Abstract

 曲管(10)の管本体(12)は、流路が軸線(12A)に沿っており、軸線(12A)に沿った方向の一部に屈曲部(14)を有している。また、管本体(12)における屈曲部(14)の屈曲方向内側内周(14A)には、軸線(12A)の方向に沿って断面積拡大部としての凹部(16)が形成されている。なお、曲管成形用金型の内金型においては、主コアの溝部に凹部(16)を形成するヒンジコアが挿入されており、主コアが退避位置方向へ移動することで、屈曲部(14)の屈曲方向内側内周(14A)に係合する形状のヒンジコアの先端部が主コアの成形位置へ揺動するようになっている。
