技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,涉及一种毛巾布的加工,特别涉及一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法。
背景技术
一般的酒店卫浴布草均采用采用全棉毛巾布制作毛巾、浴巾、地巾甚至浴衣。但是,棉纤维或纱线由于在实际过程中遇水容易发生溶胀,纱线内部纤维缠结、抱合能力下降,受到机械外力,如洗衣机洗涤很容易发生起毛起球甚至纱线断裂现象导致毛巾布破损,尤其是边部组织,不耐长久洗涤。
为改善毛巾布的耐洗涤性能,目前常见的工艺有两种:采用棉涤混纺纱线制作毛巾布或者采用抗起毛起球整理剂对毛巾进行处理。但是,由于棉涤混纺纱制作的毛巾布手感不同于纯棉,且吸水性、柔软性均较差,后期洗涤过程中,内部涤纶不耐氯漂,很容易出现发黄现象效果,非常影响使用舒适性与美观性。抗起毛起球整理剂虽然一定程度能防止棉织物起毛球,但是功能不够持久,且非常影响毛巾的外观与手感。此外,酒店卫浴用品由于直接接触人体,受使用人群不固定特点,对卫生、抗菌要求极高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,首先,采用涤纶DTY长丝作为芯纱,外包棉纤维,纺制成耐变形、高白度的棉涤包芯纱。在此基础上,将棉涤包芯纱作为底经纱与底纬纱进行毛巾织造,其次,毛圈纱优选棉/木棉混纺纱线,最终,通过一步法精炼、漂白工艺削弱毛巾生产造成的损伤,并采用亲水有机硅柔软剂提高毛巾白度与亲水性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线纺制:以涤纶DTY长丝作为芯纱,外包棉纤维,分别纺制20s/2与16s/1的棉涤包芯纱;采用棉纤维与木棉纤维混纺成16s/1混纺纱;
(2)织制毛巾:以20s/2棉涤包芯纱作为底经纱、16s/1棉涤包芯纱作为底纬纱,圈经纱选用16s/1木棉混纺纱,织造成毛巾;
(3)除杂增白处理:将步骤(2)织造的毛巾采用复配整理液进行一步除杂增白处理;
(4)毛巾成品:将步骤(3)除杂增白处理后毛巾依次进行除氧抛光、柔软、脱水、开幅、烘干处理,即得抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布。
本发明的进一步改进方案为:
步骤(1)所述涤纶DTY长丝细度为40D或50D,所述棉涤包芯纱中涤纶含量小于等于50%。
步骤(1)所述混纺纱在纺制时采用弱捻纱,捻度50~70捻/10cm。所述混纺纱中木棉纤维成分小于等于30%。
步骤(2)所述毛巾在织制时,底经纱的密度为124根/10cm,底纬纱的密度为290根/10cm,圈经纱密度为124根/10cm,毛圈倍率6.0~7.0。
步骤(3)所述除杂增白处理时,浴比为1:10~30,pH值为10.0~11.0,温度为40~60℃,时间为20~30min。
步骤(3)所述复配整理液由每升的去离子水或蒸馏水混合l~2g的多功能精炼剂、5~7g 27.5%的H2O2、0.2~0.5g的强力去油剂复配而成。
所述多功能精炼剂为传化智联TF-120E精炼剂。
步骤(4)所述除氧抛光时采用0.05~0.1% o.w.f的除氧抛光酶,pH值为4~6,温度为40~60℃,时间为20~30min。
步骤(4)所述柔软处理时采用亲水有机硅型柔软剂,用量1~4% o.w.f,温度30~50℃,时间20~30min;所述烘干温度为100~120℃,时间为3~5min。
本发明的有益效果为:

具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)纱线纺制:以40D的涤纶DTY长丝作为芯纱,外包棉纤维,分别纺制20s/2与16s/1的棉涤包芯纱,其中涤纶的含量小于等于50%;采用棉纤维与木棉纤维混纺成16s/1混纺纱,在纺制时采用弱捻纱,捻度50~70捻/10cm,混纺纱中木棉纤维成分小于等于30%;
(2)织制毛巾:以20s/2棉涤包芯纱作为底经纱、16s/1棉涤包芯纱作为底纬纱,圈经纱选用16s/1木棉混纺纱,织造成毛巾。毛巾在织制时,底经纱的密度为124根/10cm,底纬纱的密度为290根/10cm,圈经纱密度为124根/10cm;
(3)除杂增白处理:将步骤(2)织造的毛巾采用复配整理液进行一步除杂增白处理;浴比为1:20,pH值为10,温度为50℃,时间为25min;复配整理液由每升的去离子水混合lg的传化智联TF-120E精炼剂、5g 27.5%的H2O2、0.3g的强力去油剂复配而成;
(4)毛巾成品:将步骤(3)除杂增白处理后毛巾依次进行除氧抛光、柔软、离心机脱水、开幅机开幅、烘干处理,即得抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布;氧抛光时采用0.05% o.w.f的除氧抛光酶,pH值为5,温度为50℃,时间为20min;柔软处理时采用亲水有机硅型柔软剂,用量3% o.w.f,温度40℃,时间30min;脱水时,离心机转速为950r/min,时间为10min;开幅时,传送速度20m/min;烘干时,烘干温度为110℃,时间为4min。
实施例2
(1)纱线纺制:以50D的涤纶DTY长丝作为芯纱,外包棉纤维,分别纺制20s/2与16s/1的棉涤包芯纱,其中涤纶的含量小于等于50%;采用棉纤维与木棉纤维混纺成16s/1混纺纱,在纺制时采用弱捻纱,捻度50~70捻/10cm,混纺纱中木棉纤维成分小于等于30%;

(4)毛巾成品:将步骤(3)除杂增白处理后毛巾依次进行除氧抛光、柔软、离心机脱水、开幅机开幅、烘干处理,即得抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布;氧抛光时采用0.1% o.w.f的除氧抛光酶,pH值为4,温度为40℃,时间为30min;柔软处理时采用亲水有机硅型柔软剂,用量1% o.w.f,温度30℃,时间20min;脱水时,离心机转速为960r/min,时间为10min;开幅时,传送速度25m/min;烘干时,烘干温度为100℃,时间为3min。

(4)毛巾成品:将步骤(3)除杂增白处理后毛巾依次进行除氧抛光、柔软、离心机脱水、开幅机开幅、烘干处理,即得抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布;氧抛光时采用0.05% o.w.f的除氧抛光酶,pH值为6,温度为40℃,时间为20min;柔软处理时采用亲水有机硅型柔软剂,用量1% o.w.f,温度50℃,时间30min;脱水时,离心机转速为950r/min,时间为15min;开幅时,传送速度25m/min;烘干时,烘干温度为120℃,时间为5min。
试验例
(1)抗菌性能测试
根据GB/T 20944-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价 第3部分:振荡法》,测试实施例1制得的毛巾布对金黄色葡萄糖菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌效果。选用未经抗菌处理的标准空白试样作为对照样,记录接触时间为0时的织物上活菌浓度,再将标准空白样、待测试样分别放入细菌培养液中,振荡接触18h,测试二者的活菌浓度A0、A1。抗菌率=(1-A1/A0)×100%。与标准空白样对比测试结果如下:

由测试结果可知,本发明提供的毛巾布对金黄色葡萄糖菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌具有良好的抗菌效果。
(2)白度测试
白度采用目测法,5人分别针对试样评价,并根据评级样进行对比,结果如下:

由测试结果可知,本发明提供的毛巾布叫普通毛巾织物而言具有较高白度。
(3)毛圈勾拉强力测试
根据GB/T 31128-2014《毛巾产品毛圈钩拉力测试方法:定毛圈法》测试毛巾的毛圈抗钩拉强力。将试样对折使两短边对齐,在对折线上选取一个毛圈,在选定毛圈同根经纱上各保留三个毛圈,将对折试样的下端在拉伸试验仪的夹钳出夹紧,并使毛圈处于自然松弛状态,设定试验仪速度100mm/min,隔距20mm,启动试验仪拉动毛圈,直至勾出整个毛圈组,在勾出过程最大拉力值作未毛圈钩拉力值。与同规格毛巾织物对比测试结果如下:

由测试结果可知,本发明提供的毛巾布较普通毛巾织物而言具有较高的抗钩拉强力,可抵抗毛巾洗涤及使用过程的机械变形及高温变形,可保证毛巾的尺寸稳定、耐变形能力。
(4)尺寸稳定性测试结果
根据GB/T 8630-2002《纺织品洗涤和干燥后尺寸变化的测定》测试毛巾的尺寸稳定性。按照GB/T 6529和GB/T 8628规定的方法对试样调湿并测量尺寸,记录试样的初始长度和初始宽度。再按GB/T 8629规定的一种程序洗涤和干燥。最终预调湿试样,按照GB/T8628规定的程序测量和计算试样的尺寸变化率。与同规格毛巾织物对比测试结果如下:

(1)纱线纺制:以涤纶DTY长丝作为芯纱,外包棉纤维,分别纺制20s/2与16s/1的棉涤包芯纱;采用棉纤维与木棉纤维混纺成16s/1混纺纱;
(2)织制毛巾:以20s/2棉涤包芯纱作为底经纱、16s/1棉涤包芯纱作为底纬纱,圈经纱选用16s/1木棉混纺纱,织造成毛巾;
(3)除杂增白处理:将步骤(2)织造的毛巾采用复配整理液进行一步除杂增白处理;
(4)毛巾成品:将步骤(3)除杂增白处理后毛巾依次进行除氧抛光、柔软、脱水、开幅、烘干处理,即得抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述涤纶DTY长丝细度为40D或50D,所述棉涤包芯纱中涤纶含量小于等于50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述混纺纱在纺制时采用弱捻纱,捻度50~70捻/10cm。
4.根据权利要求1或3任意一项所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:所述混纺纱中木棉纤维成分小于等于30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述毛巾在织制时,底经纱的密度为124根/10cm,底纬纱的密度为290根/10cm,圈经纱密度为124根/10cm,毛圈倍率6.0~7.0。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述除杂增白处理时,浴比为1:10~30,pH值为10.0~11.0,温度为40~60℃,时间为20~30min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述复配整理液由每升去离子水或蒸馏水混合l~2g的多功能精炼剂、5~7g 27.5%的H2O2、0.2~0.5g的强力去油剂复配而成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:所述多功能精炼剂为传化智联TF-120E精炼剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述除氧抛光时采用0.05~0.1% o.w.f的除氧抛光酶,pH值为4~6,温度为40~60℃,时间为20~30min。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗变形高白度毛巾布的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述柔软处理时采用亲水有机硅型柔软剂,用量1~4% o.w.f,温度30~50℃,时间20~30min;所述烘干温度为100~120℃,时间为3~5min。
