Definitions
- Building system in particular residential or work building
- the invention relates to a building system, in particular residential or work building, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a building system, in particular residential or work building, which can be built easily with a few workers, can be used in the largely standardized components that has a high stability and is inexpensive to produce.
- the invention is based on a building system with outer walls erected on a base plate, the supporting structure of which is formed of posts arranged substantially at a spacing between the base plate and the floor slab.
- the foot ends of the posts on projecting first pin, which engage in first pin holes of a predominantlyschwelle, which is arranged on the edge side on the bottom plate, wherein the pin holes are formed at a pitch in the facedschwelle.
- the head ends of the posts have second pins, which are inserted into a headframe arranged on the floor ceiling Kophrähme having formed at a pitch in the Kopfrähme second pin holes.
- the head ends of the posts also have a directed to the building interior paragraph on which an edge beam for receiving ceiling beams of the floor ceiling is placed.
- the posts used in the invention thus have end-side pins which can be used in mortise holes of a foot sill or a head frame. This makes it possible that the posts can be used individually with their lower pin in the mortise holes of the contemplatschwelle, where they are vertically oriented largely fixed without further attachment or holding means. Then can be applied to the top of the post, the Kophrähme, which also has arranged in the grid spacing pin holes, in which engage the provided on the top of the post pins.
- the pins of the posts can be gradually introduced into the mortise holes of Kopfrähme, so that as soon as all the pins of the posts are inserted into the mortises of the Kopfrähme, already a finished wall is formed.
- a circumferential edge beam is placed, which forms the support beam for the ceiling beams of the floor ceiling.
- the Kopehähme does not serve to accommodate the bearing forces of the floor slab, but their function is essentially only to align the posts and secure the desired grid spacing.
- the construction of a wall can be carried out without machine use, since the posts are individually placed on the Stanfordschwelle and the Kopfrähme can be easily placed on the tops of the post, if necessary, with the help of a small scaffold or stepladders. Accordingly, the edge bar can be placed on the shoulder of the posts.
- the ceiling beams are preferably used in receiving shoes, which are attached to the inside of the edge beam.
- Such metal pick-up shoes are preferably fastened by means of screws or nails to the edge beam and can be attached to the shoulders of the post on the edge beam before placing the edge beam.
- an intermediate plate is preferably applied to the Kopfrähme the first floor as a balancing plate and then a marginal complicaträhme the second floor.
- the complicaträhme the second floor also has pin holes, engage in the pins of the posts of the second floor.
- a further Kopfrähme is applied to the head ends of the pillars of the second floor, which also has the function of maintaining the grid spacing and the cohesion of the posts of the corresponding second floor.
- the posts of the second floor have paragraphs on which in turn an edge beam for receiving ceiling beams of the second floor is placed.
- an insulating film is preferably introduced between the edge beam of the first floor and the shoulder of the post, which can be pulled up at its upper side to the lower portion of the inner wall of the upper floor.
- the cross-section of the pins and pin holes may have any shape, with a round, oval, rectangular or square shape being preferred.
- the floor slabs are preferably formed by OSB boards, which are designed in one or more layers, possibly with the formation of gaps. Also, the intermediate plate between the Kopfrähme the lower floor and the submiträhme the upper floor is preferably formed as an OSB board.
- the posts are preferably formed of laminated wood, but also solid wood posts can be used.
- the posts of the building are preferably covered on the outside and inside with cover plates, wherein in the space between the cover plates and the post insulating material is introduced.
- the cover panels provide the building with horizontal stability without the need for tie bars or diagonal braces.

- FIG. 1 The perspective view shown in Fig. 1 shows a residential building 1 with a ground floor 2 and an upper floor 3, which is covered by a flat roof 4.
- the building has doors 5 and windows 6.
- a corner window 7 is shown in which, unlike described below, in addition a corner support 8 is provided.
- a marginal equalization threshold 10 is first designed, are arranged on the crabschwellen 11.
- the cross section of the compensation threshold 10 substantially corresponds to the cross section of the foot sill 11.
- the satisfiedschwelle 11 has formed in the grid spacing through pin holes, which are square in the example shown. Other cross-sectional shapes such as round, oval or rectangular are also possible.
- the pitch of the mortise holes is preferably 62.5 cm.
- Fig. 3 shows the patch on the complicatschwelle 11 post 12 having at their lower end respectively pins which engage in the pin holes of the complicatschwelle 11.
- the posts also have pins which engage in mortise holes of a head frame 13.
- the placement of the Kopefrähme 13 on the erected posts 12 takes place in the Way that the easily bendable Kopehähme is placed on a wall side starting on the posts and thereby brought into engagement with the pins of the posts 12 and the other pins are gradually introduced into the Kophrähme until all posts are connected to the Kophrähme.
- the posts 12 also have paragraphs 23, which, as will be shown, the inclusion of edge beam 18 are used.
- the posts are made in particular of laminated wood and can be placed by hand on the primaschwelle 11 with their lower-side pins engage in the mortise holes of the primeschwelle 11.
- Fig. 4 shows the placement of edge beam 18 on the paragraphs 23 of the post 12. Securing the edge beam 18 is done by screwing with the post 12th

- the post 12 has a lower-side pin 15 for engagement in theticianschwelle 11, as well as an upper-side pin 16 for engagement with the Kopfrähme 13.
- an intermediate plate 17 is placed, which forms the basis for theticianschwelle 24 of the upper floor, in which the post 25 of the upper floor is used with its pin 14.
- On the angular shoulder 23 of the post 12 of the edge bar 18 is placed, which has on its inside receiving shoes 19 which are fastened by means of screws or nails on the edge beam 18.
- a ceiling joist 20 is inserted.
- OSB plates 21 are placed, which form the floor ceiling of the ground floor.
- a windproof insulating film 22 is inserted, which is passed at its upper edge between the intermediate plate 17 and the OSB plate 21 and extends to the inner wall of the upper floor, not shown.
- Fig. 6 shows the step of inserting the ceiling beams 20 in the receiving shoes, not shown, on the inside of the edge beam 18th
- FIG. 7 shows the completed ground floor with offset OSB panels 21.
- Fig. 8 shows the structure of the upper floor with posts 25, which are covered and connected in the same way as in the ground floor with a Kopfrähme 26.
- the post 25 On the inside of the post 25 is also a paragraph 28, however, has a greater height than the ground floor to form a projecting edge region of the wall on the roof can
- FIG 10 shows the ceiling beams 29 fastened to the edge beams in the same way as on the ground floor and OSB panels 30 laid thereon to form the floor slab of the second upper floor.
- Fig. 11 shows the step of attaching the outside cover plates 31 to the posts, the cover plates having a size each covering a grid between two adjacent posts and sill and head frame.
- inside wall panels can be fastened to the posts, wherein, alternatively, larger panels, such as gypsum-concrete panels, can also be used.
- the spaces between the posts are filled with insulating material, such as rock wool or the like.
- the finished building as shown in Fig. 1, has thus been erected in a simple manner, it can be constructed with virtually no use of machines with a few workers, is also very beneficial and cheap to produce because of the almost exclusive use of wood materials also biologically.
- the internal layout of the building can be designed as desired, the wall structure of the inner walls similar to the wall construction of the outer walls with posts may be formed, which also have pin ends, which can engage in readilyschwellen or provided accordingly with pin holes ceiling beams.
