一种汽车用减震器结构,包括缸体,其内壁面成光滑平整结构,缸体内安装有活塞,活塞内部***有顶杆,位于缸体尾部安装有第三缸帽,其和顶杆之间安装有第一弹簧,第三缸帽成台阶形结构,第三缸帽的台阶面处与活塞外圆周面之间安装有振激管,振激管的外圆周面与缸体的内壁面贴合;缸体内还安装有活塞杆,其通过星形圈安装有吸能活塞,其左端面与活塞杆头部之间安装第二缸帽,其外圆周面形成有台阶,第二缸帽的台阶面与振激管端面之间安装有定位套,其外圆周面与缸体的内壁面贴合,定位套的内圆周面与活塞外圆周面之间留有间隙;位于缸体头部处的活塞杆上安装有缸盖,吸能活塞右端与缸盖之间安装第二弹簧。加工方便,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及减震器技术领域,尤其是一种汽车用减震器结构。
背景技术
减震器,是为加速车架与车身振动的衰减,以改善汽车的行驶平顺性(舒适性)的器具,在大多数汽车的悬架***内部装有减震器。减震器是汽车上的一个重要零部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到汽车的舒适性、操纵稳定性和安全性。现有技术中,常用的液压减震器,其结构复杂,通常将缸体的内壁面设计成台阶状结构,在缸体的内壁加工困难,成本高。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的汽车用减震器结构,从而采用缸体内壁面为光滑平整面,加工简便,降低成本。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车用减震器结构,包括缸体,所述缸体的内壁面成光滑平整结构,所述缸体内安装有活塞,所述活塞内部***有顶杆,位于缸体的尾部安装有第三缸帽,所述第三缸帽和顶杆之间安装有第一弹簧,所述第三缸帽成台阶形结构,所述第三缸帽的台阶面处与活塞外圆周面之间安装有振激管,所述振激管成空心圆柱体结构,所述振激管的外圆周面与缸体的内壁面贴合;所述缸体内还安装有活塞杆,所述活塞杆头部端面与顶杆抵接,所述活塞杆上通过星形圈安装有吸能活塞,所述吸能活塞的左端面与活塞杆头部之间安装第二缸帽,所述第二缸帽外圆周面形成有台阶,所述第二缸帽的台阶面与振激管端面之间安装有定位套,所述定位套的外圆周面与缸体的内壁面贴合,所述定位套的内圆周面与活塞外圆周面之间留有间隙,所述活塞的外圆周面开有螺纹油槽;位于缸体头部处的活塞杆上安装有缸盖,所述吸能活塞右端与缸盖之间安装第二弹簧;所述活塞杆端部安装有第一缸帽。

本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,制作方便,缸体采用其内壁面为光滑平整结构,加工方便,另外活塞外圆周面螺纹油槽的设计,可以使其在使用过程中具有较平稳的油压变化,从而保证了减震器使用的稳定性;吸能活塞的设计,在吸能活塞与第二弹簧的配合作用下,可以使油得到平稳的返回。大大提高了减震器的整体性能,工作平稳性高,提高操纵稳定性,减震效果好。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例的汽车用减震器结构,包括缸体1,缸体1的内壁面成光滑平整结构,缸体1内安装有活塞8,活塞8内部***有顶杆13,位于缸体1的尾部安装有第三缸帽4,第三缸帽4和顶杆13之间安装有第一弹簧5,第三缸帽4成台阶形结构,第三缸帽4的台阶面处与活塞8外圆周面之间安装有振激管6,振激管6成空心圆柱体结构,振激管6的外圆周面与缸体1的内壁面贴合;缸体1内还安装有活塞杆2,活塞杆2头部端面与顶杆13抵接,活塞杆2上通过星形圈14安装有吸能活塞10,吸能活塞10的左端面与活塞杆2头部之间安装第二缸帽9,第二缸帽9外圆周面形成有台阶,第二缸帽9的台阶面与振激管6端面之间安装有定位套7,定位套7的外圆周面与缸体1的内壁面贴合,定位套7的内圆周面与活塞8外圆周面之间留有间隙,活塞8的外圆周面开有螺纹油槽;位于缸体1头部处的活塞杆2上安装有缸盖12,吸能活塞10右端与缸盖12之间安装第二弹簧11;活塞杆2端部安装有第一缸帽3。
缸体1的外圆周面上开有螺纹结构。
实际使用过程中,动力驱动活塞杆2向左移动,活塞杆2头部与顶杆13抵接并发生抵压,在力的作用下推动活塞8向左移动,此时第一弹簧5发生压缩,在活塞8左端内腔部分的油发生挤压,由于活塞8螺纹油槽的设计,此时油沿着螺纹油槽流经活塞8外圈,油顺序进入第二缸帽9的油孔,抵压吸能活塞10,从而推动吸能活塞10向右移动,挤压第二弹簧11。当活塞杆2向右移动时,第一弹簧5和第二弹簧11复位。从而达到减震的效果。

1.一种汽车用减震器结构,其特征在于:包括缸体(1),所述缸体(1)的内壁面成光滑平整结构,所述缸体(1)内安装有活塞(8),所述活塞(8)内部***有顶杆(13),位于缸体(1)的尾部安装有第三缸帽(4),所述第三缸帽(4)和顶杆(13)之间安装有第一弹簧(5),所述第三缸帽(4)成台阶形结构,所述第三缸帽(4)的台阶面处与活塞(8)外圆周面之间安装有振激管(6),所述振激管(6)成空心圆柱体结构,所述振激管(6)的外圆周面与缸体(1)的内壁面贴合;所述缸体(1)内还安装有活塞杆(2),所述活塞杆(2)头部端面与顶杆(13)抵接,所述活塞杆(2)上通过星形圈(14)安装有吸能活塞(10),所述吸能活塞(10)的左端面与活塞杆(2)头部之间安装第二缸帽(9),所述第二缸帽(9)外圆周面形成有台阶,所述第二缸帽(9)的台阶面与振激管(6)端面之间安装有定位套(7),所述定位套(7)的外圆周面与缸体(1)的内壁面贴合,所述定位套(7)的内圆周面与活塞(8)外圆周面之间留有间隙,所述活塞(8)的外圆周面开有螺纹油槽;位于缸体(1)头部处的活塞杆(2)上安装有缸盖(12),所述吸能活塞(10)右端与缸盖(12)之间安装第二弹簧(11);所述活塞杆(2)端部安装有第一缸帽(3)。
