acaricide,
Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel als auch baktericide Mittel eingesetzt werden. Die halogenierten Ester lassen sich
auch als schwerbrennbare hydraulische Flüssigkeiten oder als flammfestmachende Mittel, Schmiermittel oder Dielektrika
sowie Textilhilfsmittel verwenden.
Das "Verfahren gemäß der Erfindung sei anhand folgender
Beispiele näher erläutert:

Beispiel 1;
In einem Dreihalakolben, versehen mit Rührer, Kühler und Einleitungsrohr, wurden 13,75 g PCl5, 79,95 g Pentachlorphenol,
300 ml Toluol und 0,5 g N-Phenylmorpholin zusammengebracht
.
Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde bei der Siedetemperatur des Toluole gerührt, das entstandene HCl-Gas mit Hilfe von
Stickstoff aus dem Reaktionsgemisch herausgespült und in NaOH-Iösung aufgefangen, welche nach Abschluß der Reaktion
titriert wurde. Nach ca. 4 Stunden ist die Reaktion beendet.
140 ml Toluol wurden aus dem Gemisch abdestilliert. Das Produkt fiel als weißes, kristallines Produkt in 85 $iger
Ausbeute an. Pp.: 206° C.
In der gleichen Weise wurde PCI, und Pentachlorphenol ohne
Katalysator zur Reaktion gebracht. Es wurden nach 24 Stunden 70 fo HCl abgespalten. Anschließend verlief die Abspaltung
von HCl verhältnismäßig langsam.
Beispiel 2:
Phenyl-di-(Pentaohlorphenyl)-phosphat
In einen DreihaÄolben, versehen mit Rührer, Kühler und
Einleitungsrohr, wurden 19,5 g Phosphorsäure-phenylesterdichlorid (Kp12I10-112° C) und 53,3 g Pentachlorphenol,
260 ml Toluol und 0,5 g N,N%-di-methylpiperazin oder
0,5 g N-Methyl-pyrrolidin gebracht. Das Reaktionsgemisch

wurde unter Rühren auf Siedetemperatur des Toluole gehalten. Das entstände HCl-Gas wurde mit Hilfe von
Stickstoff aus dem Reaktionsgemisch herausgespült und in NaOH-Iösung aufgenommen und titriert.
Die SaIζsäureentwicklung ist nach ca. 8 Stunden praktisch
beendet. 100 ml Toluol wurden aus dem Reaktionsgemisch abdestilliert.. Beim Abkühlen fiel ein weißes, kristallines
Produkt aus.
Ausbeute ca. 90 $. Fp.: 184° C.
In einen Dreihalskolben, versehen mit Rührer, Kühler und
Einleitungsrohr, wurden 115 g Phosphoroxychlorid und 600 g
Pentachlorphenol, 900 ml Toluol und 2 g N,N*-Di-phenylpiperazin
oder 2 g Morpholinessigsäuremorpholid, gebrachte Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde unter Rühren auf Siedetemperatur
des Toluols gehalten. Das entstandene HCl-Gas wurde mit Hilfe von Stickstoff aus dem Reaktionsgemisch herausgespült
und in NaOH-Lösung aufgenommen und titriert.
Die Salzs'äureentwicklung ist nach ca. 24 Stunden praktisch beendet. Beim Abkühlen fiel ein weißes, kristallines
Produkt aus. Die Ausbeute betrug 87 tfo. Fp.: 228 bis
230° C. Durch Umkristallisation aus Toluol erhält man
ein Produkt mit dem Schmelzpunkt 232 bis 234° C.
Die Analyse zeigt, daß das erhaltene Produkt mit einem
Mol Toluol kristallisiert:

Beispiel 4: |
In einen Dreihalskolben, versehen mit Rührer, Kühler und Einleitungsrohr wurden 39 g Phenylphosphonsäuredichlorid
(0,2 Mol) und 92,76 g Tetrachlorphenol (0,4 Mol), 260 ml
Toluol und 0,5 g N-Methylpiperidin, N-Methylpyrrolidin,
gebracht. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde unter Rühren auf Siedetemperatur des Toluols gehalten. Das entstander.i
HCl-G-as wurde mittels N2 aus dem Reaktionsgemisch ausgespült
und in NaOH-rLösung aufgenommen und titriert.
Die Salzsäureentwicklung ist nach ca. 16-24 Stunden praktisch
"beendet. 100 ml Toluol wurden aus dem Reaktionsgemisch abdestilliert. Beim Abkühlen fiel ein weißes kristallines
Produkt aus.
Ausbeute ca. 90 #. Fp.: 170° C.

Beispiel 5:
In einem Dreihalskolben, versehen mit Rührer, Kühler und Einleitungsrohr wurden 52,4 g Natriumsalz des P-Nitrophenols
mit 14,8 ml PoCl, in 250 onr Xylol zur Reaktion gebracht.
Nach ca. 2 Stunden wurde das ausgefallene NaCl abfiltriert.
Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde zusammen bei der Siedetemperatur des Xylole mit 0,5 g N-Methyltetra-hydrochinolin
oder 0,5 g N-butylmorpholin und 21,6 g Pentachlorphenol
gerührt.
Nach ca. 6 Stunden ist die Reaktion beendet. Das zurückgebliebene
Rohprodukt nach Abdampfen des Lösungsmittels
hat einen Fp von 150 bis 154° C, Umkristallisation aus
Toluol Fp 160 bis 162° C.

Claims (2)
1. Abänderung des Verfahrens zur Herstellung von halogenierten
Estern der Phosphorsäuren gemäß Patentanmeldung D 48 949 IVb/12 o, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man als Katalysatoren heterocyclische Verbindungen verwendet, die eine ringförmig gebundene Stickstoffalkyl-
oder Stickstoffarylgruppe enthalten.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Kondensation bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis
220° 0, vorzugsweise 60 bis 180° C, durchführt.
