Abstract

NANOPARTÍCULAS TERAPÊUTICAS COMPREENDENDO UM AGENTE TERAPÊUTICO E MÉTODOS PARA A SUA FABRICAÇÃO E USO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma geral às nano-partículas compreendendo um ácido substancialmente hidrofóbico e um agente terapêutico (1-(4-{[4-(dimetilamino)piperidin-1-il]carbonil}fenil)-3-[4-(4,6-dimorfolin-4-il-1,3,5-triazin-2-il)fenil]ureia), ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e um polímero.
