一种猪蹄养颜粥及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米200-220、人参1-2、淫羊藿2-3、绞股蓝1-2、桑椹子1.5-2.5、大蓟2.5-3、心胆草1-2、大丁草1-2、虾皮30-35、柚子3-4、樱桃4-5、荔枝2-3、平菇3-4、猪蹄65-70、土豆20-25、蚕豆10-12、甜面酱4-5、海苔10-12、营养添加剂8-9。本发明口感好,味道鲜美,由于添加了虾皮,达到提高了本发明的钙含量,而添加的猪蹄含丰富的胶原蛋白,可美容养颜,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到清热解毒、补气补肾、补脾益肺的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种猪蹄养颜粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统食品,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。目前,市场上销售的粥的种类繁多,但大多不具有保健功效,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种猪蹄养颜粥及其制备方法,本发明具有香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种猪蹄养颜粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米200-220、人参1-2、淫羊藿2-3、绞股蓝1-2、桑椹子1.5-2.5、大蓟2.5-3、心胆草1-2、大丁草1-2、虾皮30-35、柚子3-4、樱桃4-5、荔枝2-3、平菇3-4、猪蹄65-70、土豆20-25、蚕豆10-12、甜面酱4-5、海苔10-12、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。
所述的猪蹄养颜粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将人参、淫羊藿、绞股蓝、桑椹子、大蓟、心胆草、大丁草加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液与药渣;
(2)将虾皮与药渣混合拌匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸20-25分钟后出锅,将虾皮与药渣分离,所得虾皮送入烘箱,待含水量降至5-6%时出料,进行粉碎;
(3)将土豆去皮、蚕豆去壳,送入开水锅中大火煮熟后捞出,打成泥,然后与甜面酱混合入锅,小火炒香后出锅;
(4)取柚子、樱桃、荔枝果肉,与平菇混合,加药液打浆,过滤除渣,得果蔬汁;将猪蹄加果蔬汁腌渍30-40分钟后取出晾干,置于烤架上烤制20-25分钟;
(5)将海苔碾碎,与大米混合倒入锅中,加5-6倍的水,大火煮沸后加入步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明中的心胆草为柳叶菜科植物长籽柳叶菜的全株,大丁草为菊科植物大丁草的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明口感好,味道鲜美,由于添加了虾皮,达到提高了本发明的钙含量,而添加的猪蹄含丰富的胶原蛋白,可美容养颜,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到清热解毒、补气补肾、补脾益肺的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。
具体实施方式
一种猪蹄养颜粥,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
大米200、人参2、淫羊藿3、绞股蓝2、桑椹子2.5、大蓟2.5、心胆草2、大丁草1、虾皮35、柚子3、樱桃5、荔枝2、平菇4、猪蹄70、土豆25、蚕豆12、甜面酱5、海苔10、营养添加剂9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:木瓜籽3、决明子3、麦冬5、女贞子1、鸡肉16、奶油5、青梅7、红豆沙25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。

1.一种猪蹄养颜粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米200-220、人参1-2、淫羊藿2-3、绞股蓝1-2、桑椹子1.5-2.5、大蓟2.5-3、心胆草1-2、大丁草1-2、虾皮30-35、柚子3-4、樱桃4-5、荔枝2-3、平菇3-4、猪蹄65-70、土豆20-25、蚕豆10-12、甜面酱4-5、海苔10-12、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
