Abstract
本发明为一种用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法。它包括如下步骤:1)对羊毛进行丝光防缩处理;对亚麻纤维在纺前48h进行纤维软化处理;2)通过棉纺机将羊毛与棉纤维包混后再与亚麻纤维条混,得到混合纤维;其中,按质量百分含量羊毛10%~15%、棉纤维60%~70%、亚麻纤维20%~25%;3)依次对混合纤维进行开清棉、梳棉、混并、粗纱、细纱,得到柔洁纺纱线;4)将柔洁纺纱线进行经纬交织形成面料:柔洁纺纱线通过自动络筒机络筒,络筒的同时定长及疵点清除,减少粗细节;然后依次进行整经、浆纱、并轴、分绞、穿综穿筘和织造;5):染整:用弱火对面料进行烧毛处理,然后依次退浆、漂白、染色、皂洗、预缩、热定型。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家纺面料的制备方法,特别是公开一种用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法。
背景技术
柔洁纺纱是一种在普通环锭纺纱细纱机中对纤维进行湿热处理,改善纤维可纺性及纱线质量的技术。亚麻纤维具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌等功能,被称为“植物纤维皇后”,但由于其刚性比较大,手感粗硬,不易捻合,成纱毛羽较多,在家纺上未能得到广泛运用。羊毛纤维柔软、保暖性极佳,但纤维高卷曲、高弹性,在成纱过程中纤维易反弹而脱离加抢卷绕力的控制,部分纤维头端易外露形成纱线毛羽。
虽然柔洁纺纱技术日趋成熟,但目前市场上柔洁纺纱线的家纺产品却没有很多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种制备的纱线毛羽少、光洁度好、纱线条干均匀且强度好,织物的抗起毛起球性好的用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1:对羊毛进行丝光防缩处理;对亚麻纤维在纺前48h进行纤维软化处理;
步骤2:通过棉纺机将羊毛与棉纤维包混后再与亚麻纤维条混,得到混合纤维;其中,按质量百分含量羊毛10%~15%、棉纤维60%~70%、亚麻纤维20%~25%;
步骤3:依次对步骤2所得混合纤维进行开清棉、梳棉、混并、粗纱、细纱,得到柔洁纺纱线;其中在粗纱过程中对混合纤维喷洒用量为(质量百分含量)2.7%的热加湿剂进行热湿处理,热加湿剂的温度为25~28℃;
步骤4:将步骤3所得的柔洁纺纱线进行经纬交织形成面料:柔洁纺纱线通过自动络筒机络筒,络筒的同时定长及疵点清除,减少粗细节;然后依次进行整经、浆纱、并轴、分绞、穿综穿筘和织造;其中浆纱的上浆率为10%~18%;
步骤5:染整:用弱火对步骤4所得面料进行烧毛处理,然后进行退浆处理;然后依次进行漂白、染色,染色时的染料为双官能团活性染料,通过二浴法染色;然后用氨水进行皂洗,最后进行预缩、热定型。
优选的,步骤1中所述纤维软化处理为对亚麻纤维喷洒整理助剂,整理助剂的用量(质量百分含量)为1%-3%。
步骤4中,在络筒时,控制柔洁纺纱线的张力在1500~1800N;
步骤4中,所述浆纱的浆料为淀粉或变性淀粉浆料。
步骤5中,在退浆处理过程中,通过加入用量为(质量百分含量)0.5%~1% 的柔软剂对面料进行松弛处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能纺出支数比较高、表面光洁,毛羽较少,强力比较高的纱线,纱线质量比较好,面料的耐磨性、抗起毛起球性比较好。交织后所得的面料具有一定的抗菌性、保暖性、静电小、舒适性好,用于家纺产品,满足人们目前对家纺产品高品质的要求。另外,亚麻、棉都为天然植物纤维,羊毛为动物纤维,相对化纤等合成纤维,比较符合可持续发展的要求。
具体实施方式
本发明用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:对羊毛进行丝光防缩处理;对亚麻纤维在纺前48h进行纤维软化处理;所述纤维软化处理为对亚麻纤维喷洒整理助剂,整理助剂的用量为1%-3%。
步骤2:通过棉纺机将羊毛与棉纤维包混后再与亚麻纤维条混,得到混合纤维;其中,按质量百分含量羊毛10%~15%、棉纤维60%~70%、亚麻纤维20%~25%;优选,羊毛10%、棉纤维70%、亚麻纤维20%。
步骤3:依次对步骤2所得混合纤维进行开清棉、梳棉、混并、粗纱、细纱,得到柔洁纺纱线;其中在粗纱过程中对混合纤维喷洒用量为(质量百分含量)2.7%的热加湿剂进行热湿处理,热加湿剂的温度为25~28℃,优选25℃;
步骤3中,所述开清棉、梳棉的过程为:
采用棉与毛进行包混后再与亚麻纤维条混。
棉毛的开清棉工序采用“薄喂、少抓、勤抓、多松、轻打、以梳代打、慢速度、大通道”的原则,圆盘抓棉机打手每次下降3mm,小车刀片伸出肋条3mm,做到勤抓少抓,使纤维充分开松,将豪猪打手换成梳针打手,减收对羊毛纤维的损伤,加大对棉纤维的除杂。两种纤维棉卷定量均为350g/m,棉卷长30m,罗拉转速10r/min,梳针打手速度500 r/min。梳棉时,由于羊毛纤维卷曲,容易造成锡林绕花,刺辊转速800 r/min,锡林转速310 r/min,道夫转速18 r/min。盖板线速度169mm/min,进行精梳。
亚麻纤维在纺前48h需要喷洒一定量的整理助剂进行纤维软化,开清遵循“薄喂、少抓、勤抓、多松、轻打、早落”的原则,棉卷罗拉转速12r/min,梳针打手速度540 r/min。对梳棉设备做一些调整,锡林、道夫的针布为“高针、低密、小工作角”便于亚麻纤维的梳理、转移,刺辊转速700 r/min,锡林转速300 r/min,道夫转速15 r/min。
所述混并的过程为:采用三道并合,充分混合。罗拉隔距7*8*15mm,采用顺牵伸,提高纤维前弯钩伸直效果,确保混合均匀,相对湿度65%-70%。
所述粗纱的过程为:采用重加压、大捻度,减少退绕时产生的意外牵伸。粗纱定量为5.55g/10m,粗纱捻系数定为70,。粗纱质量控制要求:条干CV%≤4,重量不匀率≤1%。
所述细纱的过程为:采用“大隔距、高捻系数、低速度、小张力”原则,减少纱线毛羽,提高成纱质量。锭速15000r/min,捻系数330,前罗拉速度196 r/min,罗拉隔距18*30mm。
所述热湿处理,使混合纤维在热湿联合作用下,弯曲模量和刚度瞬间大幅度降低,柔化速度和程度大幅提高,实现较粗混合纤维在更低模量、更低刚度性能时进行柔性加捻成纱,致使混合纤维头端在加捻扭转力作用下更易于转移和缠绕,最终捻入纱体或贴伏在纱条表面,有效消除成纱毛羽,大幅度改善成纱表面的光洁度。同时降低纱线的残余扭矩和残余应力,不但有效解决成纱的“扭结”现象,还提高了成纱的柔软度。
步骤4:将步骤3所得的柔洁纺纱线进行经纬交织形成面料:柔洁纺纱线通过自动络筒机络筒,络筒的同时定长及疵点清除,减少粗细节;然后依次进行整经、浆纱、并轴、分绞、穿综穿筘和织造;其中浆纱的上浆率为10%~18%,优选18%;所述浆纱的浆料为淀粉或变性淀粉浆料。在络筒时,控制柔洁纺纱线的张力在1500~1800N ,优选1800N。
步骤5:染整:用弱火对步骤4所得面料进行烧毛处理,然后进行退浆处理;然后依次进行漂白、染色,先行漂白是为了更好上色;染色时的染料为双官能团活性染料,通过二浴法染色:面料过水后,先在弱酸性条件下使羊毛纤维染色,面料再过水后,再在碱性条件下使亚麻纤维和棉纤维染色。然后用氨水进行皂洗,以获得较高的湿牢度,最后进行预缩、热定型。优选的,在退浆处理过程中,通过加入用量为(质量百分含量)0.5%~1% 的柔软剂对面料进行松弛处理,通过柔软剂对面料进行松弛处理,提升面料的手感。其中,退浆、染色可在同一个缸内进行,节省时间提高效率。所述柔软剂为市售柔软剂,在HY-008 、XL-GL、PES、YN803 或 LTJ03 中任选一种。
本发明制得的面料,具有如下特点:1)纺织成品水洗尺寸变化率:经向±5%,纬向±5%;(2)纺织成品色牢度:耐洗(变色、沾色)≥3级;耐汗渍(变色、沾色)≥3级;耐干摩擦≥3级,耐湿摩擦≥2-3级;(3)纺织成品甲醛含量:≤75mg/kg。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1:对羊毛进行丝光防缩处理;对亚麻纤维在纺前48h进行纤维软化处理;
步骤2:通过棉纺机将羊毛与棉纤维包混后再与亚麻纤维条混,得到混合纤维;其中,按质量百分含量羊毛10%~15%、棉纤维60%~70%、亚麻纤维20%~25%;
步骤3:依次对步骤2所得混合纤维进行开清棉、梳棉、混并、粗纱、细纱,得到柔洁纺纱线;其中在粗纱过程中对混合纤维喷洒用量为2.7%的热加湿剂进行热湿处理,热加湿剂的温度为25~28℃;
步骤4:将步骤3所得的柔洁纺纱线进行经纬交织形成面料:柔洁纺纱线通过自动络筒机络筒,络筒的同时定长及疵点清除,减少粗细节;然后依次进行整经、浆纱、并轴、分绞、穿综穿筘和织造;其中浆纱的上浆率为10%~18%;
步骤5:染整:用弱火对步骤4所得面料进行烧毛处理,然后进行退浆处理;然后依次进行漂白、染色,染色时的染料为双官能团活性染料,通过二浴法染色;然后用氨水进行皂洗,最后进行预缩、热定型。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中所述纤维软化处理为对亚麻纤维喷洒整理助剂,整理助剂的用量为1%-3%。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,在络筒时,控制柔洁纺纱线的张力在1500~1800N。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述浆纱的浆料为淀粉或变性淀粉浆料。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的用于家纺的柔洁纺纱面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤5中,在退浆处理过程中,通过加入用量为0.5%~1% 的柔软剂对面料进行松弛处理。
