Abstract
本发明公开了一种家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)原材料,(2)纺纱,(3)络筒,(4)整经,(5)浆纱,(6)织造,(7)后整理。本发明一种家纺面料的制备方法,工艺简单,操作简便,通过合理的工艺调整和棉纤维的混纺,有效改善了单独使用天丝纤维纺纱织造时存在的缺点,所织造的天丝/面混纺家纺面料兼具天丝纤维和棉纤维的优点,具有手感柔软、亲肤、光滑、吸湿透气、强度高,经久耐用等优点,是一款高档家纺面料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家纺领域,特别是涉及一种家纺面料的制备方法。
背景技术
Tencel纤维,又称“天丝”纤维,是以木浆为原料经溶剂纺丝方法生产的一种新型环保绿色纤维,具有表面光滑,光泽柔和,吸湿性、透气性和染色性良好,高强低伸和干湿强度接近等优点,集天然纤维和合成纤维的优异性能于一身,是制备高档家纺面料的理想原料。但Tencel纤维的回潮大、卷曲小,半成品的抱合力较差,存在易原纤化、纱线毛羽较多、摩擦后易起毛等缺点,增加了纺织难度,降低了家纺面料的成品质量。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种家纺面料的制备方法,能够解决现有家纺面料以Tencel纤维为原料时存在的上述织造困难,提高家纺产品的性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料,包括天丝纤维和棉纤维;
(2)纺纱,包括清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱和细纱工序;其中,所述梳棉的工艺参数为:锡林速度280r/min,刺辊速度700r/min;所述并条的工艺参数为:并条定量15g/5m,后区牵伸16.11倍;所述粗纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距30mm×38mm,锭速550r/min,捻系数70;所述细纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距25mm×28mm,捻系数310,锭速10 000 r/min;
(3)络筒,以700~750m/min的车速进行络筒;
(4)整经,以420~450m/min的车速络筒,并控制布面张力、排列与卷绕均匀;
(5)浆纱,采用双浆槽浆纱机进行上浆操作,其中,浆料包括:聚乙烯醇 30~40kg/L,马铃薯淀粉10~15kg/L,改性磷酸酯淀粉20~30kg/L,抗静电剂5~8 kg/L,蜡片2~3kg/L;上浆工艺为:浴比1:1,浆槽黏度10.5s,浆槽温度95~98℃,上浆率18~25%,回潮率5~8%,车速30~35m/min;
(6)织造,采用多臂喷气织机按缎纹组织织造成家纺面料,其中,织造工艺参数为:开口时间295°,上机张力l500 N,综框高度68mm,车速50~55m/min;
(7)后整理,包括烧毛-退浆-烧毛-丝光-水洗--预缩工艺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述天丝纤维的细度为1.8dtex;所述棉纤维的细度为10.8dtex。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,将所述天丝纤维和棉纤维的纺纱比例为2~4:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述纺纱后的纱线细度为12~13dtex。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种家纺面料的制备方法,工艺简单,操作简便,通过合理的工艺调整和棉纤维的混纺,有效改善了单独使用天丝纤维纺纱织造时存在的缺点,所织造的天丝/面混纺家纺面料兼具天丝纤维和棉纤维的优点,具有手感柔软、亲肤、光滑、吸湿透气、强度高,经久耐用等优点,是一款高档家纺面料。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
(1)原材料,包括天丝纤维和棉纤维;其中,天丝纤维的细度为1.8dtex;棉纤维的细度为10.8dtex
(2)纺纱,将上述天丝纤维和棉纤维按2:1的纺纱比例,通过清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱和细纱工序纺织成细度为12dtex的纱线;其中,所述梳棉的工艺参数为:锡林速度280r/min,刺辊速度700r/min;所述并条的工艺参数为:并条定量15g/5m,后区牵伸16.11倍;所述粗纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距30mm×38mm,锭速550r/min,捻系数70;所述细纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距25mm×28mm,捻系数310,锭速10 000 r/min;
(3)络筒,以700m/min的车速进行络筒;
(4)整经,以420m/min的车速络筒,并控制布面张力、排列与卷绕均匀;
(5)浆纱,采用双浆槽浆纱机进行上浆操作,其中,浆料包括:聚乙烯醇 30kg/L,马铃薯淀粉10kg/L,改性磷酸酯淀粉20kg/L,抗静电剂5kg/L,蜡片2kg/L;上浆工艺为:浴比1:1,浆槽黏度10.5s,浆槽温度95℃,上浆率18%,回潮率5%,车速30m/min;
(6)织造,采用多臂喷气织机按缎纹组织织造成家纺面料,其中,织造工艺参数为:开口时间295°,上机张力l500 N,综框高度68mm,车速50m/min;
(7)后整理,包括烧毛-退浆-烧毛-丝光-水洗--预缩工艺。
实施例1
(1)原材料,包括天丝纤维和棉纤维;其中,天丝纤维的细度为1.8dtex;棉纤维的细度为10.8dtex
(2)纺纱,将上述天丝纤维和棉纤维按4:1的纺纱比例,通过清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱和细纱工序纺织成细度为13dtex的纱线;其中,所述梳棉的工艺参数为:锡林速度280r/min,刺辊速度700r/min;所述并条的工艺参数为:并条定量15g/5m,后区牵伸16.11倍;所述粗纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距30mm×38mm,锭速550r/min,捻系数70;所述细纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距25mm×28mm,捻系数310,锭速10 000 r/min;
(3)络筒,以750m/min的车速进行络筒;
(4)整经,以450m/min的车速络筒,并控制布面张力、排列与卷绕均匀;
(5)浆纱,采用双浆槽浆纱机进行上浆操作,其中,浆料包括:聚乙烯醇 40kg/L,马铃薯淀粉15kg/L,改性磷酸酯淀粉30kg/L,抗静电剂8 kg/L,蜡片3kg/L;上浆工艺为:浴比1:1,浆槽黏度10.5s,浆槽温度98℃,上浆率25%,回潮率8%,车速35m/min;
(6)织造,采用多臂喷气织机按缎纹组织织造成家纺面料,其中,织造工艺参数为:开口时间295°,上机张力l500 N,综框高度68mm,车速55m/min;
(7)后整理,包括烧毛-退浆-烧毛-丝光-水洗--预缩工艺。
通过上述方法织造的家纺面料,幅宽为180cm,厚度为0.5cm,质地柔软,表面光滑,弹性大,抗撕裂。

Claims (4)
1.一种家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料,包括天丝纤维和棉纤维;
(2)纺纱,包括清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱和细纱工序;其中,所述梳棉的工艺参数为:锡林速度280r/min,刺辊速度700r/min;所述并条的工艺参数为:并条定量15g/5m,后区牵伸16.11倍;所述粗纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距30mm×38mm,锭速550r/min,捻系数70;所述细纱的工艺参数为:罗拉隔距25mm×28mm,捻系数310,锭速10 000 r/min;
(3)络筒,以700~750m/min的车速进行络筒;
(4)整经,以420~450m/min的车速络筒,并控制布面张力、排列与卷绕均匀;
(5)浆纱,采用双浆槽浆纱机进行上浆操作,其中,浆料包括:聚乙烯醇 30~40kg/L,马铃薯淀粉10~15kg/L,改性磷酸酯淀粉20~30kg/L,抗静电剂5~8 kg/L,蜡片2~3kg/L;上浆工艺为:浴比1:1,浆槽黏度10.5s,浆槽温度95~98℃,上浆率18~25%,回潮率5~8%,车速30~35m/min;

2.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述天丝纤维的细度为1.8dtex;所述棉纤维的细度为10.8dtex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,将所述天丝纤维和棉纤维的纺纱比例为2~4:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述纺纱后的纱线细度为12~13dtex。
