Abstract

Ein Vakuumpumpengehäuse weist ein einen Schöpfraum ausbildendes Pumpengehäuse (26) auf. In dem Schöpfraum sind Pumpelemente angeordnet. An einer ebenen Außenseite (30) des Pumpengehäuses (26) ist ein Kühlelement (10) angeordnet. Das Kühlelement (10) weist mindestens einen in Richtung der Außenseite (30) des Pumpengehäuses (26) offenen Kühlkanal (12) auf. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Kühlelemente-Set mit mehreren Kühlelementen (10, 42, 44, 46) mit unterschiedlichen Außenabmessungen.
