2. According to the system for on-line and empty-box recovery of the automobile body wire harness, the box body grabbing device is adopted to grab the whole full-box automobile body wire harness package box from the cache area of the full-box automatic conveying device and place the whole full-box automobile body wire harness package box on the material taking platform device, the material taking platform is inclined into the material taking posture convenient for material taking personnel by the inclined device on the material taking platform device, the position of a gold taking area is guaranteed, single-point feeding is achieved, and the labor intensity of the operating personnel and walking labor waste are reduced.
3. The material transfer trolley is provided with the guardrail and the first stop mechanism, and the supporting table surface is provided with the plurality of unpowered transfer conveying rollers, so that a box body of a multilayer body wire harness whole packing box can be arranged on the supporting table surface, the accommodating number of the material transfer trolley is increased, the distribution frequency is reduced, and the distribution efficiency is improved.

the line edge butt joint device 2 is provided with a butt joint table surface 21 in butt joint with the support table surface 11, and the butt joint table surface 21 is provided with a first trigger mechanism 22 for opening the first stop mechanism 12;
the automatic conveying device 3 is provided with a feeding and discharging area 31 and a buffer area 33 which are in butt joint with the butt joint table board 21, the feeding and discharging area 31 is provided with a longitudinal roller way 311 in butt joint with the butt joint table board 21, and the longitudinal roller way 311 comprises a box fluent strip 3111 and a vertical lifting mechanism 3112 for vertically lifting the box fluent strip 3111; the box body fluency strip 3111 of the longitudinal roller way 311 is arranged in the gap between two adjacent power conveying rollers 321 of the transverse dynamic roller way 32;

the material taking platform device 6 is arranged at a material taking point of a vehicle body wire harness assembly line, a material taking table surface 61 is arranged on the material taking platform device, and the bottom of the material taking table surface 61 is provided with a tilting device 62 for tilting the whole vehicle body wire harness packaging box into a shape convenient for material taking;
the two automatic conveying devices 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the box body gripping device 5, one automatic conveying device is used for conveying the full-box vehicle body wire harness whole package boxes 011 and is set as a full-box automatic conveying device, and the box body gripper 52 grips the full-box vehicle body wire harness whole package boxes 011 from the cache area 31 and places the full-box vehicle body wire harness whole package boxes 011 on the material taking platform device 6; the other conveying device is used for conveying the empty-box vehicle body wire harness whole-package boxes 012 and is set as an empty-box automatic conveying device, so that the box body grippers 52 can grip the empty-box vehicle body wire harness whole-package boxes 012 from the material taking platform device 6 and place the empty-box vehicle body wire harness whole-package boxes 012 in the buffer area 31; correspondingly, a line edge butt joint device 2 in butt joint with the longitudinal roller way 311 of the automatic empty-box conveying device is arranged right ahead, an empty-box pushing device is erected right above the longitudinal roller way 311, the automatic full-box conveying device, the box grabbing device 5 and the automatic empty-box conveying device are arranged in a straight line shape, the material taking platform device 6, the cache area of the automatic full-box conveying device and the cache area 31 of the automatic empty-box conveying device are arranged in the moving range of the box body gripper 52 of the box body grabbing device 5, lightweight automatic butt joint feeding of the whole full-box automobile body wire harness whole package box 011 is achieved, meanwhile, automatic emptying of the whole empty-box automobile body wire harness package box 012 is achieved, and the use is convenient and efficient.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the material transfer trolley 1 is provided with a tractor 7, correspondingly, a track 8 for the tractor 7 to directionally travel is arranged in front of the line side docking device 2, the track is convenient for the accurate positioning of the material transfer trolley 1, and the track 8 extends to the front of the line side docking device 2 in front of the empty box automatic conveying device, so that the material transfer trolley 1 which has unloaded the full box vehicle body harness complete box 011 can be pulled to the front of the line side docking device 2 in front of the empty box automatic conveying device along the track 8 to load the empty box vehicle body harness complete box 012.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the supporting platform 11 of the material transfer trolley 1 includes a plurality of unpowered transport rollers 111 arranged at equal intervals, and the arrangement of the unpowered transport rollers 111 makes rolling friction between the bottom surface of the box body and the unpowered transport rollers 1111 when the full-box body wire harness complete packing box 011 is unloaded or the empty-box body wire harness complete packing box 012 is loaded, so as to greatly reduce the friction force therebetween and facilitate loading and unloading of the box body.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the opposite guardrails 13 on both sides of the material transfer trolley 1 are respectively provided with a guide fluency strip 14 for guiding the whole vehicle body wire harness package box to enter and exit the supporting platform 11, and the rollers on the guide fluency strips 14 greatly reduce the friction with the side wall of the box body, thereby facilitating the getting on and off of the box body.
As a preferred embodiment, the first material blocking mechanism 12 comprises a square frame fixedly connected with the guardrail 13, a plurality of connecting plates, a connecting bracket and rollers, wherein one ends of the connecting plates are respectively hinged with the inner sides of an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam of the square frame, and the adjacent connecting plates are uniformly spaced; the connecting bracket is formed by sequentially connecting an upper pull rod, a vertical pull rod and a lower pull rod end to form a U-shaped frame with an opening on one side; the upper pull rods are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the connecting plates hinged with the upper cross beam, and the lower pull rods are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the connecting plates hinged with the lower cross beam; the gyro wheel passes through connecting axle and bottom end rail outside fixed connection, and the other end of a plurality of even boards constitutes the whole case box's of automobile body pencil stop part, and linking bridge's removal can drive the removal of a plurality of connecting rods stops or releases the box, simple structure, and it is convenient to use.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of docking unpowered conveyor rollers 211 are uniformly arranged at intervals on the docking table 21 of the line edge docking device 2, and the height of the docking unpowered conveyor rollers 211 is not higher than that of the transfer unpowered conveyor rollers 111, so that the whole vehicle body harness package box can be smoothly and smoothly conveyed to the box body fluid strip 3111 through the docking unpowered conveyor rollers 211.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the first triggering mechanism 22 includes a triggering bracket, the triggering bracket is sequentially provided with an ascending section, a horizontal section and a descending section which are contacted with the roller of the first material blocking mechanism 12, the roller drives the connecting bracket to move when contacting the ascending section and the horizontal section, at this time, the connecting bracket drives the connecting plates hinged to the connecting bracket to move, so that the other ends of the connecting plates release the whole package box of the vehicle body harness, and when the roller travels to the descending section along the horizontal section, the upward pushing force of the horizontal section disappears, so as to drive the connecting bracket to move, so that the other ends of the connecting plates block the whole package box of the vehicle body harness; the first material blocking mechanism 12 and the first trigger mechanism 22 are used in a matched mode, so that automatic door closing and door opening of the whole vehicle body wire harness packaging box on the material transfer trolley 1 are achieved, and the material transfer trolley is convenient and simple.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the longitudinal roller way 311 further includes box fluent strip mounting brackets 3114, at least two sets of box fluent strips 3111 are arranged on the box fluent strip mounting brackets 3114 in parallel, in this embodiment, four sets of box fluent strips 3111 are arranged on the box fluent strip mounting brackets 3114 at uniform intervals, and the arrangement of the rollers on the box fluent strips 3111 greatly reduces the friction force of the vehicle body harness whole package box sliding from the line edge butt-joint device 2 to the feeding and discharging area 31 of the automatic conveying device 3, at this time, the box fluent strips 3111 of the longitudinal roller way 311 is higher than the height of the power conveying rollers 321 on the transverse power roller way 32, so that the vehicle body harness whole package box slides to the feeding and discharging area 31 of the automatic conveying device 3 smoothly.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a power output end of the vertical lifting mechanism 3112 is fixedly connected to the box fluency strip mounting bracket 3114, and can drive the box fluency strip 3111 to move in the vertical direction, when the feeding and discharging area 31 needs to be filled with upper body harness boxes or lower body harness boxes, the vertical lifting mechanism 3112 drives the box fluency strip 3111 to rise, so that the box fluency strip 3111 is higher than the power conveying rollers 321 on the transverse power roller table 32; when the whole vehicle body harness packaging box in the loading and unloading area needs to be conveyed to the buffer area, the vertical lifting mechanism 3112 drives the box fluency strip 3111 to descend, so that the box fluency strip 3111 is lower than the power conveying roller 321 on the transverse power roller table 32, and the whole vehicle body harness packaging box is conveniently conveyed to the buffer area 33 from the loading and unloading area 31 or conveyed to the loading and unloading area 31 from the buffer area 33.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the longitudinal roller table 3111 further includes a guide mechanism 3115, one end of the guide mechanism 3115 is connected to the box fluency strip mounting bracket 3114, the other end is connected to the power mounting bracket 3116 of the vertical lift mechanism 3112, the guide mechanism 3115 is arranged to enable the box fluency strip 3111 to lift up and down smoothly, in this embodiment, the guide mechanism 3115 is a linear guide and a linear bearing, and four sets of the linear guide and the linear bearing are uniformly distributed at the lower side of the box fluency strip mounting bracket 3114.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the vertical lift mechanism 3112 includes at least one driving cylinder 3113, the cylinder rod of the driving cylinder 3113 is connected to the box fluency strip mounting bracket 3114, and the other end is connected to the power mounting bracket 3116, in this embodiment, two driving cylinders 3113 are provided, and are uniformly spaced at the lower side of the box fluency strip mounting bracket 3114, in this embodiment, the box fluency strip mounting bracket 3114 can move in the vertical direction with the box fluency strip 3111 disposed thereon under the guidance of the driving and guiding mechanism 3115 of the driving cylinder 3113, so that when the box is fed or empty, the box fluency strip 3111 is lifted up above the power conveying roller 321, so that the box can smoothly reach the feeding and discharging area 31, when the automatic conveying device 3 needs to convey the box from the feeding and discharging area 31 to the buffer area 33, the box fluency strip 3111 is lowered below the power conveying roller 321, then the transverse dynamic roller way 32 is started, so that the box body can be smoothly transported to the buffer area 33 from the loading and unloading area 31, which is the operation condition when the automatic conveying device 3 is used as a full-box automatic conveying device; when the automatic conveying device is used as an automatic conveying device for empty boxes, when the automatic conveying device 3 conveys the whole empty box body wire harness packaging boxes 012 from the buffer area 33 to the feeding area 31, the box fluency strip 3111 is lowered to be lower than the power conveying roller 321, and then the transverse power roller table 32 is started, so that the boxes can be smoothly conveyed from the buffer area 33 to the feeding area 31.
As a preferred embodiment, the transverse power roller bed 32 includes a conveying frame 322, a plurality of power conveying rollers 321, a driving motor, a driven sprocket arranged at one end of the power conveying rollers 321, a driving sprocket connected with the driving motor, and a chain wound on the driven sprocket and the driving sprocket, and the arrangement of the transverse power roller bed 32 is convenient for the automatic transportation of the box body of the whole vehicle body wire harness packaging box in the loading and unloading area and the buffer area, so as to improve the work efficiency of the whole online system.
As a preferred embodiment, the conveyor frame 322 is provided with an upper conveying frame for the power conveying rollers 321 to be arranged at regular intervals, and a lower conveying frame for the driving motors of the power conveying rollers 321 to be mounted and supported.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the automatic conveying device 3 is provided with two or more rows of unpowered roller conveyors 311 and transverse powered roller conveyors 32, and an isolating device is provided between two adjacent rows of unpowered roller conveyors 311 and transverse powered roller conveyors 32 for separating the vehicle body wire harness complete boxes of different rows of groups.
As a preferred embodiment, the isolation device comprises a dynamic isolation device 34 arranged in the feeding and discharging area 31 and a fixed isolation device 36 arranged in the buffer area 33, wherein the dynamic isolation device 34 and the fixed isolation device 36 are arranged in line; in practical operation, it is also feasible that the whole isolation device is completely set as a dynamic isolation device, in contrast, the combined setting of the dynamic isolation device 34 and the fixed isolation device 36 makes the manufacturing cost of the whole isolation device lower, and the operation of the dynamic isolation device 34 is smoother, and the number of cards in operation is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, the dynamic isolation device 34 includes a dynamic isolation beam 341, a driving device 342 and a guiding device 343, and the power output end of the driving device 342 and the guiding device 343 are respectively connected with the dynamic isolation beam 341 to realize the vertical movement of the dynamic isolation beam 341. Specifically, the driving device 342 is an air cylinder, the guiding device 343 includes a linear bearing and a guiding rod, and the dynamic isolation beam 341 can realize vertical lifting movement under the driving of the air cylinder and the guiding of the guiding device 343, so as to facilitate isolation of the vehicle body wire harness complete packing boxes of different rows and groups.
As a preferred embodiment, the fixed isolation device 36 includes a fixed isolation beam 361 and a plurality of support rods, one end of each of the plurality of support rods is connected with the conveyor frame 322 at an even interval, and the other end of each of the plurality of support rods is connected with the fixed isolation beam 361, because the buffer area 33 is only used for temporarily storing the vehicle body harness whole packing box, the vehicle body harness whole packing box does not need to be moved in and out of the rear row vehicle body harness whole packing box, and therefore the fixed isolation device can meet the requirement and reduce the manufacturing cost of the whole equipment.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the clamping cylinders 35 are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying frame 322 of the buffer area 33 for positioning the vehicle body wiring harness packing box body.
As a preferred embodiment, the full-box pushing device 4 comprises a box pushing rack 41, and a horizontal pushing mechanism 42 arranged at the upper part of the box pushing rack 41; horizontal pushing mechanism 42 includes the level and promotes the frame, sets up at the horizontal driving motor of level promotion frame one end, by horizontal driving motor drive pivoted driving pulley and set up the driven pulleys at the level promotion frame other end, around being equipped with horizontal hold-in range on driving pulley and driven pulleys, horizontal hold-in range is connected with the push pedal mechanism 421 that is used for promoting the whole package case box of automobile body pencil, and push pedal mechanism 421 promotes the frame 42 through the level linear guide pair with the level and is connected, the one end that the level promoted the frame is equipped with a plurality of locating pieces 422, and a plurality of locating pieces 422 and push pedal mechanism 421 that can horizontal migration under horizontal pushing mechanism 42 drives constitute the whole package case 011's of full case automobile body pencil box pushing hands.
As a preferred embodiment, refer to fig. 5, push pedal mechanism includes the push pedal support frame, with push pedal support frame articulated push pedal subassembly, torsional spring and stopper, under the effect of torsional spring and stopper, the push pedal subassembly can unidirectional rotation, reverse auto-lock for when full case automobile body pencil whole package case 011 from the propelling movement of material transfer trolley 1 to full case automatic conveyor, the push pedal subassembly is rotatory to make full case automobile body pencil whole package case 011 can pass through smoothly, when pushing full case automobile body pencil whole package case 011 to appointed position, the push pedal subassembly can be under horizontal pushing mechanism 42's effect, with full case automobile body pencil whole package case 011 propelling movement to appointed position.
As a preferred embodiment, the empty box pushing device adopts the same structure as the full box pushing device 4, and the empty box pushing device is used for pushing the empty box body harness whole packing box 012 away from the empty automatic conveying device onto the empty material transfer trolley 1, so that the moving direction of the horizontal pushing mechanism 42 and the arrangement position of the push plate mechanism 421 are the direction of pushing the empty box body harness whole packing box away, and one end of the horizontal pushing rack is not required to be provided with a plurality of positioning blocks 422, and the empty box pushing device adopts the same structure as the full box pushing device 4, thereby increasing the universality of the equipment.
It should be noted that, the material transfer trolley 1 can stack multiple layers of boxes, and the multiple layers of boxes are pushed together when the automatic conveying device 3 is up and down, and because the supporting table 11 on the material transfer trolley 1, the butt-joint table 21 on the line edge butt- joint device 2, or 3111 on the automatic conveying device and the bottom surface of the boxes are all rolling friction, the box pushing device 4 for full boxes and the box pushing device for empty boxes can push the stacked boxes to a specific position only by pushing the boxes on the upper layer.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 8, the box body gripping device 5 further includes a gripping device frame 53, a first horizontal moving mechanism of the three-dimensional moving module 51 is disposed on the gripping device frame 53, a second horizontal moving mechanism is disposed on the first horizontal moving mechanism, a moving direction of the first horizontal moving mechanism and a moving direction of the second horizontal moving mechanism are perpendicular to each other, a vertical moving mechanism is disposed on the second horizontal moving mechanism, a box body gripper 52 is disposed at a tail end of the vertical moving mechanism, and the box body gripper 52 can move three-dimensionally under driving of the three-dimensional moving module 51.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the box body gripper 52 comprises an inverted T-shaped frame connected with the end of the vertical moving mechanism, the vertical part of the inverted T-shaped frame is detachably connected with the end of the vertical moving mechanism, gripper driving cylinders are respectively arranged at two ends of the top surface of the horizontal part of the inverted T-shaped frame, rod cavities of the gripper driving cylinders are respectively connected with cylinder connecting plates, the cylinder connecting plates are respectively connected with the top surface of the horizontal part through linear guide rail pairs, the cylinder connecting plates are respectively connected with clamping plates clamped with openings on two side walls of the box body of the vehicle body harness whole-pack box, grippers at two ends drive the cylinders to simultaneously feed air without the rod cavities, the clamping plates at two ends extend outwards to clamp the openings on two side walls of the box body harness whole-pack box body to clamp the vehicle body harness whole-pack box body harness, and the gripper driving cylinders at two ends, the clamping plates at the two ends retract inwards to release the whole vehicle body wire harness packaging box.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the material taking platform device 6 further includes a material taking rack 63, the bottom surface of the material taking table 61 is hinged to the material taking rack 63 through a rotating shaft, the power output end of the tilting device 62 is hinged to the bottom surface of the material taking table 61, the power output end of the tilting device 62 is hinged to the bottom of the material taking rack 62 through a mounting seat, the tilting device 62 can drive the material taking table 61 to tilt from a horizontal position to an angle convenient for an operator to take materials, and the arrangement of the tilting device 62 enables the operator not to bend when taking materials, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the operator.
