Description

床垫包装设备及包装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及床垫生产制造领域,特别涉及床垫包装设备及包装方法。
背景技术
床垫在生产制造、运输过程中,为了方便运输和保护床垫,需要将床垫进行包装,一般采用人工包装的方式或者使用床垫包装机。
相关技术中,床垫包装机包装时需要将上下两层牛皮纸进行热焊接,热焊接后将多余的牛皮纸切除,再对每个开口处焊接形成的凸起用胶带先横贴、竖贴再横贴,这样的制造工艺复杂,切除的牛皮纸也难以二次利用,并且必须采用具有较好热焊接性能的牛皮纸才能确保焊接的质量,但是具有较好热焊接性能的牛皮纸成本高并且牛皮纸浪费比较大也增加了原料成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种床垫包装设备及包装方法,简化包装工艺。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例,提供一种床垫包装设备,包括:
第一封装装置,包括第一折边竖封机构和两个封角机构,所述第一封装装置具有用于放置床垫的第一工位,其中所述第一折边竖封机构设置在所述第一工位的后侧,所述第一折边竖封机构用于床垫尾部的包装料开口的折叠和竖直封贴;两个所述封角机构设置在所述第一工位的左右两侧,所述封角机构用于床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和/或后边角料的折叠和横向封贴;以及
第二封装装置,包括两个第二折边竖封机构和两个第一横封机构,所述第二封装装置设置在所述第一封装装置的下游,所述第二封装装置具有用于放置床垫的第二工位,其中两个所述第二折边竖封机构设置在所述第二工位的左右两侧,所述第二折边竖封机构用于床垫两侧包装料的折叠和竖直封贴;两个所述第一横封机构设置在所述第二工位的左右两侧,两个所述第一横封机构用于床垫两侧包装料的横向封贴。
上述的床垫包装设备至少具有以下有益效果:包装料对折包裹床垫,并在床垫的尾部形成开口,将床垫输送进入第一封装装置,床垫置于第一工位上,第一折边竖封机构折叠床垫尾部的包装料开口并竖直封贴,两个封角机构折叠床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和后边角料并横向封贴,然后将床垫输送进入第二封装装置,床垫置于第二工位上,第二折边竖封机构折叠床垫两侧的包装料并竖直封贴,两个第一横封机构横向封贴床垫两侧的包装料,如此,通 过第一封装装置实现床垫尾部包装料竖直封贴和两侧包装料的前边角料、后边角料的封贴,通过第二封装装置实现床垫两侧包装料的竖直封贴和横向封贴,简化包装工艺,并且只需要通过胶带进行封贴包装,不需要热焊接,降低成本。
根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的床垫包装设备,所述第一工位和/或所述第二工位上设有输送机构,所述输送机构包括上下相对设置的第一输送组件和第二输送组件,所述第一输送组件用于压住床垫在所述第二输送组件上输送。
根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的床垫包装设备,所述第一输送组件和/或所述第二输送组件可上下移动,用以调节所述第一输送组件和所述第二输送组件之间的距离。
根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的床垫包装设备,所述第一工位的后侧设有输送辊组,所述输送辊组包括上下相对设置的两组输送辊,两组所述输送辊之间形成用于通过床垫的空间,两组所述输送辊用于床垫向前移动至预定位置后夹持床垫,使床垫保持固定。
根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的床垫包装设备,其中一组或两组所述输送辊可上下移动,其中一组或两组所述输送辊连接有动力源。
根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的床垫包装设备,所述封角机构包括前后设置的两个第一封贴机,前侧的所述第一封贴机用于床垫向前移动时将包装料的前边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴,后侧的所述第一封贴机用于床垫向后移动时将包装料的后边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴。

床垫输送进入所述第一封装装置,床垫置于所述第一工位上,所述第一折边竖封机构折 叠床垫尾部的包装料开口并竖直封贴;
两个所述封角机构折叠床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和后边角料并横向封贴;
床垫输送进入所述第二封装装置,床垫置于所述第二工位上,所述第二折边竖封机构折叠床垫两侧的包装料并竖直封贴;
横向封贴床垫的尾部包装料;
两个所述第一横封机构横向封贴床垫两侧的包装料。
根据本发明第二方面实施例所述的床垫包装方法,所述床垫的尾部和左右两侧均预留有包装料的余量,所述余量小于或等于床垫的厚度。
根据本发明第二方面实施例所述的床垫包装方法,两个所述封角机构保持前后方向上的位置固定,所述床垫向前移动封贴两侧包装料的前边角料,所述床垫向后移动封贴两侧包装料的后边角料。
根据本发明第二方面实施例所述的床垫包装方法,所述第一横封机构保持前后方向位置固定,床垫向前移动横向封贴床垫两侧。

参照图1至图16,本发明实施例提供一种床垫包装设备,包括从上游至下游依次设置的放料装置100、第一封装装置200和第二封装装置300,其中,放料装置100拉取卷状的包装料原材料,使包装料竖直布置在床垫的前方,床垫向前输送,包装料对折包裹床垫,包装料在床垫的尾部(后侧)形成开口;第一封装装置200包括第一折边竖封机构210和两个封角机构220,第一封装装置200具有放置床垫的第一工位,床垫输送进入第一封装装置200并置于第一工位,第一折边竖封机构210设置在第一工位的后侧,第一折边竖封机构210用于 床垫尾部的包装料开口的折叠和竖直封贴,两个封角机构220设置在第一工位的左右两侧,封角机构220用于床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和/或后边角料的折叠使前边角料和后边角料贴合在床垫的左右两侧并横向封贴;第二封装装置300包括两个第二折边竖封机构310和两个第一横封机构320,第二封装装置300具有用于放置床垫的第二工位,床垫输送进入第二封装装置300并置于第二工位,两个第二折边竖封机构310设置在第二工位的左右两侧,第二折边竖封机构310用于床垫两侧包装料的折叠和竖直封贴,两个第一横封机构320设置在第二工位的左右两侧,两个第一横封机构320用于床垫两侧包装料的横向封贴。
本实施例的床垫包装设备,通过第一封装装置200实现床垫尾部包装料竖直封贴和左右两侧包装料的前边角料、后边角料的封贴,通过第二封装装置300实现床垫左右两侧包装料的竖直封贴和横向封贴,简化包装工艺,并且只需要通过胶带进行封贴包装,不需要热焊接,用一般的牛皮纸或塑料膜取代了热焊接需要的覆膜牛皮纸,降低成本。
可以理解的是,包装料可以为牛皮纸或塑料膜等用于包装的材料。
参照图2,在一些实施例中,放料装置100包括两个相对设置的定位件110,两个定位件110之间用于放置床垫,两个定位件110可相向移动使床垫居中放置,从而使床垫位于前方包装料的中间位置,两个定位件110上均安装有感应组件,感应组件用于检测床垫的左右宽度,为第一封装装置200和第二封装装置300提供宽度数据,调整封角机构220、第二折边竖封机构310和两个第一横封机构320的相对位置,具体地,感应组件可以采用测距传感器。
在一些实施例中,放料装置100包括上下相对设置的拉取组件120和切割组件130,拉取组件120可上下移动,拉取组件120夹持并拉动包装料的上端,使包装料竖直布置在床垫的前方;切割组件130在拉取组件120的下方,用于夹持并切割包装料。
可以理解的是,拉取组件120和切割组件130可调换相对的位置,参照图5。
具体地,拉取组件120包括两个可相对夹持动作的夹板121;参照图4,切割组件130包括切刀132和两个可相对夹持动作的夹持件131,两个夹持件131左右横向设置,两个夹持件131相对的一侧设有凹槽1311,两个夹持件131的凹槽1311之间形成用于供切刀132移动切割包装料的空间,如此,实现包装料的夹持和切割。
参照图3,在一些实施例中,放料装置100包括预拉组件140,预拉组件140设置在拉取组件120和切割组件130之间,预拉组件140包括至少包括一个推拉件,推拉件可前后相对移动,用以推拉包装料,使包装料预先形成与床垫匹配的长度,减小床垫向前输送时的阻力,使包装料对折包覆床垫。
在其中一些实施例中,推拉件有两个,分别为第一推拉件141和第二推拉件142,第一推拉件141采用辊轴,设置在第二推拉件142的上方,向后移动拉动包装料;第二推拉件142设置在床垫的进口处,第二推拉件142采用推动杆,推动杆有两个,设置在左右两侧,向前移动推动包装料,第一推拉件141和第二推拉件142配合使竖直布置的包装料形成与床垫匹 配的凹状和长度,床垫输送经过放料装置100被包装料包覆,进入第一封装装置200并置于第一工位。
在另外一些实施例中,推拉件可以设置为一个,仅设置第二推拉件142,第二推拉件142向前推动包装料使包装料形成与床垫匹配的长度,第二推拉件142设置在床垫进口处,第二推拉件142采用推动杆,推动杆有两个,设置在左右两侧,向前移动推动包装料,进而使竖直布置的包装料形成与床垫匹配的凹状。
当然,可以理解的是,推拉件的数量可以根据需要设置为更多个。
可以理解的是,放料装置100中,包装料原材料的料卷可以设置在床垫的下方,参照图1;也可以设置在床垫的上方,参照图5。
参照图6至图8,在一些实施例中,第一工位和/或第二工位上设有输送机构,输送机构包括上下相对设置的第一输送组件230和第二输送组件240,第一输送组件230用于压住床垫在第二输送组件240上输送,使床垫更加稳定地输送,床垫在第二输送组件240输送作用前后往复移动或静止。具体地,第一输送组件230采用辊扎组件,包括若干辊轴,锟轴安装在锟座上,至少一个锟轴是带动力联动其他的锟轴旋转,第二输送组件240采用输送带,第一输送组件230可上下移动,用以调节第一输送组件230和第二输送组件240之间的距离,以适应不同厚度的床垫。
当然,可以理解的是,根据需要可以将第二输送组件240设置为可上下移动调节,或者将两个输送组件均设置为可上下移动调节,同样能够实现调节两者之间的距离。
参照图6,进一步地,第一工位的后侧设有输送辊组250,输送辊组250包括上下相对设置的两组输送辊251,两组输送辊251之间形成通过床垫的空间,两组输送锟251可前后移动,当床垫从放料装置100移动至第一工位时,输送锟组250前后方向保持位置不变,旋转输送使床垫从放料装置100至第一工位转移,当床垫处于第一工位的预定位置时(此时床垫尾部将要脱离输送锟组250,但是必须保持输送锟组250夹持床垫的状态),输送锟组250停止旋转并随床垫向第一工位移动,床垫处于第一工位并且输送锟组250与第一折边竖封机构210不发生干涉后停止,输送锟组250持续夹持床垫保持其稳定,第一折边竖封机构210开始对尾部进行封贴。由于床垫进行尾部包装料的竖直封贴时,拉动胶带封贴,胶带对床垫形成推力,通过两组输送辊251夹持固定床垫,避免床垫在第二输送组件240上打滑。其中一组或两组输送辊251可上下移动调节,以适应不同厚度的床垫,其中一组或两组输送辊251连接有动力源,在床垫刚进入第一封装装置200时,动力源带动输送辊251旋转输送床垫,床垫到达预定位置后动力源停止。可以理解的是,动力源可以采用电机,电机与其中一组或两组输送辊251直接或间接传动连接。
通过第一折边竖封机构210对床垫尾部的包装料开口折叠和竖直封贴,通过第二折边竖封机构310对床垫两侧包装料折叠和竖直封贴,第一折边竖封机构210和第二折边竖封机构 310的结构相同,安装位置不同,第一折边竖封机构210设置在第一封装装置200上第一工位的后侧,参照图6;两个第二折边竖封机构310设置在第二封装装置300上第二工位的左右两侧,参照图7和图8。
参照图9和图10,在一些实施例中,第一折边竖封机构210和第二折边竖封机构310均包括上下相对设置的竖封组件211和折边组件212,折边组件212可上下移动以推动包装料的下边料向上折叠贴合于床垫,竖封组件211包括多个第二封贴机2111,第二封贴机2111可上下移动以推动包装料的上边料向下折叠贴合于床垫同时竖直封贴包装料。
可以理解的是,所述封贴机的具体结构为本领域技术人员的公知常识,其通过拉动胶带进行封贴。
可以理解的是,竖封组件211和折边组件212的上下位置可互相调换,也即折边组件212设置在上方,竖封组件211设置在下方,如此,则折边组件212推动包装料的上边料向下折叠贴合于床垫,竖封组件211则推动包装料的下边料向上折叠贴合于床垫同时竖直封贴包装料。
在其中一些实施例中,折边组件212包括顶推板2121和压板2122,压板2122上设有间隔设置的多个第一间隙2123,顶推板2121上设有间隔设置的多个第二间隙2124,第一间隙2123和第二间隙2124交错设置形成顶推板2121和压板2122可相互嵌合的结构,顶推板2121和压板2122可上下相对移动,顶推板2121推动包装料的下边料或上边料贴合于床垫,然后即反向脱离床垫并且向左或者向右移动至床垫垂直区域内,避免与第二封贴机2111干涉,压板2122则在包装料的下边料或上边料贴合床垫后压紧固定上边料或下边料的位置,接着即可通过第二封贴机2111进行竖直封贴,各第二封贴机2111设置在压板2122的各第一间隙2123的竖直方向上,以避免第二封贴机2111的上下移动与压板2122产生干涉。完成竖直封贴后包装料的部分会包覆压板2122,压板2122的厚度设置为较小,可直接上下移动脱离包装料。
进一步地,顶推板2121的上端内侧(靠近床垫/第一工位/第二工位的一侧)设有圆滑的凸起2125,便于与包装料接触以推动其折叠。
在其中一些实施例中,第一封装装置200的第一折边竖封机构210可前后移动,第二封装装置300的两个第二折边竖封机构310可左右相对移动,以调节与床垫之间的距离。
第一封装装置200的第一折边竖封机构210对床垫尾部的包装料开口折叠和竖直封贴后,通过左右两侧的两个封角机构220完成床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和后边角料的折叠使前边角料和后边角料贴合床垫的左右两侧和横向封贴。
参照图6,在一些实施例中,封角机构220包括前后设置的两个第一封贴机221,第一封贴机221在前后方向上的位置保持固定,输送组件输送床垫向前移动,前侧的第一封贴机221将包装料的前边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴;输送组件输送床垫向后反向移动,后侧的第一封贴机221将包装料的后边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴。
可以理解的是,在另外一些实施例中,作为替代方案,封角机构220可以仅采用一个封贴机,封角机构220包括一个第一封贴机221,输送组件输送床垫向前移动,第一封贴机221将包装料的前边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴;输送组件输送床垫向后反向移动,第一封贴机221将包装料的后边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴。采用一个封贴机对床垫两侧的前边角料和后边角料进行封贴,床垫在前后方向上的移动行程相对于采用两个第一封贴机221的移动行程更大。
在其中一些实施例中,左右两侧的两个封角机构220可左右相对移动,以调节与床垫之间的距离。
可以理解的是,封角机构220可以仅采用一个封贴机,该封贴机只折叠并封贴前边角料或后边角料。
通过第二封装装置300的两个第一横封机构320对床垫两侧包装料进行横向封贴,两个第一横封机构320设置在第二工位的左右两侧。
参照图7和图8,在一些实施例中,第一横封机构320包括第三封贴机321,第三封贴机321设置在前端,输送组件输送床垫向前移动,第三封贴机321横向封贴床垫边侧(左侧或右侧)包装料。
当然,可以理解的是,可以将第三封贴机321设置在后端,如此,输送组件输送床垫向后移动,第三封贴机321横向封贴床垫边侧包装料。
在一些实施例中,第二封装装置300还包括第二横封机构330,第二横封机构330设置在第二工位的后侧,第二横封机构330包括第四封贴机331,第四封贴机331可左右移动以横向封贴床垫的尾部包装料。
进一步地,第一横封机构320可左右移动以调整与床垫之间的距离,第二横封机构330可前后移动以调整与床垫之间的距离。
在一些实施例中,第二封装装置300包括压紧件340,压紧件340可上下移动的设置在第二工位的上方,压紧件340用于第二折边竖封机构310和第二横封机构330封贴时压紧床垫,使床垫保持固定,避免床垫打滑。具体地,压紧件340采用左右布置的两个压紧板,所述压紧板上下滑动地设置在第二封装装置300上,通过动力装置带动压紧板上下移动。
本发明实施例还提供一种床垫包装方法,通过上述的床垫包装设备包装床垫,参照图11至图16,还包括以下步骤:
S100、参照图11,通过放料装置100将包装料竖直布置在床垫的前方,其中拉取组件120夹持并拉动包装料的上端,切割组件130夹持并切割包装料的下端,通过两个定位件110使床垫居中;
S200、参照图12,床垫向前输送,包装料对折包裹床垫,床垫的尾部和左右两侧均预留有包装料的余量,余量小于或等于床垫的厚度,包装料在床垫的尾部形成开口;
S300、参照图13,床垫输送进入第一封装装置200,床垫置于第一工位上,输送辊组250夹持固定床垫,第一折边竖封机构210折叠床垫尾部的包装料开口并竖直封贴;
S400、参照图14,床垫前后移动,两个封角机构220折叠床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和后边角料并横向封贴,具体地,两个封角机构220保持前后方向上的位置固定,床垫向前移动封贴两侧包装料的前边角料,床垫向后移动封贴两侧包装料的后边角料;
S500、参照图15,床垫输送进入第二封装装置300,床垫置于第二工位上,压紧件340压紧固定床垫,两个第二折边竖封机构310折叠床垫两侧的包装料并竖直封贴;
S600、参照图16,压紧件340压紧固定床垫,第二横封机构330左右移动横向封贴床垫的尾部包装料;
S700、参照图16,压紧件340松开床垫,输送床垫向前移动,两个第一横封机构320横向封贴床垫两侧的包装料。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种床垫包装设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一封装装置,包括第一折边竖封机构和两个封角机构,所述第一封装装置具有用于放置床垫的第一工位,其中所述第一折边竖封机构设置在所述第一工位的后侧,所述第一折边竖封机构用于床垫尾部的包装料开口的折叠和竖直封贴;两个所述封角机构设置在所述第一工位的左右两侧,所述封角机构用于床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和/或后边角料的折叠和横向封贴;以及
    第二封装装置,包括两个第二折边竖封机构和两个第一横封机构,所述第二封装装置设置在所述第一封装装置的下游,所述第二封装装置具有用于放置床垫的第二工位,其中两个所述第二折边竖封机构设置在所述第二工位的左右两侧,所述第二折边竖封机构用于床垫两侧包装料的折叠和竖直封贴;两个所述第一横封机构设置在所述第二工位的左右两侧,两个所述第一横封机构用于床垫两侧包装料的横向封贴。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第一工位和/或所述第二工位上设有输送机构,所述输送机构包括上下相对设置的第一输送组件和第二输送组件,所述第一输送组件用于压住床垫在所述第二输送组件上输送。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第一输送组件和/或所述第二输送组件可上下移动,用以调节所述第一输送组件和所述第二输送组件之间的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第一工位的后侧设有输送辊组,所述输送辊组包括上下相对设置的两组输送辊,两组所述输送辊之间形成用于通过床垫的空间,两组所述输送辊用于床垫向前移动至预定位置后夹持床垫。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,其中一组或两组所述输送辊可上下移动,其中一组或两组所述输送辊连接有动力源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述封角机构包括前后设置的两个第一封贴机,前侧的所述第一封贴机用于床垫向前移动时将包装料的前边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴,后侧的所述第一封贴机用于床垫向后反向移动时将包装料的后边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述封角机构包括一个第一封贴机,所述第一封贴机用于床垫向前移动时将包装料的前边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴,并且用于床垫向后反向移动时将包装料的后边角料贴合在床垫上并封贴。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第一折边竖封机构和所述第二折边竖封机构均包括上下相对设置的竖封组件和折边组件,所述折边组件可上下移动以推 动包装料的下边料或上边料贴合床垫,所述竖封组件包括多个第二封贴机,所述竖封组件可上下移动以推动包装料的上边料或下边料贴合床垫并竖直封贴包装料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述折边组件包括顶推板和压板,所述压板上设有间隔设置的多个第一间隙,所述顶推板上设有间隔设置的多个第二间隙,所述第一间隙和所述第二间隙交错设置形成所述顶推板和所述压板可相互嵌合的结构,所述顶推板和所述压板可上下相对移动,所述顶推板用于推动包装料的上边料或下边料贴合床垫后脱离床垫,所述压板用于包装料的上边料或下边料贴合床垫后固定所述上边料或下边料的位置,所述第二封贴机设置在所述第一间隙的竖直方向上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述顶推板的上端用于接触床垫的一侧设有圆滑的凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第一横封机构包括第三封贴机,所述第三封贴机用于床垫向前移动时横向封贴床垫两侧边的包装料。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第二封装装置还包括第二横封机构,所述第二横封机构设置在所述第二工位的后侧,所述第二横封机构包括第四封贴机,所述第四封贴机可左右移动以横向封贴床垫的尾部包装料。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述第二封装装置包括压紧件,所述压紧件可上下移动的设置在所述第二工位上方的左右两侧,所述压紧件用于压紧床垫,使床垫保持固定。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述床垫包装设备还包括放料装置,所述放料装置设置在所述第一封装装置的上游,所述放料装置用于拉取卷状的包装料原材料,使包装料布置在床垫的前方。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述放料装置包括两个相对设置的定位件,两个所述定位件可相向移动使床垫居中放置,两个所述定位件上均安装有感应组件,所述感应组件用于检测床垫的左右宽度。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述放料装置包括上下相对设置的拉取组件和切割组件,所述拉取组件可上下移动,所述拉取组件用于夹持并拉动包装料,使包装料竖直布置在床垫的前方,所述切割组件用于夹持并切割包装料。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述切割组件包括切刀和两个可相对夹持动作的夹持件,两个所述夹持件相对的一侧设有凹槽,两个所述夹持件的凹槽之间形成用于供所述切刀移动切割包装料的空间。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的床垫包装设备,其特征在于,所述放料装置包括预拉组件, 所述预拉组件包括至少一个推拉件,所述推拉件可前后相对移动,用以推拉包装料,使包装料预先形成与床垫匹配的长度。
  19. 一种床垫包装方法,其特征在于,通过权利要求1至18中任一项所述的床垫包装设备包装床垫,还包括以下步骤:
    将包装料布置在床垫的前方;
    床垫向前移动,使包装料包裹床垫,包装料在床垫的尾部形成开口;
    床垫输送进入所述第一封装装置,床垫置于所述第一工位上,所述第一折边竖封机构折叠床垫尾部的包装料开口并竖直封贴;
    两个所述封角机构折叠床垫两侧包装料的前边角料和后边角料并横向封贴;
    床垫输送进入所述第二封装装置,床垫置于所述第二工位上,所述第二折边竖封机构折叠床垫两侧的包装料并竖直封贴;
    横向封贴床垫的尾部包装料;
    两个所述第一横封机构横向封贴床垫两侧的包装料。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的床垫包装方法,其特征在于,所述床垫的尾部和左右两侧均预留有包装料的余量,所述余量小于或等于床垫的厚度。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的床垫包装方法,其特征在于,两个所述封角机构保持前后方向上的位置固定,所述床垫向前移动封贴两侧包装料的前边角料,所述床垫向后移动封贴两侧包装料的后边角料。
  22. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的床垫包装方法,其特征在于:所述第一横封机构保持前后方向位置固定,床垫向前移动横向封贴床垫两侧。
