Abstract
Claims
조약제 19조 (1)규정의 설명서 보정에 의하여 청구항 20만수정되었습니다.
보정된 청구항 20은 보정전 청구항 20로부터 소둔 열처리 단계의 온도, 아연도금욕의 조성 및 온도, 750~950°C로 가열할 때의 승온속도, 프레스 성형시의 온도범위를 삭제한 것입니다.
상술한 각 온도범위, 승온속도, 도금욕의 조성 등은 본원 명세서에 기재된 바와 같이 열간 프레스 성형의 보다 바람직한 조건에 불과한 것으로서 필수적인 것은 아닙니다.
따라서, 독립항에 상술한 보다 바람직한 조건을 기재함으로써 권리범위가 좁아질 우려가 있어서, 보정된 청구항 20에서는 필수적이지 않은 조건은 삭제하였습니다. 따라서, 상술한 청구항 20에 대한 보정은 원명세서 범위내의 보정으로서 신규사항이 추가되지 않은 적법한 보정입니다.
