Abstract

Description
技术领域

背景技术
在汽车中越来越多地使用触敏的显示装置,例如其形式为触摸屏。在此常见的是,将这种触敏的显示装置布置在中心托架的区域中或在中心托架上方,其中,通过触敏的显示装置以接触控制的方式改变最不同的汽车功能、例如在信息娱乐***、导航***等处的设置。这种显示装置在其尺寸方面总是较大,从而因此通过驾驶员和副驾驶员总是极其难以符合人体工程学地触及整个显示装置。
DE 10 2009 059 867 A1说明了一种用于运行汽车的触敏的显示装置的方法,其中,借助接近检测装置确定,乘客是否想通过触摸来操纵显示装置。在这种情况下,借助显示装置显示出的虚拟按键在显示装置上朝向用户移动。
US 2009 03 27 977 A1同样说明了一种用于运行触敏的显示装置的方法,其中确定了要在显示装置的哪些区域中考虑以接触控制的方式进行用户输入。只要进行这种确定,则相应的虚拟的借助显示装置显示出的按键移动到该区域中。
DE 10 2008 048 825 A9说明了一种在机动车中的显示和操作***,其中,以能影响用户的方式显示出显示对象。与所检测地接近用户的手相关地移动显示对象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,能实现符合需要地且朝向乘客地操作汽车的触敏的显示装置。
所述目的通过具有下述特征的用于运行触敏的显示装置的方法以及***以及通过具有这种***的汽车来实现。
根据本发明的用于运行汽车的触敏的显示装置的方法包括下述步骤:
-检测是汽车的驾驶员还是副驾驶员想操作显示装置;
-如果检测出仅驾驶员想操作显示装置,则:在第一运行模式中运行显示装置,在该第一运行模式中仅在显示装置的驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面;
-如果检测出仅汽车的副驾驶员想操作显示装置,则:在第二运行模式中运行显示装置,在该第二运行模式中仅在显示装置的副驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面;
-如果检测出汽车的驾驶员和副驾驶员都想操作显示装置,则:在第三运行模式中运行显示装置,在该第三运行模式中,在驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面,还附加地在副驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面的至少一部分。
根据本发明也就规定,确定是汽车的驾驶员还是副驾驶员刚好想操作显示装置。与这个信息相关地,向驾驶员侧或副驾驶员侧校正显示出的图形用户界面,从而驾驶员和副驾驶员能特别简单地且符合人体工程学地操作触敏的显示装置。在此,本发明的一个重要方面在于,如果不仅汽车的驾驶员而且副驾驶员都想操作显示装置,则以下述方式分配显示装置的显示面,即在驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面,还附加地在副驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面的至少一部分。
换句话说根据本发明规定,触敏的显示装置在这种所述的情况下在分屏模式中运行,这种分屏模式相应于第三运行模式。优选地,在副驾驶员侧的显示区域中通过下述方式仅提供减少的菜单选择或者说操作界面:还附加地在副驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出仅一部分图形用户界面。特别是在下述情况下——不仅汽车的驾驶员而且副驾驶员都想操作触敏的显示装置,则通过所述分屏模式实现了,不仅驾驶员而且副驾驶员都能特别简单地且符合人体工程学地触及触敏的显示装置并且因此能对其进行操作。
在本发明的有利的设计方案中规定,如果检测出驾驶员和副驾驶员都不想操作显示装置,则在第四运行模式中运行显示装置,在该第四运行模式中仅在显示装置的居中的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面。由此,不仅驾驶员而且副驾驶员都能以特别简单且明确的方式看清图形用户界面。
根据本发明的一种替选的有利实施方式规定,如果检测出驾驶员和副驾驶员都不想操作显示装置,则也在第一运行模式中运行显示装置。在这种情况下存在下述优点:汽车的驾驶员能特别清楚地看清图形用户界面,即尤其朝向驾驶员布置显示装置。在下述情况下——其中,驾驶员和副驾驶员刚好都不想操作显示装置,显示装置是在第四运行模式中还是在第一运行模式中运行,可以通过配置菜单进行调整。基础设置可以选择性地如此调整,使得在所述情况下要么设置第四运行模式要么设置第一运行模式。
在本发明的另一种有利的设计方案中规定,在第三运行模式中,仅在显示装置的驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面的、能使汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能发生改变的部分。换句话说可以规定,与驾驶员相关的内容在第三运行模式中不在副驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示。汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能要理解成汽车的所有如下所述的功能:所述功能涉及汽车的行驶运行。例如这种功能可以涉及在汽车的驾驶员辅助***上的设置,例如在电子稳定***、速度调节器等处的设置。此外,汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能例如还可以涉及在平视显示器、组合仪表等处的亮度设置。汽车功能、例如收音机操作、在自动空调装置处的设置、录像播放等在此并不被视为汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能并且因此——根据刚好处于哪个菜单结构中——在第三运行模式中在副驾驶员侧的显示区域上显示出。由于图形用户界面的下述部分仅在显示装置的驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出,借助其能使汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能发生改变,所以在第三运行模式中防止了下述情况,其中,副驾驶员能变化地对汽车的这种与驾驶员相关的功能产生影响。此外,上述情况明显地有助于提高汽车的行驶安全性,因为通过在第三运行模式中的这种分配,驾驶员非常有可能仅必要时通过相应地操纵图形用户界面对汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能进行改变。
在本发明的另一种有利的设计方案中规定,借助摄像机***确定,副驾驶员和/或驾驶员的至少一个手指是否离显示装置低于预先确定的距离,并据此检测出驾驶员和/或副驾驶员是否想操作显示装置。附加地还可以规定,触敏的显示装置本身具有相应的传感器装置——例如在电容式构成的触敏的显示装置中,借助该传感器装置还能确定,副驾驶员和/或驾驶员的手指是否低于预先确定的距离。与摄像机***相互作用,因此能以特别可靠的方式来确定,副驾驶员和/或驾驶员是否刚好打算操作触敏的显示装置。
本发明的另一种有利的实施方式提出,确定哪些人员分别坐在驾驶员座位和副驾驶员座位上,针对每个不同的人员编制用户概况和检测其在显示装置上的操作动作,并据此特定于用户概况/按照用户概况定制地选出图形用户界面的所显示的内容。换句话说,涉及一种自学***,所述自学***根据相应的连续更新的用户概况关于要分别示出的图形用户界面识别出不同人员的相应的偏好,并且也仅显示出图形用户界面的这种元件,其通常特别频繁地由相关人员来操作。因此,提供了个性化,由此为不同的人员例如根据图形用户界面的分别显现的元件分别显示出图形用户界面的尽可能好地与所述人员协调的内容。
本发明的另一种有利的实施方式提出,借助摄像机***、根据所使用的车钥匙和/或相应的布置在驾驶员门和副驾驶员门的门把手上的指纹传感器进行人员识别。由此能以特别可靠的方式确定,哪些人员刚好已经坐在驾驶员座位或副驾驶员座位上并且进行相应的操作动作,从而能以特别可靠的方式利用与相应的操作动作相关的数据来填充相应的用户概况。
根据本发明的另一种有利的实施方式规定,如果在第三运行模式中驾驶员和副驾驶员在显示装置上进行不一致的/相抵触的输入,则实施驾驶员的输入。换句话说规定了,如果在第三运行模式中驾驶员和副驾驶员在刚好显示的图形用户界面上进行不一致的输入,则驾驶员的输入优先于副驾驶员的输入。因此,驾驶员的输入相对于副驾驶员的输入总是具有优先权。

-如果检测出汽车的驾驶员和副驾驶员都想操作显示装置,则在第三运行模式中运行显示装置,在该第三运行模式中,在驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面,还附加地在副驾驶员侧的显示区域中显示出图形用户界面的至少一部分。
根据本发明的方法的有利的设计方案可以视为根据本发明的***的有利的设计方案,其中,***尤其具有用于实施方法步骤的器件。

具体实施方式
在图1中以示意图示出了汽车10,其具有用于运行汽车10的触敏的显示装置14的***12。***12包括控制装置16,该控制装置被设计用于,在不同的运行模式中运行显示装置14。此外,***12包括摄像机***18,该摄像机***被设计用于检测:驾驶员20或副驾驶员22是否刚好想操作触敏的显示装置14。此外,摄像机***18被设计用于确定:哪些人员分别坐在驾驶员座位24和副驾驶员座位26上,并且将这些信息传输给控制装置16。控制装置16又被设计用于,针对每个不同的人员编制用户概况,检测和存储其在触敏的显示装置14上的操作动作,据此特定于用户概况选出图形用户界面的所显示的内容,其借助显示装置14显示出。

在图2中,部分地示出了汽车10的驾驶舱28。触敏的显示装置14布置在驾驶舱的中心托架30上方并且因此用作中央显示器。通过触敏的显示装置14能以触摸控制的方式来操控和使汽车10的最不同的功能、例如最不同的信息娱乐功能发生改变,然而还可以在驾驶员辅助***等处进行调节。随后根据图3至图6详细阐述用于运行触敏的显示装置14的方法。

在图5中再次示出了显示装置14。在当前情况下已经检测出,仅副驾驶员22刚好想操作显示装置14。在这种情况下,控制装置16在第二运行模式中运行显示装置14,其中,仅在显示装置14的副驾驶员侧的显示区域38中显示出图形用户界面32。换句话说,如果仅副驾驶员22想操作显示装置14,则刚刚调出的图形用户界面32朝向副驾驶员22移动,从而副驾驶员能以特别简单的方式触及图形用户界面32的操作元件,特别是不必显著改变其在副驾驶员座位26中的位置。

优选地,在第三运行模式中,仅在驾驶员侧的显示区域36中显示出图形用户界面的、能使汽车的与驾驶员相关的功能发生改变的部分。换句话说,图形用户界面32的、能使汽车10的与驾驶员相关的功能发生改变的部分或者说元件不在副驾驶员侧的显示区域38中显示。例如,图形用户界面32的、能调节平视显示器、组合仪表等的亮度的菜单元件不在副驾驶员侧的显示区域38中显示。此外,图形用户界面32的这种操作元件也未在副驾驶员侧的显示区域38中显示,借助其能调节最不同的驾驶员辅助***、例如速度控制器,在电子行驶动态稳定控制***等处的最不同的调节可能性。如果已经检测出,驾驶员20和副驾驶员22都想操作显示装置14,则在副驾驶员侧的显示区域38中仅显示出图形用户界面32的、不能使汽车10的与驾驶员相关的功能发生改变的元件。
此外如果在第三运行模式中驾驶员20和副驾驶员22要在显示装置14上、更精确地说在图形用户界面32上进行不一致的输入,则实施驾驶员20的输入。换句话说驾驶员20的输入总是优先于副驾驶员22的输入,至少显示装置14——如在图6中示出的那样——在第三运行模式中、即以分屏模式的方式运行。
在图5和图6中,驾驶员侧的显示区域36和副驾驶员侧的显示区域38以不同的大小显示。这一点不必一定如此。还可以规定,在第三运行模式中驾驶员侧的显示区域36和副驾驶员侧的显示区域38被选择为相同大小。优选地,驾驶员侧的显示区域36和副驾驶员侧的显示区域38据此与在相应的显示区域36、38中刚好要显示出的图形用户界面32的多个元件相同地确定尺寸。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于运行汽车(10)的触敏的显示装置(14)的方法,该方法包括下述步骤:
-检测是汽车(10)的驾驶员(20)还是副驾驶员(22)想操作显示装置(14);
-如果检测出仅驾驶员(20)想操作显示装置(14),则:在第一运行模式中运行显示装置(14),在该第一运行模式中仅在显示装置(14)的驾驶员侧的显示区域(36)中显示出图形用户界面(32);
-如果检测出仅汽车(10)的副驾驶员(22)想操作显示装置(14),则:在第二运行模式中运行显示装置(14),在该第二运行模式中仅在显示装置(14)的副驾驶员侧的显示区域(38)中显示出图形用户界面(32);
其特征在于,
如果检测出汽车(10)的驾驶员(20)和副驾驶员(22)都想操作显示装置(14),则:在第三运行模式中运行显示装置(14),在该第三运行模式中,在驾驶员侧的显示区域(36)中显示出图形用户界面(32),还附加地在副驾驶员侧的显示区域(38)中显示出图形用户界面(32)的至少一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果检测出驾驶员(20)和副驾驶员(22)都不想操作显示装置(14),则在第四运行模式中运行显示装置(14),在该第四运行模式中仅在显示装置(14)的居中的显示区域(34)中显示出图形用户界面(32)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果检测出驾驶员(20)和副驾驶员(22)都不想操作显示装置(14),则也在第一运行模式中运行显示装置(14)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在第三运行模式中,仅在显示装置(14)的驾驶员侧的显示区域(36)中显示出图形用户界面(32)的、能使汽车(10)的与驾驶员相关的功能发生改变的部分。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,借助摄像机***(18)确定,副驾驶员(22)和/或驾驶员(20)的至少一个手指是否离显示装置(14)低于预先确定的距离,并据此检测出驾驶员(20)和/或副驾驶员(22)是否想操作显示装置(14)。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,确定哪些人员分别坐在驾驶员座位(24)和副驾驶员座位(26)上,针对每个不同的人员编制用户概况和检测其在显示装置(14)上的操作动作,并据此特定于用户概况选出图形用户界面(32)的所显示的内容。
