所述牵引杆(11 )通过底座(2) 的中心导孔(21 )和推送开关 (41 ) 中心使销轴 (12) 两端同时藏置在斜面台阶(43) 中, 随着驱动滑盖(5) 驱动推送开关 (41 )径向来回滑动, 销轴(12) 沿着斜面台阶(43)升降 并能够分别停留在它的上下两端支承面上, 以此驱动牵引杆(11 )升降来 启动软胶吸盘(1 )达成吸紧和解除两种状态。
优选地, 所述推送开关(41 )前后两端底面具有凹槽(44) , 所述驱 动滑盖 (5)前后两底端边缘内壁具有扣钩(51 ) , 所述驱动滑盖 (5)与 推送开关(41 ) 的连接是通过扣钩 (51 )与凹槽(44) 达成自锁卡合。
优选地,所述斜面台阶(43)的上下两端支承面中,其上端支承面(45) 为凹面, 下端支承面 (46) 为平面。
优选地, 所述驱动滑盖( 5 )所带的承重构件是一种向上弯折的扁方形 挂钩 (52) 0
优选地, 所述软胶吸盘( 1 ) 包括一个与牵引杆( 11 )连为一体的牵引 底盘(13)和一个硅胶吸垫(14) , 所述牵引底盘(13)被包嵌入硅胶吸 垫( 14) 中形成吸盘体。

优选地, 所述驱动滑盖(5 )设置有吸紧或解除的运动方向标识, 吸紧 的运动方向标识与所述斜面台阶(43 ) 的向下倾斜方向相同, 解除的运动 方向标识与所述斜面台阶(43 ) 的向下倾斜方向相反。
优选地, 所述斜面台阶(43 ) 的下端支^面 (46 )所述对应的侧壁上 设置有缺口 (47 ) , 便于所述推动销轴(12 )安装在所述中心导孔(21 ) 上。
与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的吸盘结构, 由于采用了一种斜面台阶 推送式驱动装置, 通过驱动滑盖驱动推送开关径向来回滑动, 其中心的斜 面台阶轻易将牵引杆端部的销轴垫起和放下, 销轴沿着斜面台阶升降并能 够分别停留在它的上下两端支承面上, 以此驱动牵引杆升降来启动软胶吸 盘达成吸紧和解除两种状态; 推送开关能够容易推送到底达到自锁状态, 同时, 底座既可以作为软胶吸盘的后背支撑又可以作为推送开关的滑座, 且也可以作为吸盘的主体外壳, 以不同的形状表达整个吸盘的外观, 可以 设计成方形、 圓形或橢圓形、 多边形等各种形状, 使吸盘能够赋予安装环 境的整洁、 美观、 大方, 具有吸附力增强, 吸附稳定, 悬挂物不易脱落, 操作更加轻便容易, 结构筒单美观的有益效果。

具体实施方式
为了本领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本发明所提供的技术方案, 下 面结合具体实施例进行阐述。
由图 1~82所示, 本发明吸盘的实施方式是: 包括具有牵引杆 11的软 胶吸盘 1和安装在软胶吸盘 1背面的底座 2,以及处于软胶吸盘 1和底座 2 之间的复位弹簧 3 , 牵引杆 11的端部还具有向两侧径向伸出的销轴 12,还 包括以推动销轴 12驱动牵引杆 11升降的驱动装置 4; 底座 2中心具有导 向牵引杆 11轴向运动的中心导孔 21 , 围绕该中心导孔 21向上凸起一个具 有两侧对称导向平面 22的导向柱 23和一对互相对称设置的限位导缘 24, 使导向平面 22与限位导缘 24之间形成导槽 25 , 导向柱 23还具有与其两 侧对称导向平面 22垂直并沿轴向纵深的销轴升降导槽 26,销轴 12两端藏 置在该销轴升降导槽 26中,驱动装置 4包括安装在底座 2上面的推送开关 41及与其连接一起且带承载构件的驱动滑盖 5 ,推送开关 41中心具有长形 导孔 42, 该长形导孔 42对称两侧分别设置具有上下两端支承面的斜面台 阶 43 , 推送开关 41通过长形导孔 42以滑动配合方式套接在导向柱 23上 并使其以导槽 25为导向;牵引杆 11通过底座 2的中心导孔 21和推送开关 41中心使销轴 12两端同时藏置在斜面台阶 43中, 随着驱动滑盖 5驱动推 送开关 41径向来回滑动,销轴 12沿着斜面台阶 43升降并能够分别停留在 它的上下两端支承面上,以此驱动牵引杆 11升降来启动软胶吸盘 1达成吸 紧和解除两种状态。
软胶底盘 1的背面环绕牵引杆 11设置有用于限位复位弹簧 3的环形凸 台 15。
斜面台阶 43的下端支承面对应的侧壁上设置有缺口 47 , 便于推动销 轴 12安装在中心导孔 21上。
驱动滑盖 5设置有吸紧或解除的运动方向标识, 吸紧的运动方向标识 与斜面台阶 43的向下倾斜方向相同, 解除的运动方向标识与斜面台阶 43 的向下倾斜方向相反。
本实施例中, 销轴 12可以通过牵引杆 11的端部开设销孔后再植入, 牵引杆 11可以为圓形或方形或多边形柱,底座 2中心开设对应的方形或多 边形中心导孔 21来限定牵引杆 11只能轴向滑动, 这样可以减少在推送开 关 41径向来回滑动使销轴 12沿着斜面台阶 43升降的过程中牵引杆 11旋 转变位而引起的故障; 推送开关 41的推送行程要满足销轴 12在斜面台阶 43上两端运动行程的要求, 而斜面台阶 43的两端支承面的高度及高度差 要同时满足软胶吸盘 1达到最大吸附力和牵引杆 11最大的升降行程;斜面 台阶 43越平緩, 推送开关 41的行程就越长, 越省力, 但会使底座 2变大, 所以要选择适合的斜面台阶 43倾斜角度, 一般在 14。 至 18。 之间较佳; 底座 2对着软胶吸盘 1的内腔可以设计成喇叭口形锥面与软胶吸盘 1背面 在吸紧状态下的形状适应, 用以承托软胶吸盘 1在吸紧状态下的背面, 稳 定吸盘的牢固性。
由图 5~6、 13-18, 31-36, 45-46, 53-58, 74~79所示, 作为本发明 的优选实施方式之一是: 推送开关 41前后两端底面具有同样凹槽 44, 驱 动滑盖 5前后两底端边缘内壁具有扣钩 51 , 驱动滑盖 5与推送开关 41的 连接是通过扣钩 51与 槽 44卡扣自锁达成。本实施例中,扣钩 51是一对 L形外向倒钩, 槽 44开设的方向与驱动滑盖 5和推送开关 41滑动方向 一致, 槽 44的宽度与扣钩 51的宽度最好刚适合扣钩藏置在 槽中并起 到限位作用,使驱动滑盖 5和推送开关 41连接牢固; 凹槽也可以用缺口代 替。
由图 16~18、 56-58 所示, 作为本发明的优选实施方式之二是: 斜面 台阶 43 的上下两端支 面中, 其上端支^面 45为凹面, 下端支 面 46 为平面。 本实施例中, 上端支承面为 面是为了销轴 12藏置其中时保持 不易滑落, 使吸盘吸附力保持更加良好。
由图 1~7、 31-37, 41-47, 74-80所示, 作为本发明的优选实施方式 之三是: 驱动滑盖 5所带的承重构件是一种向上弯折的扁方形挂钩 52。 本 实施例中, 扁方形挂钩 52是一种向上的 L形挂钩, 扁方形适合方便推动 驱动滑盖 5 , 且更加美观大方。
由图 66~73所示, 作为本发明的优选实施方式之四是: 软胶吸盘 1包 括一个与牵引杆 11连为一体的牵引底盘 13和一个硅胶吸垫 14, 牵引底盘 13被包嵌入硅胶吸垫 14中形成吸盘体。 牵引底盘 13的周边设置有通孔, 硅胶吸垫 14穿过通孔将牵引底盘 13的周边包嵌。 本实施例中, 牵引底盘 13可以采用塑料制成, 牵引杆 11可以是金属或者塑料, 可以与牵引底盘 13一起注塑成型, 然后灌注成型硅胶吸垫 14将其包嵌组合成吸盘体, 更 具有稳定吸盘吸力的作用。
作为本发明的优选实施方式之五是: 软胶吸盘 1、 底座 2、 推送开关
41、 驱动滑盖 5的外形同为方形或圓形。 本实施例中, 由图 1~39所示, 软 胶吸盘 1、 底座 2、 推送开关 41、 驱动滑盖 5的外形同为圓形; 由图 40~82 所示, 软胶吸盘 1、 底座 2、 推送开关 41、 驱动滑盖 5的外形同为方形; 还可以是橢圓形或多边形等各种形状,都使吸盘能够赋予安装环境的整洁、 美观、 大方。 由于本发明的采用了一种斜面台阶推送式驱动装置, 通过驱动滑盖 5 驱动推送开关 41径向来回滑动, 其中心的斜面台阶 43轻易将牵引杆 11 端部的销轴 12垫起和放下,销轴 12沿着斜面台阶 43升降并能够分别停留 在它的上下两端支承面上,以此驱动牵引杆 11升降来启动软胶吸盘 1达成 吸紧和解除两种状态;推送开关 41能够容易推送到底达到自锁状态,同时, 底座 2既可以作为软胶吸盘的后背支撑又可以作为推送开关 41的滑座,且 也可以作为吸盘的主体外壳, 以不同的形状表达整个吸盘的外观, 可以设 计成方形、 圓形或橢圓形、 多边形等各种形状, 使吸盘能够赋予安装环境 的整洁、 美观、 大方, 具有吸附力增强, 吸附稳定, 悬挂物不易脱落, 操 作更加轻便容易, 结构筒单美观的有益效果。

1、一种吸盘结构,其特征在于, 包括具有牵引杆(11)的软胶吸盘(1) 和安装在软胶吸盘 ( 1 )背面的底座( 2 ) , 以及处于软胶吸盘 ( 1 )和底座 (2)之间的复位弹簧(3) , 所述牵引杆(11) 的端部还具有向两侧径向 伸出的销轴(12) , 还包括以推动销轴(12)驱动牵引杆(11 )升降的驱 动装置(4) ; 其中:

2、根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述推送开关(41 ) 前后两端底面具有凹槽(44) , 所述驱动滑盖(5)前后两底端边缘内壁具 有扣钩( 51 ) ,所述驱动滑盖( 5 )与推送开关( 41 )的连接是通过扣钩( 51 ) 与凹槽(44)达成自锁卡合。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述斜面台阶(43 ) 的上下两端支 面中, 其上端支^面 (45) 为凹面, 下端支 面 (46) 为 平面。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构, 其特征在于, 所述驱动滑盖(5) 所带的承重构件是一种向上弯折的扁方形挂钩(52) 。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构, 其特征在于, 所述软胶吸盘(1) 包括一个与牵引杆( 11 )连为一体的牵引底盘( 13 )和一个硅胶吸垫( 14 ) , 所述牵引底盘( 13 )被包嵌入硅胶吸垫( 14 ) 中形成吸盘体。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述牵引底盘( 13 ) 的周边设置有通孔,所述硅胶吸垫( 14 )穿过所述通孔将所述牵引底盘( 13 ) 的周边包嵌。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述软胶吸盘( 1 )、 底座(2) 、 推送开关(41) 、 驱动滑盖 (5) 的外形同为方形或圓形。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构, 其特征在于, 所述软胶底盘(1) 的背面环绕所述牵引杆( 11 )设置有用于限位复位弹簧( 3 )的环形凸台( 15 )。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构, 其特征在于, 所述驱动滑盖(5) 设置有吸紧或解除的运动方向标识, 吸紧的运动方向标识与所述斜面台阶 (43) 的向下倾斜方向相同, 解除的运动方向标识与所述斜面台阶(43) 的向下倾斜方向相反。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述斜面台阶(43 ) 的下端支承面 (46)所述对应的侧壁上设置有缺口 (47) , 便于所述推动 销轴 (12)安装在所述中心导孔(21)上。
