Abstract

体臭,例如汗味,会使该人周围的人感到不快,并带来很多麻烦。汗液组分本身不会发出很重的味道,但是它们在存在于皮肤上的细菌的作用下,会转化为低级羧酸或挥发性物质,并发出令人不快的气味。已知的体臭组分包括各种物质,例如乙酸,丁酸,丙酸,异戊酸,己酸等低级羧酸,类固醇等。
为减少体臭,可商购具有除臭功能的衣物。但是,常规的衣物在除臭能力和长期效果(耐久性)方面不能完全令人满意。
针对上述情况,完成了本发明。本发明的目的是通过赋予天然纤维或合成纤维,或由其机织纱或针织纱纺制成的织物,特别是内衣裤或类似织物以优异的除臭性能和改善的耐洗涤性能(耐久性),从而提供了除臭纤维,并提供制备该纤维的方法。

发明内容
本发明涉及如下1-5项。
第1项
制备除臭纤维的方法,包括用处理液处理纤维,所述处理液含有脱乙酰的甲壳质和/或改性的脱乙酰的甲壳质,羧酸聚合物,氧化锌和粘合树脂。
第2项
按照第1项的制备除臭纤维的方法,包括用柔软剂和处理液一起处理纤维。
第3项
按照第1项的制备除臭纤维的方法,其中所述纤维是天然纤维或合成纤维,或由其机织纱或针织纱纺制成的织物。
第4项
按照第1项的制备除臭纤维的方法,其中所述粘合树脂选自如下树脂中的至少一种含水乳液:丙烯酸树脂,甲基丙烯酸树脂,尿烷树脂,硅树脂,乙二醛树脂,醋酸乙烯酯树脂,偏二氯乙烯树脂,丁二烯树脂,三聚氰胺树脂,环氧树脂,丙烯酸-硅共聚物树脂,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂,和异丁烯-马来酸酐共聚物树脂。
第5项
具有防水粘合树脂涂覆层的除臭纤维,所述防水粘合树脂中包括脱乙酰的甲壳质和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质,羧酸聚合物和氧化锌。
通过将甲壳类动物,例如小虾,螃蟹和昆虫的甲壳中含有的甲壳质进行脱乙酰化反应,可以得到脱乙酰的甲壳质。改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的实例是羟丙基脱乙酰甲壳质,羟丙基甲基脱乙酰甲壳质,羟甲基脱乙酰甲壳质,甲基脱乙酰甲壳质,和羧甲基脱乙酰甲壳质。脱乙酰的甲壳质和改性的脱乙酰甲壳质可以单独使用或组合使用。结合使用脱乙酰的甲壳质和至少一种改性的脱乙酰甲壳质,可以比单独使用产生更好的除臭效果。
脱乙酰的甲壳质和改性的脱乙酰甲壳质优选是细颗粒,其平均颗粒直径为0.01~10μm,优选0.1~10μm,更优选1~10μm。所述的平均颗粒直径是采用激光衍射型颗粒直径分布测量装置(LA-100,Horiba,Ltd.制造)测量。制备脱乙酰的甲壳质或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质细颗粒的方法包括,例如,包括使用喷嘴将脱乙酰的甲壳质或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的酸性水溶液滴加到碱性水溶液中的方法,包括在高温下将脱乙酰的甲壳质或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的酸性水溶液进行喷雾的方法,包括如下步骤的方法(乳化方法):将脱乙酰的甲壳质或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的酸性水溶液与疏水溶剂混合,乳化该混合物以制成乳液,并将该乳液注射进碱或有机溶剂中以使乳液固化。脱乙酰的甲壳质和改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的细颗粒的表面积为10~300m2/g,优选30~300m2/g,更优选50~300m2/g。所述比表面积采用流体型比表面积自动测量装置(Flow Soap,2300型,Shimazu Seisaku-sho制造)测量。脱乙酰的甲壳质或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的重均分子量优选为1×103~1×106。所述重均分子量采用GPC(凝胶渗透色谱)测量,使用0.5M的醋酸盐缓冲溶液(0.5M的醋酸加0.5M的醋酸钠)作为洗脱液,并使用水性柱。脱乙酰的甲壳质的脱乙酰度优选为80%或更高。在处理液中,脱乙酰的甲壳质和改性的脱乙酰甲壳质的总量为0.1~1.0%(重量),优选0.3~0.8%(重量),更优选0.4~0.6%(重量)。
所述处理液含有氧化锌,其量为0.1~0.6%(重量),优选0.1~0.5%(重量),更优选0.1~0.4%(重量)。
可用于本发明的羧酸聚合物的实例为聚丙烯酸,聚甲基丙烯酸,聚马来酸,聚富马酸,或聚衣康酸等均聚物;含有这些羧酸单体的共聚物(例如丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物);含有羧酸单体和其它单体(乙烯,丙烯,苯乙烯等)的共聚物(例如苯乙烯-马来酸共聚物);用多羧酸(柠檬酸,酒石酸,苹果酸,草酸,丙二酸,琥珀酸等)改性的酸性纤维素衍生物。羧酸聚合物可以以盐(例如钠盐)的形式使用。
所述处理液含有羧酸聚合物,其量为0.1~1.0%(重量),优选0.3~0.8%(重量),更优选0.4~0.6%(重量)。
任何粘合树脂都可以使用,前提是该树脂是防水的。可用的粘合树脂的实例是丙烯酸树脂(丙烯酸树脂低聚物,单官能或多官能的丙烯酸树脂单体),甲基丙烯酸树脂,尿烷树脂,硅树脂,乙二醛树脂,醋酸乙烯酯树脂,偏二氯乙烯树脂,丁二烯树脂,三聚氰胺树脂,环氧树脂,丙烯酸-硅共聚物树脂,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂,异丁烯-马来酸酐共聚物树脂,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂,丙烯酸-硅共聚物树脂,改性的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂,香豆酮树脂,丙酸乙烯酯树脂,甲氧甲基化的聚酰胺树脂,乙烯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸酯树脂及类似的含水乳液。这些粘合树脂可以单独使用,或两种或多种组合使用。所述粘合树脂还可以含有交联剂,交联剂的量为约0.05~2%(重量)。
所述处理液中含有0.1~1.0%(重量),优选0.1~0.8%(重量),更优选0.2~0.5%(重量)的一种或多种粘合树脂(含水乳液的固体组分)。
用本发明的处理液处理的纤维是例如,天然纤维(棉,麻,丝,毛,羽毛等),合成纤维(聚酯,丙烯酸,聚酰胺等),或其混合物。该纤维可以是任何形式,例如线,机织物,针织物,无纺布等。
本发明的处理液优选含有分散剂,例如聚氧乙烯烷基醚,和防汗剂,例如尿囊素氯化羟基铝(allantoinchlorohydroxy aluminum)。
本发明的除臭纤维的涂层厚度优选为约0.5~10μm。该涂层是由约0.1~0.7份(重量)/100份纤维(重量)形成的。在涂层中的脱乙酰的甲壳质和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质,羧酸聚合物,氧化锌和防水粘合树脂的比例,与在处理液中的比例相同。
按照本发明,使用含有脱乙酰的甲壳质和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质,羧酸聚合物,氧化锌和粘合树脂的处理液,处理天然纤维或合成纤维,或由所述纱线机织或针纺制成的用于内衣裤等的织物,由此抑制附着于织物上的一般的细菌的繁殖,并使有气味的物质吸附于织物上,这样表现出除臭效果。
另外,将柔软剂与处理液一起使用,特别是在同一个池中处理,可以实现高效处理。
本发明的最佳实施方案
下面将参考实施例,更详细地描述本发明。但是,本发明不局限于这些实施例。
(实施例1)
使用含有下列组分(a)~(c)的处理液(pH 7.5~8.5),在正常温度下,将一种通过常规方法得到的用于内衣裤的漂白棉布进行填塞处理1~2秒(拾取速率100%),以提供按照本发明方法的用于内衣裤的棉布。
处理液:
(a)Daiwa Chemical Industry Co.Ltd.的DOR-GZ(15g/L)(15g/L;一种含水乳液,含有12%氧化锌,20%硅粘合树脂,4%羟丙基脱乙酰甲壳质,1%尿囊素氯化羟基铝和3%聚氧乙烯烷基醚);
(b)一种液体混合物(40g/L),含有80%(重量)水,10%(重量)脱乙酰的甲壳质,5%(重量)聚丙烯酸和5%(重量)聚丙烯酸盐;和
(c)柔软剂(10g/L)。
另外,采用常规的方法将得到的布进行剪裁和缝制,以提供按照本发明的内衣。
(评价实施例1)
实施例1制得的内衣称为“试验样品”,而处理前(未进行除臭处理)的内衣称为“对照样品”。进行穿戴试验,以使汗吸附到内衣上,并测量在洗涤0次(L0)~50次(L50)后试验样品上的异戊酸和己酸的浓度,并将对照样品(洗涤0次)上的浓度计作100%。
更具体而言,十个试验者每天交替地穿戴试验样品和对照样品,共进行102天(每件样品穿51天,并洗涤50次)。每件内衣穿1天后洗涤。将洗涤了0,10,20,30,40或50次的吸附了汗液的内衣放置在预定的容器中,并用气相色谱测量容器中的异戊酸和己酸的浓度。
图1和图2清楚地显示,按照本发明得到的用于内衣裤的棉布具有高的除臭效果和改善的耐洗性能。
如上所述,本发明提供了具有优异的除臭效果和改善的耐洗涤性能的除臭纤维。
Claims (5)
1.一种制备除臭纤维的方法,包括用处理液处理纤维,所述处理液含有总量为0.1-1.0重量%的脱乙酰的甲壳质颗粒和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质颗粒,0.1-1.0重量%的羧酸聚合物,0.1-0.6重量%的氧化锌和0.1-1.0重量%的防水粘合树脂,其中所述的脱乙酰的甲壳质颗粒和改性的脱乙酰甲壳质颗粒的平均颗粒直径为0.01-10微米。
2.按照权利要求1的制备除臭纤维的方法,包括用柔软剂和处理液一起处理纤维。
3.按照权利要求1的制备除臭纤维的方法,其中所述纤维是天然纤维或合成纤维,或由其机织纱或针织纱纺制成的织物。
4.按照权利要求1的制备除臭纤维的方法,其中所述粘合树脂是选自如下树脂中的至少一种含水乳液:丙烯酸树脂,甲基丙烯酸树脂,尿烷树脂,硅树脂,乙二醛树脂,醋酸乙烯酯树脂,偏二氯乙烯树脂,丁二烯树脂,三聚氰胺树脂,环氧树脂,丙烯酸-硅共聚物树脂,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂,和异丁烯-马来酸酐共聚物树脂。
5.具有防水粘合树脂涂覆层的除臭纤维,所述防水粘合树脂中包括脱乙酰的甲壳质颗粒和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质颗粒,羧酸聚合物和氧化锌,其中脱乙酰的甲壳质颗粒和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质颗粒,羧酸聚合物,氧化锌和防水粘合树脂在涂覆层中的比例与在处理液中的相同,包含总量为0.1-1.0重量%的脱乙酰的甲壳质颗粒和/或改性的脱乙酰甲壳质颗粒,0.1-1.0重量%的羧酸聚合物,0.1-0.6重量%的氧化锌和0.1-1.0重量%的防水粘合树脂,其中所述的脱乙酰的甲壳质颗粒和改性的脱乙酰甲壳质颗粒的平均颗粒直径为0.01-10微米。
