Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 매연여과장치(DPF)의 재생을 목적으로 수압 또는 공압으로 세척작업을 안정적이고 체계적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 신규장비인 자동차 매연여과장치 전용 수공압 세척기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일정한 크기의 본체와 그 후방 상단에는 돌출된 통체헤드부; 본체의 상단에 DPF를 고정할 수 있도록 하는 벨트결속식 DPF셋팅장치; DPF의 후방으로 토출되는 방출압을 받아들이는 방출압 배출구; 상기 방출압 배출구의 안쪽에 외부로의 액체튀김현상을 방지하는 방출압튀김차폐수단; DPF 세척시 요구되는 공압을 제공하는 에어탱크; 상기 에어탱크와 DPF간 에어를 전달하기 위한 에어압공급호스; 상기 에어압공급호스에 공압 및 액상 케미칼을 공급하는 커넥터와 케미칼 호스 연결잭을 포함하는 어댑터; DPF 앞쪽끝단에 커넥터와 DPF간 결속을 위한 결속용 조인트; DPF에 액상 케미컬을 공급하는 압축식약액통 및 케미칼공급호스; 로 이루어지는 것이다.
