two driving wheels (37) are arranged on two sides of the front end of the plate transfer trolley (9), and two driven wheels (40) are arranged on two sides of the rear end of the plate transfer trolley (9);

the manipulator lifting mechanism (5) comprises a rectangular top bracket (19), wherein a first chain wheel assembly (24) and a second chain wheel assembly (27) are respectively arranged on two sides of the front end of the top bracket (19), and a third chain wheel assembly (018) and a fourth chain wheel assembly (18) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear end of the top bracket (19); a first sprocket assembly (24) and a second sprocket assembly (27) are respectively rotatably provided with a single sprocket; the third sprocket assembly (018) and the fourth sprocket assembly (18) are both rotatably provided with double sprockets; wherein the double sprocket on the fourth sprocket assembly (18) comprises a first sprocket (46) and a second sprocket (47); a counterweight chain wheel assembly (50) is hung below the third chain wheel assembly (018) and below the fourth chain wheel assembly (18), a counterweight (51) is hung on the counterweight chain wheel assembly (50), a double chain wheel is rotatably arranged on the counterweight chain wheel assembly (50), and the double chain wheel on the counterweight chain wheel assembly (50) comprises a third chain wheel (48) and a fourth chain wheel (49);
further comprising a first lifting chain (20) and a second lifting chain (30); the front section of the first lifting chain (20) spans and engages the upper side of the second sprocket assembly (27), and the rear section of the first lifting chain (20) spans and engages the upper side of the second sprocket (47) and the lower side of the fourth sprocket (49) in sequence;
the rear end of the first lifting chain (20) is fixedly connected with the top bracket (19), and the front end of the first lifting chain (20) is suspended with a front suspension connector (28); the front section of the second lifting chain (30) spans and engages the upper side of the first sprocket (46), and the rear section of the second lifting chain (30) spans and engages the lower side of the third sprocket (48); a rear suspension connector (028) is suspended at the tail end of the front section of the second lifting chain (30), and the tail end of the rear section of the second lifting chain (30) is fixedly connected with the top bracket (19); the front suspension connector (28) and the rear suspension connector (028) are fixedly connected with the feeding and discharging manipulator (6);
the middle part of the front end of the top support (19) is provided with a lifting motor (26) and a lifting motor reducer (25), the output end of the lifting motor (26) is in driving connection with the lifting motor reducer (25), and the output end of the lifting motor reducer (25) comprises a left output shaft (22) and a right output shaft (23) which are bilaterally symmetrical; the tail end of the right output shaft (23) is synchronously connected with a chain wheel on the second chain wheel assembly (27); the tail end of the left output shaft (22) is synchronously connected with a chain wheel on the first chain wheel assembly (24);

in an initial state, the plate transfer trolley (9) is correspondingly arranged at the lower side of the vertical storage rack (8), and the skip lifting unit (7) on the vertical storage rack (8) transfers the empty skip (32) without the plate (12) to the upper side of the plate transfer trolley (9); meanwhile, the feeding conveying device (16) conveys the plate (12) to be processed onto the feeding table (17), then a motor (38) on the plate transfer trolley (9) is controlled to enable a driving wheel (37) to rotate positively, the plate transfer trolley (9) is further enabled to walk right above the feeding table (17) along the guide rail (4), and then an industrial sucker unit (42) on the lower side of the plate transfer trolley (9) is used for holding the plate (12) to be processed on the feeding table (17); then controlling a motor (38) on the plate transfer trolley (9) to enable the driving wheel (37) to reversely rotate, further enabling the plate (12) held by the industrial sucker unit (42) to move to the position right above the plate transfer table (31) along with the plate transfer trolley (9), and then enabling the plate (12) held by the industrial sucker unit (42) to be released, further enabling the plate (12) to be processed to slowly fall on the plate transfer table (31); then the plate (12) on the plate transfer table (31) is transferred to the plate laser cutting machine workbench (15) through the transfer mechanism to carry out a cutting procedure, then the cut plate (12) on the laser cutting machine workbench (15) is transferred to the plate transfer table (31) through the transfer mechanism, then a motor (38) on the plate transfer vehicle (9) is controlled to rotate a driving wheel (37), and the plate transfer vehicle (9) is further driven to move along the guide rail (4) to be separated from the position right above the plate transfer table (31); at the moment, the manipulator lifting mechanism (5) controls the lower suspended feeding and discharging manipulator (6) to do descending motion until the feeding and discharging manipulator (6) moves downwards to clamp the processed plate (12) on the plate transferring table (31), and then the manipulator lifting mechanism (5) controls the lower suspended feeding and discharging manipulator (6) to displace upwards until the feeding and discharging manipulator (6) displaces upwards to be higher than the plate transferring vehicle (9); then controlling a motor (38) on the plate transfer trolley (9) to enable the driving wheel (37) to rotate, further enabling the plate transfer trolley (9) to walk right above the plate transfer trolley (31) along the guide rail (4), enabling the plate transfer trolley (9) to be just right below the feeding and discharging mechanical arm (6), enabling the feeding and discharging mechanical arm (6) to release the clamped plate (12), and enabling the plate (12) released from the feeding and discharging mechanical arm (6) to smoothly fall on the empty trolley (32) on the upper side of the plate transfer trolley (9); then, the plate transfer trolley (9) is controlled to walk along the guide rail (4) to the lower side of the vertical storage rack (8), and then the skip car lifting unit (7) transfers the skip car (32) loaded with the plates (12) on the plate transfer trolley (9) to the vertical storage rack (8); and then all steps of feeding, blank plate transferring, plate processing, finished plate transferring and finished product storage are completed.
