Abstract

Sıvı bir kültür ortamında, preeklamptik bir plasentadan plasental mezenkimal kök hücreler kültürlenerek elde edilebilen bir koşullu ortam (CM) açıklanmaktadır. Buluşun amacı olan koşullu ortam, en az IP-10 ve TARC proteinleri kapsamaktadır ve bir tümörün, tercihen bir epitelyal tümörün, terapötik tedavisinde kullanıma yönelik kullanılmaktadır.
