Abstract

Спосіб спрямування повітря для провіювання круп включає подачу повітря через декілька встановлених з можливістю вібрації і утворюючих відділення провіювання ситових ярусів. Яруси мають відводи для продукту сходу з сита і регульовані відвідні патрубки для переводення просіяного продукту в два або більше збірних лотків. Спосіб включає також очищення і відсмоктування через трубопровід повітря, що пройшло через стільникові яруси, його повернення через підвідний канал назад під ситові яруси. Відсмоктування повітря здійснюють з, принаймні, двох відділень провіювання. При цьому відсмоктування ведуть через окремо розташовану аспірацію, а подачу повітря здійснюють через ситові яруси, що створюють вібраційну систему з підвідним каналом і збірним дном.
