Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其由复合基材层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述复合基材层由三层PE基材熔融共挤吹制而成,所述PE基材按原料重量百分比计包括35~70%的低密度聚乙烯、20~40%的高密度聚乙烯和5~10%的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯。本发明通过三层PE基材复合作为复合基材层,有效提高了该高粘PE保护膜整体的脆度和挺度,使其具有优异的切割、冲孔等加工性能,解决了普通保护膜在CNC切割过程中容易起翘、爆裂报废等质量问题。本发明还公开了该高粘PE保护膜的制备方法,其采用三层熔融共挤吹膜的方式制备复合基材层,同时通过V凹涂布方式涂布丙烯酸酯压敏胶,使得制备得的成品兼具优异的平整度及收卷性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜领域,特别涉及一种高粘PE保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜是一种对其他材料具有保护功能的膜状材料,也是一种压敏胶制品。PE保护膜最大的优点是使被保护的产品在生产加工,运输,贮存和使用过程中不受污染,腐蚀,划伤,保护原有的光洁亮泽的表面,从而提高产品的质量及市场竞争力。
在用于CNC切割的保护膜中,PE保护膜目前应用最为广泛。在CNC切割加工使用过程中需经过各种切削液冲洗、酸洗液浸泡等加工过程,因此不仅要求保护膜具有一定的脆度和挺度易于切割冲孔,而且要求其具有优良的防渗透性能以防止CNC切割加工过程中切削液或清洗液渗透保护膜破坏被贴物,同时亦要求其具有合适的初粘力和持粘力以满足CNC切割加工过程中的要求,避免其在加工过程中因粘力不足导致起翘或粘度过大导致后续难撕膜的问题。而现有技术中用于CNC切割的PE保护膜难以兼具上述多种优异的性能,被贴物的良品率仍有待进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,同时提供该高粘PE保护膜的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其由复合基材层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述复合基材层由三层PE基材熔融共挤吹制而成,所述PE基材按原料重量百分比计包括35~70%的低密度聚乙烯、20~40%的高密度聚乙烯和5~10%的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述丙烯酸压敏胶层按原料重量份包括:油性聚丙烯酸树脂100份、醋酸乙酯200~230份、有机溶剂20~30份、复合固化剂4~6份。具体地,本发明的丙烯酸压敏胶具有优异的流平性能,确保后续烘干收卷后平整性好,同时其形成的胶层不降低复合基材层的脆度,且与复合基材层具有优异的附着力。本发明的丙烯酸压敏胶层与被贴物粘力适中,剥离无残胶。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述复合固化剂由3~4份的异氰酸酯类固化剂和1~2份的环氧树脂固化剂复合而成。具体地,该复合固化剂可进一步提高该高粘PE保护膜的防渗透性能及耐酸碱性。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述有机溶剂为甲苯。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,该高粘PE保护膜的厚度为50~100μm。
一种如上所述的用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将PE基材中的各原料组分混合后投入自带有除尘***的三层共挤吹膜机中,经三层熔融共挤、不锈钢滤网组过滤、吹制得由三层PE基材复合而成的复合基材层;
2)按原料重量份计将丙烯酸压敏胶层的各组分混合调配成丙烯酸压敏胶后采用V凹涂布方法涂布于步骤1)所得复合基材层上表面,经流平、烘箱固化,得高粘PE保护膜成品。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤1)所述三层熔融共挤过程中控制温度为165~185℃。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤1)所述不锈钢滤网组由五层300目滤网组合而成。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤2)所述烘箱固化的固化温度为75~95℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过三层PE基材复合作为复合基材层,有效提高了该高粘PE保护膜整体的脆度和挺度,使其具有优异的切割、冲孔等加工性能,解决了普通保护膜在CNC切割过程中容易起翘、爆裂报废等质量问题。
本发明通过完善制备工艺,采用三层熔融共挤吹膜的方式制备复合基材层,同时通过V凹涂布方式涂布丙烯酸酯压敏胶,使得制备得的成品兼具优异的平整度及收卷性能。

实施例1
一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,该高粘PE保护膜的厚度为50μm,其由复合基材层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述复合基材层由三层PE基材熔融共挤吹制而成。
其中,所述PE基材按原料重量百分比计包括35%的低密度聚乙烯、40%的高密度聚乙烯、5%的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯和20%的PE;所述丙烯酸压敏胶层按原料重量份包括:油性聚丙烯酸树脂100份、醋酸乙酯200份、甲苯30份、异氰酸酯类固化剂3份和环氧树脂固化剂2份。
制备方法:
1)将PE基材中的各原料组分混合后投入自带有除尘***的三层共挤吹膜机中,经三层熔融共挤、不锈钢滤网组过滤、吹制得由三层PE基材复合而成的复合基材层,其中所述三层熔融共挤过程中控制温度为165℃,所述不锈钢滤网组由五层300目滤网组合而成;
2)按原料重量份计将丙烯酸压敏胶层的各组分混合调配成丙烯酸压敏胶后采用V凹涂布方法涂布于步骤1)所得复合基材层上表面,经流平、烘箱固化,固化温度为75℃,得实施例1成品。
实施例2
一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,该高粘PE保护膜的厚度为100μm,其由复合基材层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述复合基材层由三层PE基材熔融共挤吹制而成。
其中,所述PE基材按原料重量百分比计包括70%的低密度聚乙烯、20%的高密度聚乙烯和10%的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯;所述丙烯酸压敏胶层按原料重量份包括:油性聚丙烯酸树脂100份、醋酸乙酯230份、甲苯20份、异氰酸酯类固化剂4份和环氧树脂固化剂1份。
制备方法:
1)将PE基材中的各原料组分混合后投入自带有除尘***的三层共挤吹膜机中,经三层熔融共挤、不锈钢滤网组过滤、吹制得由三层PE基材复合而成的复合基材层,其中所述三层熔融共挤过程中控制温度为185℃,所述不锈钢滤网组由五层300目滤网组合而成;
2)按原料重量份计将丙烯酸压敏胶层的各组分混合调配成丙烯酸压敏胶后采用V凹涂布方法涂布于步骤1)所得复合基材层上表面,经流平、烘箱固化,固化温度为95℃,得实施例2成品。
实施例3
一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,该高粘PE保护膜的厚度为70μm,其由复合基材层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述复合基材层由三层PE基材熔融共挤吹制而成。
其中,所述PE基材按原料重量百分比计包括50%的低密度聚乙烯、30%的高密度聚乙烯、8%的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯和12%的PE;所述丙烯酸压敏胶层按原料重量份包括:油性聚丙烯酸树脂100份、醋酸乙酯210份、甲苯25份、异氰酸酯类固化剂3份和环氧树脂固化剂1份。
制备方法:
1)将PE基材中的各原料组分混合后投入自带有除尘***的三层共挤吹膜机中,经三层熔融共挤、不锈钢滤网组过滤、吹制得由三层PE基材复合而成的复合基材层,其中所述三层熔融共挤过程中控制温度为175℃,所述不锈钢滤网组由五层300目滤网组合而成;
2)按原料重量份计将丙烯酸压敏胶层的各组分混合调配成丙烯酸压敏胶后采用V凹涂布方法涂布于步骤1)所得复合基材层上表面,经流平、烘箱固化,固化温度为85℃,得实施例3成品。
实施例4
将上述实施例1~3所得成品分别进行相关性能测试,测试结果如下表1所示:

1.一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其特征在于:由复合基材层和丙烯酸压敏胶层组成,所述复合基材层由三层PE基材熔融共挤吹制而成,所述PE基材按原料重量百分比计包括35~70%的低密度聚乙烯、20~40%的高密度聚乙烯和5~10%的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸压敏胶层按原料重量份包括:油性聚丙烯酸树脂100份、醋酸乙酯200~230份、有机溶剂20~30份、复合固化剂4~6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其特征在于:所述复合固化剂由3~4份的异氰酸酯类固化剂和1~2份的环氧树脂固化剂复合而成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为甲苯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜,其特征在于:该高粘PE保护膜的厚度为50~100μm。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一项所述的用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下工艺步骤:
1)将PE基材中的各原料组分混合后投入自带有除尘***的三层共挤吹膜机中,经三层熔融共挤、不锈钢滤网组过滤、吹制得由三层PE基材复合而成的复合基材层;
2)按原料重量份计将丙烯酸压敏胶层的各组分混合调配成丙烯酸压敏胶后采用V凹涂布方法涂布于步骤1)所得复合基材层上表面,经流平、烘箱固化,得高粘PE保护膜成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述三层熔融共挤过程中控制温度为165~185℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述不锈钢滤网组由五层300目滤网组合而成。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于CNC切割的高粘PE保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)所述烘箱固化的固化温度为75~95℃。
