Description

消費者的電話號碼410也可用於支付。在一實施例中,電話號碼410可與於消費者的帳號404聯結,或作為帳號404。電話號碼410也可用於記帳行動電話分鐘412,作為一種支付型式。例如,一行動電話的充電,可以連同行動電話分鐘412一同支付,或與其他所購買分鐘一同支付,及附帶於該帳號404。行動電話供應者可以聯合設備供應者106及/或電力所有人108,就消費者損失行動電話分鐘412達成補償計畫協議,及該行動電話供應者基於充電所花費的分鐘數來支付設備供應者106及/或電力所有人108。充電可經由行動電話號碼410,或手機服務、藍芽、WiFi、NFC、或任何無線連接來進行註冊或計量。充電時係可加以購買及充電至行動電話410或帳號404中,然後依所用時間加以扣減。

個人身分號碼(PIN)416可用於安全地留置該裝置206於電力供應系統102。PIN416可為一編碼,其在留置裝置206時加以輸入,及在取回裝置206時也必須輸入。例如,電力供應系統102可包含個人鎖櫃號碼,或其他機制來保護該裝置,使個人進行充電。在收到給付(或者帳號404或電話號碼410)時,消費者輸入PIN416及該裝置鎖定在該鎖櫃上。要取回該裝置,消費者輸入PIN416,其細節如第八圖所述。
第五圖圖解用於提供充電之付費的互動。具體地說,第五圖圖解在裝置所有人或消費者104、設備供應者106及/或基礎建設或電力所有人108等之間的進一步的付費選擇。消費者104可由設備供應者106取得無線充電進入點,在此處,電力所有人108已加以支付其所提供無線充電的電力。消費者104可利用現金進入付費分鐘、ATM/***付費分鐘、行動電話付費分鐘、網路加密電子分鐘、及/或WiFi付費分鐘。消費者可具有一個帳戶,其中付費分鐘已由任何這些機制加以購買。付費分鐘可附帶在消費者104及/或一具體裝置之上。付費分鐘係代表充電時間,或所提供充電之電量。

電力所有人108也可以提供現金收取及追踪電力使用。電力所有人108可經由網路或者其他軟體界面來監視其所提供的電力,以及所提供電力費用之支付。因此,電力所有人108可鎖定不同位置而加大電力供應系統的用途。
一加密及解密系統可用於裝置中付費分鐘之加密,然後使用來源處所提供的密碼,證驗及扣減該分鐘,亦可使用網路或者行動電話進出而加以驗證及同步該來源處。密碼(可為滾碼)、使用者ID及分鐘,可由來源處加以追踪及使用網際網路加以驗證。這可用於正確地將給付轉移到正確的電力所有人及設備供應者,此取決於創立該基礎建設的商業結構。
回來參照第二圖,電力供應設備202可耦合至用於收取及驗證給付的付費處理器202。可更換的是,電力供應設備202可自動地辨識裝置206及/或消費者104,及可自動地開帳單給該消費者104。消費者的帳戶係基於充電時間長度而自動地轉帳。在一例子中,特定座椅的臂靠可加以裝設而用於無線充電,當裝置安放在臂靠上時,若電力供應不需要給付,則該裝置可開始自動充電。多種支付型係描述於第四圖,而另一可更換者係包含自動給付。電力供應設備202可辨識該已充電的裝置。該辨識方法可利用2009年元月6日提出之美國專利申請第(_/_,_)號(代理人案號WN3214)所描述的通訊,該發明之名稱為”WIRELESS CHARING SYSTEM WITH DEVICE POWER COMPLIANCE”;及美國專利公告第2008/0157603號”INDUCTIVE POWER SUPPLY WITH DEVICE IDENTIFICATION”;這兩個專利均在此併入以供參考。
基於裝置辨識,消費者及/或附帶於裝置的帳戶係可就付費而加以識別。例如,一旦該裝置被識別,在充電完成後,附帶在該裝置上的帳號,就所花費的時間充電,將自動地進行轉帳。如果該裝置為行動電話,則在其安置在可識別該裝置之無線充電器上時,該電話的分鐘將自動地進行轉帳。
無線充電的自動付費或轉帳,可透過一無線網路加以控制。其他的協定,例如藍芽、WiFi、或近場通訊(NFC)技術,也可用於通訊付費用的帳戶資訊至充電系統。第六圖圖解一範例網路系統。具體地說,設備所有人104、設備供應者106及電力所有人108,分別連接至網際網路602。進一步地,網際網路可加以使用而辨識該裝置及付費/轉帳附帶於該裝置之正確帳戶。電話界面604可為一行動電話裝置附帶的無線網路。電話界面604可由裝置所有人104加以使用,而從行動電話進行轉帳分鐘。網際網路602或者電話界面604可加以使用而就充電自動付費。一旦充電開始進行,相關的裝置資訊將透過網路加以傳送,及消費者資訊將被接收回應。充電完成後,消費者帳戶資訊被更新,而反應充電的付費量。
雖然在本文所述的充電系統為無線式的,本文中的付費技術也可用於有線的解決方案。具體地說,電纜或電線通訊,以及無線通訊,都可用於傳輸所需要的資訊,進行追踪、驗證及付費。電力供應可包含一電線,其連接至裝置而不是依賴用於無線傳輸電力之感應。

隨著油電混合車及電動車變得更加普遍,更加重要的是,能夠提供充電至驅動該車之電池。車輛可為前述之裝置206,及可為已經製造而包含無線電力供應系統102的設備。包含無線電力供應系統者之接收充電的地點可為一包含無線充電器的經過設計的停車空間或道路之一部份,其在車輛位在該區時可進行充電。可更換的是,該車輛係可由其所接收之無線電力加以供電,而不只是經由無線電力加以充電。一計量停車場可包含該停車場下方的無線電力供應,以致於消費者在付費停車時,其車輛可由電力供應加以充電。可更換的是,消費者可安裝一無線電力供應於車庫中,進而在車輛停放該車庫時,可以充電車輛的電池。道路之一部份係可包含無線充電系統,進而當車輛移動至該道路時,其電池受到充電。換句話說,可能有用於充電車輛之充電區或熱點,在車輛通過該區/點時進行充電。

無線電力的給付/付費可在電力傳輸之前、電力傳輸期間、或在電力傳輸之後加以完成。在方塊1514中,若未有預付時,該帳戶可對所接收的電力加以付費。該付費可由該帳戶進行轉帳成為所傳輸之電力,或者可基於時間間隔,例如每五分鐘的時間間隔。例如,消費者可購買五分鐘的充電間隔。該數量可受到支付而使用一計時器來控制電力傳輸。如果時間結束前該裝置被移除,消費者可能損失額外的充電時間,或者其可添加到消費者帳戶中。可更換的是,可以只為所接收的電量而進行付費。在另一實施例中,一裝置可在小於預期的時間下完全地充電。取決於給付型,消費者可能損失其支付的額外時間,或者該時間可能退款。
在一實施例中,在有限或未有使用者互動之下,無線電力可自動地傳輸到一裝置。例如,當配帶裝置的消費者進入無線充電區時,在該裝置或帳戶受到識別及一給付型受到驗證之後,該裝置可自動地接收無線電力。該裝置可受到無線充電系統之識別。無線充電區可包含一個可取得無線電力的範圍。當該裝置係在該範圍之內時,其可自動地接收電力直到完全充電為止,在這個時候,其可停止接收電力。可更換的是,這個自動充電可要求消費確認是否該裝置應該進行無線充電。例如,對該裝置或在無電電力源,提出一個SMS通訊/回應或其他有效驗證,以便開始傳輸無線電力。該裝置可偵測到其係在無線電力區內及提供是/否的選擇給予消費者以便決定是否接收無線電力至其裝置。該有效驗證也可包含必須給付的無線電力價格。

Claims (26)

  1. 一種無線充電系統,包括:一偵測器,其在一範圍內自動偵測是否出現一裝置,並辨識該待供電的裝置;一付費處理器,係耦合至該偵測器並在該偵測與辨識後,自動進行電力傳輸之授權操作;一電力供應,係耦合至該付費處理器,於該付費處理器之傳輸授權後,自動地無線式供應電力至該裝置;及其中,該付費處理器係進一步地操作而對該電力供應提供至該裝置的電力進行計費,藉以安排補償。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的無線充電系統,其中該裝置係附帶一個充電帳戶,及該補償包括由該帳戶進行預款。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的無線充電系統,其中進一步地包括一網路界面,用於顯示與充電帳戶相關的資訊,其包含用途及付款資料。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的無線充電系統,其中該付費處理器進一步地用於經由無線網路來驗證該充電帳戶,包含經由Wi-Fi或行動電話網路檢查該帳戶所附帶的資訊。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的無線充電系統,其中該電力係經由感應而在電力供應的表面上被提供至該裝置,且其中該辨識是透過無線式連接而自該裝置接收取得。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的無線充電系統,其中該電力供應係安置在一椅子的扶手上,及該裝置係在靠近該扶手時進行充電。
  7. 一種電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中儲有可由無線充電付費用程控處理器執行指令之資料,該儲存媒介包括可用於以下操作之指令:於偵測一裝置後,提供一提示至該裝置用以提供無線充電。 接收一因應該提示的反應,其包含來自該裝置之用於無線充電的請求;基於該接收到的反應,辨識該裝置及一該裝置附帶之帳戶,其中該帳戶包含一充電價值;當該接收到的反應包含該付費的認可時,提供無線電力給予該裝置;及在該無線電力提供至該裝置時,修改該充電價值。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中該充電價值包括一付費帳戶,由該裝置之所有人所擁有,用於接收無線電力。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中該充電價值包括至少一充電分鐘或電力的預付量。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中修改該充電價值包括轉帳該預付量。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中在充電的預付量幾乎為零時,進一步包括要求一額外的付款。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,進一步包括:提供一無線充電所需要的付款比率;及在無線電力提供至該裝置前,請求一相關於付款比率的驗證。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中因應該該提示的反應係用以證實該裝置的身分。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中該提示包含一短訊服務(SMS)文字訊息,且該證實包括:傳送該短訊服務(SMS)文字訊息至一該帳戶所附帶的電話號碼;及 接收一確認SMS文字訊息。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中該原始SMS文字訊息包括一個人身分數字(PIN),其在充電期間用於鎖定該裝置及在充電後用於解鎖定該裝置。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中證實該裝置的身分包括:傳送一電子郵件訊息至一該帳戶所附帶的信箱;及接收一確認的電子郵件。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中提供無線電力至該裝置包括:接收鎖閉下的該裝置,其中該鎖閉包括一個具有初級線圈的表面;及包含一裝置二級線圈內的電流,其起因於該初級線圈及二級線圈之感應。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述的電腦可讀的儲存媒介,其中該身分係進入該鎖閉所必須的。
  19. 一種用於提供無線充電的方法,包括:儲存帳戶資料,其包括每一消費者的充電分鐘量;接收來自一消費者之無線充電的請求;驗證消費者的身分及檢查該消費者之充電分鐘的量;當充電分鐘量低於一臨界值時,請求支付額外費用;在該消費者之充電分鐘的量係大於一臨界值時,提供無線電力;及轉帳該充電分鐘的量。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第19項所述的方法,其中該轉帳的量係如同所提供的無線電力。
  21. 如申請專利範圍第19項所述的方法,其中該充電分鐘包含自一無線協定利用一遠方移動式裝置的該移動式裝置的分鐘量。
  22. 如申請專利範圍第19項所述的方法,其中該請求包含加密帳戶資料,其包含該消費者身分及該充電分鐘的量,其中該方法進一步包括:解密該消費者身分及充電分鐘的量;及藉由傳送一訊息至一遠方移動式裝置的該消費者進行驗證身分。
  23. 一種無線提供電力至一裝置的方法,包括:當其位於一無線電力源範圍內時,偵測該裝置;偵測後辨識該裝置並辨識該裝置所附帶的帳戶;授權一給付,其用於提供無線電力至該裝置;傳送無線電力至該裝置;自該裝置接收一取得該無線電力的確認,其中此確認包含所接收無線電力的量;及當該確認中該無線電力的量與該被傳送的無線電力的量不同時,調整該給付。
  24. 如申請專利範圍第23項所述的方法,其中當該確認中的該無線電力的量少於該被傳送的無線電力的量時,減少該給付。
  25. 如申請專利範圍第23項所述的方法,其中該確認包括該裝置的一物理圍阻。
  26. 如申請專利範圍第23項所述的方法,其中該授權給付包括:傳訊用於該無線電力給付的費用量;請求驗證該費用量,其中該驗證包括該給付費用的無線通知。
