背景技术
    米是人们最重要的主食之一,众所周知,米提供给人体日常活动所必须的淀粉及其他微量营养物质,但除此之外,普通的米没有其他的辅助功能。人们对养生的关注,催生了保健米的生产。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种南瓜润肠保健糯米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种南瓜润肠保健糯米,由以下重量份原料制成:糯米300-320、红豆100-120、红薯淀粉70-80、雪梨60-70、芒果60-70、红薯叶40-50、银耳20-30、冰糖60-70、南瓜50-60、木瓜足量、白萝卜汁60-70、番泻叶5-6、当归4-6、厚朴5-7、桔梗5-6、决明子5-7、芦荟5-7、猴腿菜2-3、葎草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:洋葱粉30-40、蛋白粉10-15、三文鱼肉40-50、山楂果肉30-35、乳酸菌5-6、覆盆子叶6-8、芒果叶4-6、紫苏叶4-6、襄荷嫩芽3-4、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将三文鱼肉、山楂果肉洗净,搅碎后放入发酵瓶中,加乳酸菌,在35-38℃下发酵2-3天,得到发酵物,碾磨成浆液备用;
(2)将覆盆子叶、芒果叶、紫苏叶、襄荷嫩芽用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取物,将提取物与步骤1的浆液、洋葱粉、蛋白粉混合,搅匀即可。

(1)将糯米、红豆洗净,放入锅中,加适量水煮熟,煮熟后将糯米、红豆取出晒干,再碾磨成粉备用;
(2)将雪梨、芒果洗净,取其果肉,切成小丁;将红薯叶、银耳洗净,混合切碎;将南瓜洗净,去皮去籽后,切成小丁;将木瓜洗净去籽,将雪梨、芒果、红薯叶、银耳、南瓜装入南瓜中,将冰糖混合白萝卜汁溶化,浇在木瓜中,将木瓜至于锅中,隔水蒸50-60分钟,取出木瓜中的物料放入榨汁机中榨成汁备用;
(3)将番泻叶、当归、厚朴、桔梗、决明子、芦荟、猴腿菜、葎草用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物备用;
(4)将步骤1中的粉、红薯淀粉、食品添加剂、步骤2中的汁、提取物混合,加适量水,搅拌均匀后送入造粒机中造粒,再烘干即可。

一种南瓜润肠保健糯米,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:糯米300、红豆100、红薯淀粉70、雪梨60、芒果60、红薯叶40、银耳20、冰糖60、南瓜50、木瓜足量、白萝卜汁60、番泻叶5、当归4、厚朴5、桔梗5、决明子5、芦荟5、猴腿菜2、葎草2、食品添加剂8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:洋葱粉30、蛋白粉10、三文鱼肉40、山楂果肉30、乳酸菌5、覆盆子叶6、芒果叶4、紫苏叶4、襄荷嫩芽3、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将三文鱼肉、山楂果肉洗净,搅碎后放入发酵瓶中,加乳酸菌,在35℃下发酵2天,得到发酵物,碾磨成浆液备用;
(2)将覆盆子叶、芒果叶、紫苏叶、襄荷嫩芽用5倍量的水提取,得到提取物,将提取物与步骤1的浆液、洋葱粉、蛋白粉混合,搅匀即可。

1.一种南瓜润肠保健糯米,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:糯米300-320、红豆100-120、红薯淀粉70-80、雪梨60-70、芒果60-70、红薯叶40-50、银耳20-30、冰糖60-70、南瓜50-60、木瓜足量、白萝卜汁60-70、番泻叶5-6、当归4-6、厚朴5-7、桔梗5-6、决明子5-7、芦荟5-7、猴腿菜2-3、葎草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
