Abstract

본 발명은 다이어프램식 진공펌프에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 배기밸브를 다이아프램과 분리하여 가이드링을 일체로 구비한 에어포트의 하단과 다이아프램을 결합한 것으로 에어포트에 가이드링을 일체로 구비하여 장시간 사용하더라도 에어포트에서 이탈되지 않으므로 고장이나 다이아프램의 찢어짐을 방지하였으며, 배기밸브는 에어포트의 상단에 배기링에 결합한 후 에어포트 상단을 커버와 결합하여 배기기능을 하게 한 것으로 배기밸브의 조립성이 좋아져서 조립시 발생하던 불량을 방지한 구성으로 에어의 흡입과 배기통로를 구분하여 정확한 흡·배기가 가능한 다이어프램식 진공펌프를 특징으로 한다.
