Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る風車100を示す。風車100は、タワー11と、ナセル12と、ロータ13を備える。ナセル12は、タワー11の上端に取り付けられている。ナセル12は、ロータ13を回転可能に支持する。したがって、ロータ13はナセル12を介してタワー11に支持される。ロータ13の回転軸は水平又は概水平である。ロータ13は、ハブ14と、翼15A~15Cを備える。ハブ14は、ロータ13の回転軸上に位置する。翼15A~15Cは、ハブ14の周囲に等間隔で配置されている。ここではロータ13が備える翼の数が3の場合について説明するが、翼の数は2又は4以上であってもよい。翼15A~15Cの基端部がハブ14に取り付けられている。ハブ14は、ピッチ角アクチュエータ16A~16Cを備える。ピッチ角アクチュエータ16A~16Cは、それぞれ翼15A~15Cをピッチ軸17A~17Cまわりに回転駆動する。すなわち、ピッチ角アクチュエータ16A~16Cは、それぞれ翼15A~15Cのピッチ角を制御する。
図5は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る風車110を示す。風車110は、第1の実施形態に係る風車100に音響発生器24が追加されたものである。音響発生器24は、タワー11に設けられる。
図7を参照して、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る風車は、第1の実施形態に係る風車100の除氷部200が除氷部220で置き換えられたものである。除氷部220は、除氷部200の着氷検知部22が気象条件検知部25で置き換えられたものである。
Claims (23)
- 複数翼を備えるロータと、
除氷部と
を具備し、
前記除氷部は、前記複数翼のうちアジマス角が所定の範囲に含まれる翼のみに対して除氷動作を実行し、
前記所定の範囲は、90度以上270度以下の範囲に含まれ、且つ、180度を含む
風車。 - 前記除氷部は、前記複数翼のそれぞれのピッチ軸まわりの回転を独立に制御するピッチ角制御部を備え、
前記除氷動作において、前記ピッチ角制御部は前記翼に対して前記翼のピッチ軸まわりの回転振動を加える
請求の範囲1の風車。 - 前記ピッチ角制御部は、前記回転振動の周波数が前記翼のフラップ方向の振動の共振周波数の1以上の整数倍になるように前記回転振動を制御する
請求の範囲2の風車。 - 前記除氷部はアジマス角検知部を備え、
前記複数翼は第1翼を含み、
前記アジマス角検知部は前記第1翼の第1アジマス角を検知し、
前記ピッチ角制御部は、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれるとき前記第1翼に対して前記第1翼のピッチ軸まわりの回転振動を加え、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれないとき前記第1翼のピッチ角を一定に保持する

前記複数翼のそれぞれのピッチ軸まわりの回転を独立に制御するピッチ角制御部と、
前記ロータを支持するタワーに設けられた音響発生器と

前記除氷動作において、
前記ピッチ角制御部は前記翼をファイン状態又はファイン状態とピッチ角が180度異なる反転状態で保持し、
前記音響発生器は前記翼に対して音波を出力する
請求の範囲1の風車。 - 前記除氷部は、前記複数翼のそれぞれのアジマス角を検知するアジマス角検知部を備え、
前記複数翼は第1翼を含み、
前記ピッチ角制御部は、
前記第1翼の第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれるとき前記第1翼をファイン状態又はファイン状態とピッチ角が180度異なる反転状態で保持し、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれないとき前記第1翼をフェザー状態、ファイン状態とフェザー状態の間の状態、又はファイン状態とピッチ角が180度異なる反転状態とフェザー状態の間の状態で保持する
請求の範囲5の風車。 - 前記音響発生器は、前記複数翼のいずれの翼のアジマス角も前記所定の範囲に含まれない場合、音波を出力しない
請求の範囲5又は6の風車。 - 前記音波の周波数は、前記翼の共振周波数の1以上の整数倍である
請求の範囲5乃至7のいずれかに記載の風車。 - 前記除氷部は着氷検知部を備え、
前記除氷部は、前記着氷検知部が前記ロータの着氷を検知した場合に前記除氷動作を実行する
請求の範囲1乃至8のいずれかに記載の風車。 - 前記除氷部は、前記着氷検知部が前記ロータの着氷を検知しなくなった場合に前記除氷動作の実行を停止する
請求の範囲9の風車。 - 前記除氷部は気象条件検知部を備え、
前記除氷部は、前記気象条件検知部が所定の気象条件を検知した場合に前記除氷動作を実行する
請求の範囲1乃至8のいずれかに記載の風車。 - 前記除氷部は、前記除氷動作を定期的に実行する
請求の範囲1乃至8のいずれかに記載の風車。 - 風車のロータが備える複数翼のうちアジマス角が所定の範囲に含まれる翼のみに対して除氷動作を実行することを具備し、
前記所定の範囲は、90度以上270度以下の範囲に含まれ、且つ、180度を含む
風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記除氷動作を実行することは、前記翼に対して前記翼のピッチ軸まわりの回転振動を加えることを含む
請求の範囲13の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記ロータの回転中に前記複数翼のうちの第1翼の第1アジマス角を検知すること、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれるとき前記第1翼に対して前記第1翼のピッチ軸まわりの回転振動を加えること、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれないとき前記第1翼のピッチ角を一定に保持すること
を更に具備する
請求の範囲14の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記除氷動作を実行することは、前記翼をファイン状態又はファイン状態とピッチ角が180度異なる反転状態で保持しながら、前記ロータを支持するタワーに設けられた音響発生器が前記翼に音波を出力することを含む
請求の範囲13の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記ロータの回転中に前記複数翼のうちの第1翼の第1アジマス角を検知すること、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれるとき前記第1翼をファイン状態又はファイン状態とピッチ角が180度異なる反転状態で保持すること、
前記第1アジマス角が前記所定の範囲に含まれないとき前記第1翼をフェザー状態、ファイン状態とフェザー状態の間の状態、又はファイン状態とピッチ角が180度異なる反転状態とフェザー状態の間の状態で保持すること
を更に具備する
請求の範囲16の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記音響発生器は、前記複数翼のいずれの翼のアジマス角も前記所定の範囲に含まれない場合、音波を出力しない

請求の範囲13、14及び16のいずれかに記載の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記除氷動作は、前記ロータの着氷が検知された場合に実行される
請求の範囲13乃至19のいずれかに記載の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記ロータの着氷が検知されなくなった場合に前記除氷動作の実行を停止することを更に具備する
請求の範囲20の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記除氷動作は、所定の気象条件が検知された場合に実行される
請求の範囲13乃至19のいずれかに記載の風車翼の除氷方法。 - 前記除氷動作は、定期的に実行される
