灵芝又称灵芝草、神芝、芝草、仙草、瑞草，是多孔菌科植物赤芝或紫芝的全株。以紫灵芝药效为最好，原产于亚洲东部，中国分布最广的在江西，灵芝作为拥有数千年药用历史的中国传统珍贵药材，具备很高的药用价值，经过科研机构数十年的现代药理学研究证实，灵芝对于增强人体免疫力，调节血糖，控制血压，辅助肿瘤放化疗，保肝护肝，促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效。灵芝其成份的主要特征是能抑制组织胺，具有抗炎抗过敏的效应，灵芝的高分子多醣体能增加人体之抗体，增强人体的免疫功能，此外，灵芝多醣体对降血压、降血糖、改善血脂都很有效果，灵芝的有机锗可促使人体血液循环，增强人体吸氧能力，促进新陈代谢。现代医学证明，灵芝含有多种生理活性物质，能够调节、增强人体免疫力，对神经衰弱、风湿性关节炎、冠心病、高血压、肝炎、糖尿病、肿瘤等有良好的协同治疗作用。最新研究表明：灵芝还具有抗疲劳，美容养颜，延缓衰老的功效。
灵芝营养价值高、功效多，用于加工成灵芝虫草保健酒，不仅提高营养价值，且美味健康，提高其经济价值，同时也为灵芝的深加工提供一条新途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是充分开发灵芝原料的深加工产品，提供一种灵芝虫草保健酒的制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种灵芝虫草保健酒的制作方法，其特征在于，采用的具体操作步骤为：
（1）原料处理：
①灵芝浸泡液提取：选择菌盖色泽红、膜质革化的富锗紫芝为原料，剪去菌蒂，放入清水中用毛刷刷掉附着物，用清水漂洗干净后置通风处晾干，然后用药材切碎机切碎，再将切碎后的灵芝与白酒按1:15的比例，加入53度清香型基酒浸泡60天，用双层纱布过滤，得棕红色灵芝浸泡液；
②灵芝浸膏制备：将灵芝浸泡液减压浓缩至100%，得灵芝浸膏备用；
③冬虫夏草浸泡液提取：将冬虫夏草、天麻捣碎，装入酒瓶，以1:20比例加入53度清香型白酒，加盖密封，经常摇动，浸泡60天，用双层纱布过滤，得金黄色冬虫夏草浸泡液；
④桂圆、枸杞子及党参、黄芪、何首乌根、白茯苓先用药材磨碎机切碎，按1:8比例加入53度清香型基酒浸泡35天，用绒布过滤，得药材浸泡液；
⑤香味液制备：将公丁香、肉豆蔻、陈皮、荷叶、茉莉捣碎，先用53度清香型白酒浸泡36天，然后蒸馏，得药材香味液；
⑥蜜液制备：选择浓度75%的优质蜂蜜做甜味剂，化蜜时，先用水1∶1稀释，加少许桂花浸膏、甘草液，再加适量果胶酶处理8-10小时，过滤得澄清蜜液；
（2）调配：以800升成品酒为调配基准，分别加富锗灵芝浸泡液80升、灵芝浸膏3升、冬虫夏草浸泡液2升、药材浸泡液100升、香味液25升、白葡萄汁20升、红葡萄汁25升、栝楼汁20升、蜜液120升、酒精度35－45度的白酒255升、无菌软化水150升进行调配；
（3）包装：将调配的酒体搅拌均匀，均质过滤，装瓶密封，即为成品。
有益效果：本发明产品呈宝石红色，酒液澄清透明，酒香、药香、蜜香协调，芳香纯正，口感绵甜爽口，回味悠久，具有灵芝、虫草、药材的混合香味，本产品营养丰富，可以调节、增强人体免疫力，对神经衰弱、风湿性关节炎、冠心病、高血压、肝炎、糖尿病有一定的协同辅助疗效，还可抗疲劳，美容养颜。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种灵芝虫草保健酒的制作方法，具体操作步骤为：
（1）原料处理
①灵芝浸泡液提取：选择菌盖色泽红、膜质革化的富锗紫芝、赤灵芝为原料，剪去菌蒂，放入清水中用毛刷刷掉附着物，用清水漂洗干净后置通风处晾干，然后用药材切碎机切碎，再将切碎后的灵芝与白酒按1:20的比例，加入50度清香型基酒浸泡45天，用双层纱布过滤，得棕红色灵芝浸泡液；
②灵芝浸膏制备：将灵芝浸泡液减压浓缩至85%，得灵芝浸膏备用；
③冬虫夏草浸泡液提取：将冬虫夏草捣碎，装入酒瓶，以1:25比例加入50度清香型白酒，加盖密封，经常摇动，浸泡55天，用双层纱布过滤，得金黄色冬虫夏草浸泡液；
④土枸杞子、太子参及黄精、白术、升麻、麦门冬、绞股蓝先用药材磨碎机切碎，按1:10比例加入50度清香型基酒浸泡40天，用绒布过滤，得药材浸泡液；
⑤香味液制备：将槐花、白豆蔻、桂皮、桑叶、百合捣碎，先用50度清香型白酒浸泡42天，然后蒸馏，得药材香味液；
⑥蜜液制备：选择浓度65%的优质蜂蜜做甜味剂，化蜜时，先用水1∶1稀释，加少许葡萄糖浆、糊精，再加适量果胶酶处理12小时，过滤得澄清蜜液；
（2）调配：以500升成品酒为调配基准，加灵芝浸泡液50升、灵芝浸膏5升、冬虫夏草浸泡液3升、药材浸泡液82升、香味液20升、青柠汁15升、西柚汁15升、桑葚汁20升、蜜液80升、酒精度50度的白酒120升、无菌软化水90升进行调配；
（3）包装：将调配的酒体搅拌均匀，均质过滤，装瓶密封，即为成品。
实施例2：
一种灵芝虫草保健酒的制作方法，具体操作步骤为：
（1）原料处理
①灵芝浸泡液提取：选择菌盖色泽红、膜质革化的富锗紫芝为原料，剪去菌蒂，放入清水中用毛刷刷掉附着物，用清水漂洗干净后置通风处晾干，然后用药材切碎机切碎，再将切碎后的灵芝与大曲酒按1:12的比例，加入58度清香型基酒浸泡30天，用双层纱布过滤，得棕红色灵芝浸泡液；
②灵芝浸膏制备：将灵芝浸泡液减压浓缩至98%，得灵芝浸膏备用；
③冬虫夏草浸泡液提取：将冬虫夏草、石斛捣碎，装入酒瓶，以1:18比例加入58度清香型白酒，加盖密封，经常摇动，浸泡55天，用双层纱布过滤，得金黄色冬虫夏草浸泡液；
④当归、枸杞子及五味子、桑白皮、玄参、白芍、葛根先用药材磨碎机切碎，按1:10比例加入58度清香型基酒浸泡50天，用绒布过滤，得药材浸泡液；
⑤香味液制备：将公丁香、豆蔻、莲子、白芷、玳玳花捣碎，先用58度清香型白酒浸泡28天，然后蒸馏，得香味液；
⑥蜜液制备：选择浓度80%的优质蜂蜜做甜味剂，化蜜时，先用水2∶3稀释，加少许甘草浸膏、果糖，再加适量果胶酶处理6小时，过滤得澄清蜜液；
（2）调配：以800升成品酒为调配基准，加富锗灵芝浸泡液80升、灵芝浸膏3升、冬虫夏草浸泡液2升、药材浸泡液100升、香味液25升、芭乐20升、醋栗汁25升、酸豆汁20升、蜜液120升、酒精度33度的白酒255升、无菌软化水150升进行调配；
（3）包装：将调配的酒体搅拌均匀，均质过滤，装瓶密封，即为成品。

①灵芝浸泡液提取：选择菌盖色泽红、膜质革化的富锗紫芝为原料，剪去菌蒂，放入清水中用毛刷刷掉附着物，用清水漂洗干净后置通风处晾干，然后用药材切碎机切碎，再将切碎后的灵芝与白酒按1:15的比例，加入53度清香型基酒浸泡60天，用双层纱布过滤，得棕红色灵芝浸泡液；
②灵芝浸膏制备：将灵芝浸泡液减压浓缩至100%，得灵芝浸膏备用；
③冬虫夏草浸泡液提取：将冬虫夏草、天麻捣碎，装入酒瓶，以1:20比例加入53度清香型白酒，加盖密封，经常摇动，浸泡60天，用双层纱布过滤，得金黄色冬虫夏草浸泡液；
④桂圆、枸杞子及党参、黄芪、何首乌根、白茯苓先用药材磨碎机切碎，按1:8比例加入53度清香型基酒浸泡35天，用绒布过滤，得药材浸泡液；
⑤香味液制备：将公丁香、肉豆蔻、陈皮、荷叶、茉莉捣碎，先用53度清香型白酒浸泡36天，然后蒸馏，得药材香味液；
⑥蜜液制备：选择浓度75%的优质蜂蜜做甜味剂，化蜜时，先用水1∶1稀释，加少许桂花浸膏、甘草液，再加适量果胶酶处理8-10小时，过滤得澄清蜜液；
（2）调配：以800升成品酒为调配基准，分别加富锗灵芝浸泡液80升、灵芝浸膏3升、冬虫夏草浸泡液2升、药材浸泡液100升、香味液25升、白葡萄汁20升、红葡萄汁25升、栝楼汁20升、蜜液120升、酒精度38度的白酒255升、无菌软化水150升进行调配；
（3）成品：将调配的酒体搅拌均匀，均质过滤，装瓶密封，即为成品。
