毛巾是日用品,布质纺织品,长毛,常见用途是洗手之后抹手脚、洗头之后抹头、沐浴之后抹身体,晚餐之后抹嘴等;世界上第一条毛巾诞生于1850年,产地英国,距今已有160多年的历史,由当初的最简单的单色平毛毛巾发展到现在的提缎提花、印花、无捻毛巾、割绒毛巾等,是发展时间最短而发展速度最快的纺织产品。
现有毛巾一般为简单织布经裁剪、包边后制得,不具抗菌能力,长期使用过程中,易滋生细菌产生异味,用户体验感较差,且严重的还会对用户脸部皮肤造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种除臭抗菌的毛巾及其生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种除臭抗菌的毛巾,包括毛巾主体,所述毛巾主体由毛经、地经和纬纱通过提花纺织机编织而成,所述毛经、地经和纬纱均为包芯纱;所述毛巾主体的边缘固定连接有包边,所述毛巾主体的两端包边内均等距内嵌有胶囊体,所述胶囊体由膜和内填液组成。
优选的,所述毛经由涤纶长丝为线芯,竹浆纤维为包线制成。
优选的,所述地经由远红外长丝为线芯,纯棉纤维为包线制成。
优选的,所述纬纱由涤纶长丝为线芯,竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合纤维为包线制成,所述竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合比例为1:0.5。

一种除臭抗菌的毛巾的生产方法,包括具体步骤如下:S1.通过包芯纱机,将涤纶长丝为线芯,竹浆纤维为包线制成毛经,将远红外长丝为线芯,纯棉纤维为包线制成地经,将涤纶长丝为线芯,竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合纤维为包线制成纬纱;
S2.然后通过提花纺织机将纺织的毛经、地经和纬纱纺织成毛巾主体;
S3.将胶囊体先固定于包边内,然后再将包边固定于毛巾主体两端,制成毛巾成品;
S4.然后对制得的毛巾成品检验,合格后,包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,通过将涤纶长丝为线芯,竹浆纤维为包线制成毛经,将远红外长丝为线芯,纯棉纤维为包线制成地经,将涤纶长丝为线芯,竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合纤维为包线制成纬纱,可利用涤纶长丝保证毛经和纬纱的纱线强度,利用竹浆纤维和纯棉纤维可保证成品毛巾的视觉效果,吸湿、排湿效果佳,手感柔软亲肤;利用竹纤维和甲壳素纤维等天然抗菌、抑菌物质,可保证成品毛巾抗菌能力,进而消除因细菌滋生造成的异味;利用远红外长丝可在用户洗脸时,利用远红外线令水活性化,并令皮下深层的温度微升,血流速度加快,微丝血管扩张,进而促进面部内循环,改善用户面部皮肤;
同时,毛巾主体两端包边内嵌入有胶囊体,可定期刺破其中一颗,让内部内填液流出浸泡毛巾,利用内部植物提取浓缩香精改善毛巾气味,利用NMA和N-(2-羟基)丙基-3-三甲基脱乙酰甲壳质氯化铵(HTCC)整理改善毛巾抗菌能力,进一步加强抗菌、抑菌能力,延长毛巾抗菌时间;
并且所有原料均为天然和无毒产品,可保证毛巾使用安全性,对皮肤零刺激,使用安全性高。

本实施例中,毛经由涤纶长丝为线芯,竹浆纤维为包线制成;地经由远红外长丝为线芯,纯棉纤维为包线制成;纬纱由涤纶长丝为线芯,竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合纤维为包线制成,竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合比例为1:0.5;利用涤纶长丝保证纱线强度,利用竹浆纤维和纯棉纤维保证成品毛巾视觉效果,吸湿、排湿效果佳,手感柔软亲肤;利用竹纤维和甲壳素纤维等天然抗菌、抑菌物质,可保证成品毛巾抗菌能力,进而消除因细菌滋生造成的异味;竹纤维是一种天然环保型绿色纤维,它是以竹子为原料经特殊的高科技工艺处理,把竹子中的纤维素提取出来,再经制胶、纺丝等工序制造的再生纤维素纤维,竹纤维中含有天然的抗菌物质,科研人员的实验证实竹沥具有广泛的抗微生物功能,用竹纤维制成的纺织品的24h抗菌率可达71%,竹纤维中的叶绿素和叶绿素铜钠具有较好的除臭作用;
甲壳素纤维具有天然的抑菌除臭功能,甲壳素纤维是从虾、蟹、昆虫等甲壳动物的壳中提炼出来的,是一种可再生、可降解的资源,它对危害人体的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等的抑菌率可达99%,能有效地保持人体肌肤干净、干燥、无味和富有弹性,其抗菌机理如下:其一是可能在酸性条件下,壳聚糖分子中氨基转化为铵盐,吸附带负电荷的细菌,破坏其细胞壁,从而阻碍其发育;其二可能是壳聚糖分解成低分子物,吸附细菌后,穿过微生物细胞壁进入到细胞内与DNA形成稳定的复合物,干扰DNA聚合酶或RNA聚合酶的作用,阻碍了DNA和RNA的合成,从而抑制了细菌的繁殖;且甲壳素纤维对人体皮肤无刺激无毒,原料安全;
利用远红外长丝产生的远红外线可令水活性化,并令皮下深层的温度微升,血流速度加快,微丝血管扩张,进而促进面部内循环,改善用户面部皮肤。
本实施例中,膜31为耐寒、耐冲击、高韧性聚丙烯制成,保证膜的机械性能,避免意外破裂导致内填液流出。
本实施例中,内填液32由植物提取浓缩香精、NMA和N-(2-羟基)丙基-3-三甲基脱乙酰甲壳质氯化铵HTCC组成,HTCC由壳聚糖与缩水甘油基氯化铵反应制得,利用植物提取浓缩香精改善毛巾气味,利用NMA和N-(2-羟基)丙基-3-三甲基脱乙酰甲壳质氯化铵(HTCC)整理改善毛巾抗菌能力,进一步加强抗菌、抑菌能力,延长毛巾抗菌时间。
一种除臭抗菌的毛巾的生产方法,包括具体步骤如下:S1.通过包芯纱机,将涤纶长丝为线芯,竹浆纤维为包线制成毛经,将远红外长丝为线芯,纯棉纤维为包线制成地经,将涤纶长丝为线芯,竹纤维和甲壳素纤维混合纤维为包线制成纬纱;
S2.然后通过提花纺织机将纺织的毛经、地经和纬纱纺织成毛巾主体;
S3.将胶囊体先固定于包边内,然后再将包边固定于毛巾主体两端,制成毛巾成品;
S4.然后对制得的毛巾成品检验,合格后,包装即可。
