Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"LIGANTES DE ALTA AFINIDADE PARA RECEPTOR DE NOCICEPTINA ORL-1"<D>. São descritos compostos da fórmula I ou um de seus sais ou solvatos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, em que a linha pontilhada representa uma ligação dupla opcional; X¹ é alquila, cicloalquila, arila, heteroarila, ou heterocicloalquila opcionalmente substituída; X² é -CHO, -CN, amino, alquila ou arila opcionalmente substituída; ou X¹ é heterociclila fundida com benzeno opcionalmente substituída e X² é hidrogênio; ou X¹ e X² juntos formam um grupo heterociclila espiro opcionalmente fundido com benzeno; R¹, R², R³ e R^ 4^ são independentemente H e alquila, ou (R¹ e R^ 4^) ou (R² e R³) ou (R¹ e R³) ou (R² e R^ 4^) juntos podem formar uma ponte de alquileno de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono; Z¹ é alquila, arila, heteroarila, cicloalquila, ou heterocicloalquila opcionalmente substituída, ou -CO~ 2~ (alquila ou amino substituído) ou CN; Z² é H ou Z¹; Z³ é H ou alquila; ou Z¹, Z² e Z³, juntos com o carbono ao qual estão ligados, formam anéis bicíclicos saturados ou insaturados, composições farmacêuticas para os mesmos, e o uso de tais compostos como inibidores de receptor de nociceptina úteis no tratamento de dor, ansiedade, tosse, asma, depressão e abuso de álcool.
