Description

Clothes hanger and method for manufacturing clothes hanger
The present invention relates to a clothes hanger and a method for manufacturing a clothes hanger.
Conventionally, high-quality hangers used in department stores and the like are made of wood, but resin hangers are used as inexpensive hangers (for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent No. 5544590
The basic function of the hanger is to store clothes efficiently and prevent wrinkles and deformation of the clothes. However, in boutiques and department stores where clothes are displayed and sold, clothes are hung on hangers. The overall appearance is an important factor that attracts shoppers and affects sales. In general, it is said that the so-called “one piece”, which is produced by cutting the entire hanger from a single plate, has the highest quality. However, “single” is extremely expensive and the material cannot be used efficiently. For this reason, in the manufacture of wooden hangers other than the finest products, the left and right shoulder support parts that make up the hanger body are cut out separately and molded, and then bonded together at the center to efficiently use wood. It is supposed to be. However, in the case of this manufacturing method, a seam remains in the central portion, and even if a paint is applied on the seam, the seam will surface and damage the appearance as time passes. The resin hanger described in the above document can be molded so as not to have the above-mentioned joint, but has a flat structure and lacks a high-class appearance.
The present invention is an attempt to solve such a problem, and provides a clothes hanger that is less expensive than a wooden hanger and has a high-class feeling, and a method for manufacturing a clothes hanger. Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as embodiments) will be described in detail. In the following description, the same reference numerals are given to the same components, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified. Note that description of configurations that can be appropriately implemented by those skilled in the art will be omitted, and only the basic configuration of the present invention will be described.
<First embodiment>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a clothes hanger 1 (hereinafter referred to as “hanger 1”) includes a hook portion 2 and a main body portion 4. The main body 4 has a central portion 4a and shoulder support portions 4b and 4c formed symmetrically with respect to the central portion 4a, which are integrally formed of plastic resin. The center portion 4a and the shoulder support portions 4b and 4c are formed of a plastic resin as a single member having no joint. The hook part 2 is fixed to the center part 4a. The hook part 2 is made of metal.
The plastic resin forming the main body 4 is a resin that can be injection molded and blow molded,
For example, it is polypropylene (polypropylene).
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main body portion 4 is bent at the center portion 4a, and a position P2 near the end portion of the other shoulder support portion 4c from a position P1 near the end portion of the one shoulder support portion 4b. The space part 4d which goes to is formed. As shown in FIG. 5, the space 4d is formed along the lower surface 4s1 of the main body, and is not formed along the upper surface 4s2. That is, the space 4d is not formed in the region H1 above the main body 4 and is formed only in the region H2 below.
FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line PP of the main body 4 shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line QQ. The sectional view taken along the line PP is a sectional view at the shoulder support portion 4b, and the sectional view taken along the line QQ is a sectional view at the central portion 4a. The wall thickness B3 (see FIG. 6B) above the space portion 4d in the central portion 4a is larger than the wall thickness B1 (see FIG. 6A) above the space portion 4d in the shoulder support portion 4b. Is also made up of large.
As described above, the space portion 4d is not formed in the region where the hook portion 2 is fixed in the central portion 4a. For this reason, the hook part 2 is firmly fixed to the area | region H1 currently formed only with the plastic resin.
As shown in FIG. 6A, in the shoulder support portion 4b, the thickness B1 of the wall above the space portion 4d is larger than the thickness B2 of the wall below the space portion 4d. As shown in FIG. 6B, in the central portion 4a, the thickness B3 of the upper wall of the space portion 4d is larger than the thickness B4 of the lower wall of the space portion 4d. That is, since the thickness of the upper wall of the space portion 4d is larger than the thickness of the lower wall over the entire body portion 4, the upper structure, which is a portion to which external force is applied by contact with clothes, has high resistance to external force. It is configured.
As shown in FIG. 7, the upper portion of the hook portion 2 is composed of an annular opening portion 2c and a straight portion 2d for hanging on a hanging bar (not shown). The lower part of the hook part 2 is composed of a straight part 2b in which a plurality of annular parts 2b1 are formed and an enlarged diameter part 2a. The annular portion 2b1 is inclined from the upper surface toward the lower surface.
As shown in FIG. 8, the hook portion 2 is inserted in the direction indicated by the arrow Z <b> 1 with respect to the center portion 4 a of the main body portion 4. The hook portion 2 is fixed in the range of the region H1.
After the body part 4 is molded, the body part 4 is taken out from the mold, and before the plastic resin is completely solidified, the hook part 2 is inserted into the body part 4, so that a cross-sectional view and a plan view of FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, a hole J1 is formed in the main body portion 4, but in a very short time, the hook portion 2 including the enlarged diameter portion 2a is covered with a molten plastic resin as shown in FIG. 9B. Is called. Depending on the conditions for inserting the hook portion 2 into the body portion 4, the upper surface 2aa (FIG. 7) of the enlarged diameter portion 2a may not be covered with plastic resin in the vicinity of the straight portion 2d. A part of the upper surface 2aa is covered with a plastic resin.
Alternatively, after forming the main body part 4, the main body part 4 is taken out from the mold, and after the plastic resin is solidified, the hook part 2 is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the plastic resin and inserted into the main body part 4. The part 2 can enter the inside of the main body part 4 while the main body part 4 is melted. In any case, after the hook portion 2 is inserted into the main body portion 4, the straight portion 2b and the enlarged diameter portion 2a are covered with a molten plastic resin, and the hook portion 2 is firmly fixed. That is, after the plastic resin is solidified, since the upper surface 2aa and the lower surface 2ab (see FIG. 7) of the hook portion 2 are in contact with the plastic resin, the vertical position of the hook portion 2 in the main body portion 4 is firmly fixed. Is done.
Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the main body 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 to 13. In order to mold the main body 4, as shown in FIG. 11, a mold composed of a pair of members 200 </ b> A and 200 </ b> B is used. The members 200A and 200B are integrated into a cavity as shown in FIG. 12B by moving the member 200B in the direction of arrow B1 in FIG. 12A (see FIG. 10A). Reference). The mold shown in FIG. 11 and the like can form two main body portions 4 simultaneously. The concave portion 200A1 of the member 200A and the concave portion 200B1 of the member 200B are integrated, and the concave portion 200A2 of the member 200A and the concave portion 200B2 of the member 200B are integrated to form a cavity having the shape of the main body portion 4, respectively.
When the cavity having the shape of the main body 4 is formed by the members 200A and 200B as shown in FIG. 12B, a plastic resin is introduced into the cavity from the resin discharge port 202 as shown in FIG. Are injected and filled (see FIG. 10B).
When the cavity is filled with plastic resin, before the plastic resin is solidified, gas is injected from the gas nozzle 204 as shown in FIG. . A gas is a gas having a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure. The gas is, for example, nitrogen (N 2 ), and the pressure is several times the atmospheric pressure, for example, 5 atmospheres. When the gas passes through the plastic resin, as shown in FIG. 10C, the plastic resin spreads outward (in the direction of arrow V1) and is pressed against the inner surface of the cavity. Thereby, as shown in FIG.10 (d), manufacture of the main-body part 4 is completed. The passage through which the gas passes becomes a space portion 4 d in the main body portion 4. By adjusting the filling mode of the plastic resin and the gas pressure, the volume of the space 4d can be adjusted, and the weight of the hanger 1 can be adjusted.
Note that the end portions of the shoulder support portions 4b and 4c constituting the opening portion of the gas passage are partially or entirely closed by contraction after molding of the plastic resin.
Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the main body 4 will be summarized with reference to FIG. First, the mold 200B is moved in the direction of arrow B1 (see FIG. 12) and integrated with the mold 200A to close the mold, thereby forming a cavity having the shape of the main body 4 (step ST1 in FIG. 14). ). Subsequently, the cavity is filled with plastic resin (step ST2). Subsequently, before the plastic resin filled in the cavity is solidified, a gas having a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure is passed through the plastic resin to form the space 4d (step ST3). In step ST3, the plastic resin is pressed against the cavity, and the manufacture of the main body 4 is completed. Finally, the mold 200B is moved in the direction opposite to the arrow B1, and the mold is opened (step ST4).
<Second Embodiment>
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the structure which is common in 1st embodiment, and it demonstrates centering on a different part from 1st embodiment.
A wood grain is attached to the main body 4 of the hanger 1A of the second embodiment. This is because the concave and convex portions 200A1, 200A2, 200B1, and 200B2 shown in FIG. That is, in the final step of the manufacturing process of the main body part 4, the plastic resin is pressed against the cavity, whereby the unevenness applied to the cavity is copied to the main body part 4 and a grain is formed on the main body part 4. Thereby, 1 A of hangers approximate the external appearance of a wooden hanger.
<Third embodiment>
Next, a third embodiment will be described. In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the structure which is common in 2nd embodiment, and it demonstrates centering on a different part from 2nd embodiment.
In the third embodiment, wood is mixed in the plastic resin at a predetermined ratio. Wood is wood powder, and the mixing ratio is, for example, 5 to 30 weight percent. Thereby, the hanger 1A further approximates the appearance of a wooden hanger.
<Fourth embodiment>
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the structure which is common in 1st embodiment, and it demonstrates centering on a different part from 1st embodiment.
The hanger 1B of the fifth embodiment has an underbar 6. The underbar 6 includes a hanging part 6 a for hanging clothes and a pair of fixed shaft parts 6 b fixed to the lower part near the end of the shoulder support part of the main body part 4. The fixed shaft portion 6b is formed with an enlarged portion 6ba having an enlarged diameter.
The underbar 6 is fixed to the main body 4 by the same method as the hook 2 described above. For this reason, when the under bar 6 is fixed to the main body portion 4, the upper surface and the lower surface of the enlarged portion 6ba are in contact with the plastic resin constituting the shoulder support portion. Thereby, the position of the up-down direction in the main-body part 4 of the under bar 6 is firmly fixed.
<Fifth embodiment>
Next, a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, description is abbreviate | omitted about the structure which is common in 1st embodiment, and it demonstrates centering on a different part from 1st embodiment. The fifth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the mold used for manufacturing the main body 4.
In order to manufacture the hanger 1, as shown in FIG. 18, a mold composed of a pair of members 200A and 200B is used. The members 200A and 200B are united when the member 200B moves in the direction of the arrow B1 in FIG. The mold shown in FIG. 18 and the like can form two hangers 1 at the same time. The concave portion 200A1 of the member 200A and the concave portion 200B1 of the member 200B are integrated, and the concave portion 200A2 of the member 200A and the concave portion 200B2 of the member 200B are integrated to form a cavity having the shape of the hanger 1, respectively.
The shaft members 100A and 100B are disposed in the recesses 200A1 and 200A2 of the member 200A, respectively. The shaft members 100A and 100B are not in contact with the surfaces of the recesses 200A1 and 200A2. That is, when the shaft members 100A and 100B have the shape of the hanger 1 and the cavity is formed, the shaft members 100A and 100B float in the cavity.
As shown in FIG. 19, when a cavity having the shape of the hanger 1 is formed by the members 200A and 200B, a plastic resin is injected from the resin discharge port 202 into the cavity as shown in FIG. . As shown in FIG. 17A, the plastic resin is filled in the cavity so as to surround the shaft members 100A and 100B.
When the cavity is filled with plastic resin, before the plastic resin is solidified, the shaft members 100A and 100B are moved in the direction of the arrow X1, respectively, as shown in FIGS. 17 (a), 17 (b), and 20. It is pulled out in the direction of arrow X2. Thereby, the gas passages 100As and 100Bs shown in FIG. 17C are formed in the filled plastic resin. The gas passages 100As and 100Bs form a continuous gas passage. No gas passage is formed in the region H1 where the hook portion 2 is fixed.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 17 (c) and FIG. 21, a gas having a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure is passed through the gas passage composed of the gas passages 100As and 100Bs. The gas is injected from the gas nozzle 204 of FIG. 21, enters from the direction of arrow Y1, and exits in the direction of arrow Y2. The gas is, for example, nitrogen (N2), and the pressure is several times the atmospheric pressure, for example, 5 atmospheres. As the gas passes through the plastic resin, as shown in FIG. 17C, the plastic resin spreads outward (in the direction of arrow V1) and is pressed against the inner surface of the cavity. Thereby, as shown in FIG.17 (d), the main-body part 4 is completed. The gas passage is a space portion 4 d in the main body portion 4. By adjusting the thickness of the shaft members 100A and 100B, the volume of the space 4d can be adjusted, and the weight of the hanger 1 can be adjusted.
Note that the end portions of the shoulder support portions 4b and 4c constituting the opening portion of the gas passage are partially or entirely closed by contraction after molding of the plastic resin.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. within a scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention. For example, the configurations of the first to fifth embodiments described above may be combined as appropriate.
