Abstract
Um grössere Granalien mit geringer Restfeuchte bei der Trocknung von schlecht entwässerbaren klebrigen Dickstoffen mit geringem apparativen und energetischem Aufwand zu erzielen, wird vorgeschlagen, in einer kombinierten Entwässerungs- und Trocknungseinrichtung eine Zentrifuge in einem Trocknergehäuse (61) so zu integrieren, dass mindestens der Feststoffabwurtbereich (5) der Zentrifuge direkt im Trocknergehäuse (61) liegt und die feuchten Partikeln des abgeschleuderten Feststoff- Sprühnebels aus der Zentrifuge nach einer mehrfachen Umlenkung direkt auf die trockenen Partikeln der umgebenden zirkulierenden Wirbelschicht (59) in guter räumlicher Verteilung treffen. Die Verweilzeit in der Sprühzone der durch Aufbaugranulierung sich vergrössernden und gleichzeitig trocknenden Partikeln ist durch die Geschwindigkeit des Heissgases (15) einstellbar.
