Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tape-type disposable diaper.
- the tape-type disposable diaper is worn by connecting the connecting portions provided on the left and right sides of the back portion to the outer surface of the abdominal portion after being applied to the body in the unfolded state.
- a general tape-type disposable diaper has a crotch part including a center in the front-rear direction, a ventral part extending forward from the center in the front-rear direction, and a back part extending rearward from the center in the front-rear direction.
- the wing portion extends to the left and right sides in the width direction from the crotch portion, the ventral portion and the back portion have an intermediate portion located between the left and right wing portions, and the wing portion is an outer surface of the ventral portion. It has the connection part connected so that attachment or detachment is possible. In use, the wing portion is turned from both sides of the waist to the outer surface of the abdominal portion, and the connecting portion of the wing portion is connected to the outer surface of the abdominal portion.
- Such a tape-type disposable diaper is used not only for infants but also for nursing care (adult use).
- the shape of the connecting tape has been devised in various ways, but it is preferable that the back side portion and the abdominal side portion are not easily displaced from each other, and that the fitting property with respect to the legs around the lower edge of the connecting tape is good.
- the conventional connecting tape has a shape in which the lower edge of the main body portion is positioned on the upper side from the proximal end near the base end portion toward the distal end far from the base end portion. Many have (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).
- the conventional tape-type disposable diaper provided with such a connecting tape has a size around the wearer's leg that is somewhat larger than the product size (for example, near the upper limit of the fit size of the product or exceeds the upper limit). ) Or under the situation where the legs are pressed against the connecting tape as in the sitting position, the wrinkles are likely to be close to the part from the non-connected part to the base end part of the connecting tape, which may lead to leakage and deterioration of the wearing feeling. was there.
- the main problem of the present invention is to suppress wrinkles in the portion from the non-connected portion to the base end portion of the connecting tape, thereby suppressing leakage and deterioration of the wearing feeling.
- the present inventor has found that in a conventional tape-type disposable diaper, the portion from the non-connected portion to the base end portion of the connecting tape does not have a shape around the leg, and It has been found that it is one of the above-mentioned problems that the leg is difficult to be deformed along the leg circumference in a situation where the leg is pressed against the connecting tape.
- Each aspect described below solves the above problems based on such knowledge.
- a ventral portion extending forward from the front-rear center, a back portion extending rearward from the front-rear center, and a crotch portion extending from the front-rear direction middle of the ventral portion to the front-rear direction middle of the back side portion;
- the back side portion has a wing portion extending outward in the width direction from the crotch portion, Having a connecting tape attached to the wing portion of the dorsal portion and detachably connected to the ventral portion;
- the connecting tape is detachably connected to the base portion fixed to the wing portion, a main body portion extending from the base end portion, and the ventral portion provided in the middle in the width direction of the main body portion.
- the lower edge of the main body has a shape that is positioned on the upper side from the proximal end close to the base end toward the distal end far from the base end,
- the lower edge of the connecting portion coincides with the lower edge of the body portion from a proximal end near the base end portion to a distal end far from the base end portion,
- the lower edge of the unconnected portion has a shape in which a tangent angle decreases from a distal end far from the base end portion toward a proximal end near the base end portion without having a bending point and an inflection point.
- the lower edge of the unconnected portion has a curved portion at least in part,
- the tangent angle of the distal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion is 80 to 85 degrees, and the tangent angle of the proximal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion is 0 degree;
- the distance in the width direction between the proximal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion and the distal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion, and the proximal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion and the lower edge of the unconnected portion When the distance in the front-rear direction with respect to the distal end of the non-connecting portion is r, the entire lower edge of the unconnected portion consists only of a portion having a radius of curvature of 0.8 r or more.
- a tape-type disposable diaper characterized by that.
- the lower edge of the unconnected portion is already inclined at the distal end so that the tangent angle is 80 to 85 degrees, and the tangent angle is 0 from there. Towards the proximal end of the degree, the tangent angle decreases without having an inflection point and an inflection point.
- the entire lower edge of the non-connecting portion consists only of a portion having a radius of curvature of 0.8 r or more, the decrease in the tangent angle is particularly gentle.
- this unconnected part Like the lower edge of this unconnected part, if it is sufficiently inclined at the distal end and most of it is bent gently, when a tensile force in the direction of the legs acts on the lower edge of the unconnected part, When the slight elongation of the connecting tape material is accumulated, the curved portion is likely to approach a straight line. Therefore, compared with the conventional one, large wrinkles are less likely to move toward the portion from the unconnected portion to the base end portion. In addition, when the lower edge of the unconnected part is sufficiently inclined at the distal end and most of it is gently bent, the fit around the leg is good even before extending in the direction along the leg circumference. It becomes.
- the “tangential angle” means an angle of an angle located on the front side and the base end side among the angles formed by the tangent line (in the straight line portion itself) and the front-rear direction. Further, “without having a bending point and an inflection point” means that the change in curvature is continuous.
- the lower edge of the unconnected portion may include a straight portion as well as a curved portion. In this case, the curvature of the straight line is 0 and the radius of curvature is infinite.
- ⁇ Second aspect> The distance in the width direction between the proximal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion and the distal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion is the same as the proximal end of the lower edge of the unconnected portion and the lower edge of the unconnected portion. 1.0 to 1.5 times the longitudinal distance from the distal end of the The tape type disposable diaper of a 1st aspect.
- the lower edge of the non-connecting portion is equal in length and breadth or is horizontally long because the wrinkle prevention property and the fit property to the leg periphery are particularly good.
- the connecting portion is a portion to which a hook material of a mechanical fastener is attached
- the lower edge of the non-connecting portion is composed of a straight portion extending linearly from the distal end toward the proximal end, and a curved portion extending from the straight portion to the proximal end. Is 1-5 mm, The tape type disposable diaper of the 1st or 2nd aspect.
- the lower edge of the unconnected portion has a front-rear direction dimension from a position where a tangential angle is 3 degrees to the proximal end is 20% or less of the front-rear direction dimension of the unconnected portion.
- the unconnected portion has an elongation rate of 1.1 to 1.3 times when pulled in the width direction at 20 N / 25 mm.
- the tape-type disposable diaper according to any one of the first to fourth aspects.
- the unconnected part is a material that is easy to stretch, but if it stretches too much, the diaper tends to slip due to the movement of the body after wearing. For this reason, it is preferable that the elongation characteristic of a non-connection part is in the said range.
- ⁇ Sixth aspect> On both sides in the width direction from the ventral part to the back part, it has side flap parts that do not have an absorber, By cutting the middle in the front-rear direction in the side part of the side flap part, a concave edge from the side edge of the crotch part to the lower edge of the wing part is formed, When a tangent line common to the concave edge and the lower edge of the non-connecting portion is drawn, the longitudinal dimension from the contact point of the tangent to the proximal end at the lower edge of the non-connecting portion is 45% or less of the longitudinal dimension,
- the tape-type disposable diaper according to any one of the first to fifth aspects.
- the connecting tape is line-symmetric with respect to a center line passing through the center in the front-rear direction, and the upper half edge and the lower half edge are point-symmetric with respect to the center point located at the center in the front-rear direction and the center in the width direction, respectively.
- the tape-type disposable diaper according to any one of the first to sixth aspects.
- the connecting tape has the shape as in this embodiment because a symmetrical connecting tape can be efficiently produced by a known method that does not generate waste material.

- symbol L indicates the total length of the diaper
- the dotted pattern portion indicates a hot melt adhesive as a joining means for joining the constituent members located on the front side and the back side.
- Hot melt adhesives can be applied by known methods such as slot coating, continuous line or dotted line bead coating, spiral coating, Z coating, etc., or pattern coating (transfer of hot melt adhesive in relief printing). Can be applied. Instead of or together with this, at the fixing portion of the elastic member, the hot melt adhesive can be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member, and the elastic member can be fixed to the adjacent member.
- hot melt adhesives examples include EVA, adhesive rubber (elastomer), olefin, and polyester / polyamide types, which can be used without any particular limitation.

- This tape-type disposable diaper has a ventral part F extending forward from the center of the front-rear direction LD and a back part B extending rearward from the center of the front-rear direction LD. Further, this tape-type disposable diaper includes an absorbent body 56 built in a range including the crotch portion, a liquid-permeable top sheet 30 that covers the front side of the absorbent body 56, and a liquid-impermeable material that covers the back side of the absorbent body 56. It has the sheet
- the absorber 56 is a part that absorbs and retains excretory fluid, and can be formed of a fiber assembly.
- a fiber assembly a filament assembly obtained by opening, as necessary, synthetic fiber tows (fiber bundles) such as cellulose acetate as well as short fibers such as cotton-like pulp and synthetic fibers Can also be used.
- the fiber basis weight can be, for example, about 100 to 300 g / m 2 when stacking cotton-like pulp or short fibers, and about 30 to 120 g / m 2 for filament aggregates, for example. Can do.

- Superabsorbent polymer particles include starch, cellulose and synthetic polymers, such as starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymer, saponified starch-acrylonitrile copolymer, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose cross-link. Or an acrylic acid (salt) polymer can be used.
- As the shape of the superabsorbent polymer particles a commonly used granular material is suitable, but other shapes can also be used.
- the superabsorbent polymer particles those having a water absorption rate of 70 seconds or less, particularly 40 seconds or less are preferably used. If the water absorption speed is too slow, the liquid supplied into the absorber 56 is likely to cause a so-called reverse return that returns to the outside of the absorber 56.
- the superabsorbent polymer particles those having a gel strength of 1000 Pa or more are preferably used. Thereby, even if it is a case where it is set as the bulky absorber 56, the sticky feeling after liquid absorption can be suppressed effectively.

- the nonwoven fabric may be manufactured by any processing.
- processing method examples include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, an air through method, and a point bond method.
- spunlace method is a preferable processing method for obtaining flexibility and drapeability
- thermal bond method is for obtaining bulkiness and softness.
- the top sheet 30 extends from the front end to the rear end of the product in the front-rear direction, and extends laterally from the absorber 56 in the width direction WD.
- the starting point of a rising gather 60 described later is more than the side edge of the absorber 56.
- Appropriate modifications such as making the width of the top sheet 30 shorter than the entire width of the absorbent body 56 are possible as necessary, such as when located on the center side in the width direction.
- An intermediate sheet (also referred to as “second sheet”) 40 having a higher liquid permeation rate than the top sheet 30 can be provided in order to quickly transfer the liquid that has permeated through the top sheet 30 to the absorber.
- the intermediate sheet 40 is for quickly transferring the liquid to the absorber to enhance the absorption performance by the absorber and preventing the “returning” phenomenon of the absorbed liquid from the absorber.
- the intermediate sheet 40 can be omitted.
- the intermediate sheet 40 examples include the same materials as the top sheet 30, spunlace nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, pulp nonwoven fabric, mixed sheet of pulp and rayon, point bond nonwoven fabric, or crepe paper.
- an air-through nonwoven fabric is preferable because it is bulky.
- the resin used for the core may be polypropylene (PP), but polyester (PET) having high rigidity is preferable.
- Basis weight is preferably 17 ⁇ 80g / m 2, more preferably 25 ⁇ 60g / m 2.

- the “tangent angle ⁇ ” means an angle of an angle located on the front side and the base end portion 81 side among the angles formed by the tangent line (in the straight line portion itself) and the front-rear direction LD ( (See FIG. 8 (a)).
- “without having a bending point and an inflection point” means that the change in curvature is continuous.

That is, the connecting tape 80 is removed from the diaper, and the test piece is produced by cutting off the front and rear side portions of the base end portion 81 along a straight line in the width direction WD passing through the distal end of the non-connecting portion 84.
- the width of the test piece is the minimum value of the dimension in the front-rear direction of the unconnected portion 84.
- the distance between the grips is adjusted to the width direction dimension of the unconnected portion 84 of the test piece with a tensile tester, and the connected portion 83 side and the base end portion 81 side of the unconnected portion 84 are gripped by the gripper, and the tensile speed is 100 mm.
- the front-rear direction means the direction (vertical direction) indicated by the symbol LD in the figure
- width direction means the direction indicated by WD (left-right direction) in the figure, Are orthogonal.
- Unfolded state means a state of being flattened without contraction or slack.
- Elongation rate means a value when the natural length is 100%.
- an expansion rate of 200% is synonymous with an expansion ratio of 2 times.
- ⁇ “Weighing” is measured as follows. After the sample or test piece has been pre-dried, it is left in a test room or apparatus in a standard state (test location is temperature 23 ⁇ 1 ° C., relative humidity 50 ⁇ 2%) to a constant weight. Pre-drying refers to making a sample or test piece constant in an environment at a temperature of 100 ° C. In addition, it is not necessary to perform preliminary drying about the fiber whose official moisture content is 0.0%. From the test piece in a constant weight state, a sample plate (100 mm ⁇ 100 mm) is used to cut a sample having a size of 100 mm ⁇ 100 mm. The weight of the sample is measured, multiplied by 100, and the weight per square meter is calculated and used as the basis weight.
- Thickness is automatically measured using an automatic thickness meter (KES-G5 handy compression tester) under the conditions of load: 0.098 N / cm 2 and pressure area: 2 cm 2 .
- Water absorption rate is "Time to end point” when performing JIS K7224-1996 "Water absorption rate test method for superabsorbent resin” using 2 g of superabsorbent polymer and 50 g of physiological saline.
- test and measurement shall be performed in a test room or equipment in the standard state (test location: temperature 23 ⁇ 1 ° C, relative humidity 50 ⁇ 2%). To do.
- the dimensions of each part mean dimensions in the expanded state, not the natural length state.
- the present invention can be applied to a tape-type disposable diaper as in the above example.
