Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumpumpe, insbesondere eine Flügelzellenpumpe, mit einem Pumpengehäuse, in welchem ein Saugraum vorgesehen ist, und einem in den Saugraum einmündenden Pumpengehäusedurchbruch, wobei im Pumpengehäusedurchbruch ein ins Freie oder in einen externen Unterdruckraum mündendes Saug-Rückschlagventil angeordnet ist, welches in einem topförmigen Ventilgehäuse untergebracht ist und das topfförmige Ventilgehäuse einen Gehäuseboden und einen Gehäusemantel aufweist, wobei der Gehäuseboden mit dem Gehäusemantel verbindbar und der Gehäuseboden auf den Gehäusemantel aufclipsbar ist.
