本发明公开了一种安神香酥瓜子仁及其制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:葵瓜子仁400-500、面粉25-40、芝麻粉20-30、桑葚30-40、葡萄25-35、鲜嫩茴香茎叶20-30、糯米酒15-30、鸡蛋果1-2、人参1-2、松花粉1-2、百合2-3、黄芪1-2、夜交藤1-2、合欢皮1-2、红景天2-3、菟丝子2-3、远志1-2、淡竹叶2-3、起酥油5-15、食盐5-10、白糖10-15、猪油60-100、菜籽油适量。本发明制得瓜子仁香酥爽口,营养丰富协调;其中,增加红景天有生血活血、滋补元气、改善睡眠的功能,远志、合欢皮能益智安神解郁,缓解心神不安、忧郁失眠症状,保持人体健康。

本发明属于食品加工技术,具体是一种安神香酥瓜子仁及其制作方法。
背景技术
瓜子因取材容易,风味独特,品种繁多,制作简单,且具有消闲性和方便性,深受人们的喜爱,随着生活水平的提高,直接食用瓜子仁免去嗑壳,更加方便的同时能保持坏境卫生,但目前加工制得瓜子仁口味单一,不能满足现代人对食品的营养保健要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安神香酥瓜子仁及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种安神香酥瓜子仁,由下列重量份的原料制成:葵瓜子仁400-500、面粉25-40、芝麻粉20-30、桑葚30-40、葡萄25-35、鲜嫩茴香茎叶20-30、糯米酒15-30、鸡蛋果1-2、人参1-2、松花粉1-2、百合2-3、黄芪1-2、夜交藤1-2、合欢皮1-2、红景天2-3、菟丝子2-3、远志1-2、淡竹叶2-3、起酥油5-15、食盐5-10、白糖10-15、猪油60-100、菜籽油适量。
所述的安神香酥瓜子仁的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、将葡萄洗净去籽,与洗净桑葚一起送入果浆机打浆得果浆,倒入糯米酒,密封静置2-4天,过滤去渣得果酒;
(2)、将鸡蛋果、人参、松花粉、百合、黄芪、夜交藤、合欢皮、红景天、菟丝子、远志、淡竹叶破碎过筛,加水浸提,浸提温度为90-100℃,浸提20-30分钟,离心过滤,得浸提液;
(3)、将鲜嫩茴香茎叶焯水晒干研磨成粉,与芝麻粉混匀炒制熟香,得麻香粉;
(4)、将浸提液、猪油、40-50%白糖、30-40%食盐、面粉及水混合均匀加热至沸,得调粉液,将麻香粉、剩余白糖和食盐、起酥油、果酒焖润搅拌得调味糊;
(5)、将葵花子仁在120-135℃下烘烤,边烘烤,边喷涂调粉液,翻搅葵花仁,直至调粉液包裹完全,再放入160-170℃油温的炸锅中,将其炸至金黄色起锅;
(6)、将调味糊倒入起锅后的油炸葵花子仁中,迅速滚动,使调味糊均匀地分布在裹粉瓜子仁的表面,烘干灭菌包装即为成品。
本发明的优点是:
本发明制得瓜子仁香酥爽口,营养丰富协调;其中,增加红景天有生血活血、滋补元气、改善睡眠的功能,远志、合欢皮能益智安神解郁,缓解心神不安、忧郁失眠症状,保持人体健康。
具体实施方式
一种安神香酥瓜子仁,由下列重量份(克)的原料制成:葵瓜子仁500、面粉35、芝麻粉30、桑葚40、葡萄30、鲜嫩茴香茎叶30、糯米酒30、鸡蛋果2、人参1、松花粉1、百合3、黄芪1、夜交藤1、合欢皮2、红景天3、菟丝子2、远志1、淡竹叶2、起酥油10、食盐10、白糖14、猪油100、菜籽油适量。
所述的安神香酥瓜子仁的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将葡萄洗净去籽,与洗净桑葚一起送入果浆机打浆得果浆,倒入糯米酒,密封静置3天,过滤去渣得果酒;
(2)、将鸡蛋果、人参、松花粉、百合、黄芪、夜交藤、合欢皮、红景天、菟丝子、远志、淡竹叶破碎过筛,加水浸提,浸提温度为95℃,浸提30分钟,离心过滤,得浸提液;
(3)、将鲜嫩茴香茎叶焯水晒干研磨成粉,与芝麻粉混匀炒制熟香,得麻香粉;
(4)、将浸提液、猪油、40%白糖、40%食盐、面粉及水混合均匀加热至沸,得调粉液,将麻香粉、剩余白糖和食盐、起酥油、果酒焖润搅拌得调味糊;
(5)、将葵花子仁在125℃下烘烤,边烘烤,边喷涂调粉液,翻搅葵花仁,直至调粉液包裹完全,再放入170℃油温的炸锅中,将其炸至金黄色起锅;
(6)、将调味糊倒入起锅后的油炸葵花子仁中,迅速滚动,使调味糊均匀地分布在裹粉瓜子仁的表面,烘干灭菌包装即为成品。

1.一种安神香酥瓜子仁,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:葵瓜子仁400-500、面粉25-40、芝麻粉20-30、桑葚30-40、葡萄25-35、鲜嫩茴香茎叶20-30、糯米酒15-30、鸡蛋果1-2、人参1-2、松花粉1-2、百合2-3、黄芪1-2、夜交藤1-2、合欢皮1-2、红景天2-3、菟丝子2-3、远志1-2、淡竹叶2-3、起酥油5-15、食盐5-10、白糖10-15、猪油60-100、菜籽油适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的安神香酥瓜子仁的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)、将葡萄洗净去籽,与洗净桑葚一起送入果浆机打浆得果浆,倒入糯米酒,密封静置2-4天,过滤去渣得果酒;
(2)、将鸡蛋果、人参、松花粉、百合、黄芪、夜交藤、合欢皮、红景天、菟丝子、远志、淡竹叶破碎过筛,加水浸提,浸提温度为90-100℃,浸提20-30分钟,离心过滤,得浸提液;
(3)、将鲜嫩茴香茎叶焯水晒干研磨成粉,与芝麻粉混匀炒制熟香,得麻香粉;(4)、将浸提液、猪油、40-50%白糖、30-40%食盐、面粉及水混合均匀加热至沸,得调粉液,将麻香粉、剩余白糖和食盐、起酥油、果酒焖润搅拌得调味糊;
(5)、将葵花子仁在120-135℃下烘烤,边烘烤,边喷涂调粉液,翻搅葵花仁,直至调粉液包裹完全,再放入160-170℃油温的炸锅中,将其炸至金黄色起锅;
